The lady who checked us in was very friendly and her smile and conversation made us feel really welcome. The pool was closed for maintenance but everything else was nice.

Got to property and service was a little lackluster and the pool was out when I called the 800 number to confirm amenities and fees I got a total different answer than front desk they wouldn’t even discount me for the inconvenience it was either pack the pets and kids up and travel to new hotel or stay and pay

An extremely nice all suite property. Easy access from the freeway. Three restaurants nearby. Very convenient to Ford Arena. Pets are welcome and there is a very nice pet area behind the hotel. Highly recommend this place!

The breakfast was good. The room was stylish and the sheets were clean. I was not happy about the bathroom. The first problem was the toilet would not flush - at all. Second, there was hair in the shower. Third, the shampoo bottle was completely empty. I do not mean low, I mean empty-empty. Then there was directly outside the front door of the hotel which was for lack of a better word - nasty. A pressure washer would make a world of difference. I hated to set my suitcase down due to all the old gum and trash. Curb appeal is not just eye level, it is from the ground up and it matters.

The bed were comfortable and the amenities made it convenient, however upon checking into our room after a long drive there were food crumbs left on our floor. The shower had small hairs on the gel and shampoo tubes. The shoeer gel was completely run out of soap and not refilled prior to our check in. When we checked out the next morning I always do a check to make sure we did not leave anything behind and one of the cabinets I opened had two cups filled with green tea. This led to my assumption that the rooms are not properly cleaned. I left with a feel of disgust. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel.

It’s always good here, but housekeeping needs to clean the bathrooms better. All it would take is a vacuum against the floor boards and around the shower/toilet area. Make sure they get all of the hair cleaned up off of the floor.

Lobby clean, The room was clean, didn’t smell like cigarette smoke. Very quiet. Check in was quick and simple. Front desk was very nice. Overall we loved it. Everything was up to date!

Stayed on the 2nd floor this time and the water pressure was great! The rooms are clean, comfy bed, nice vouch with ottoman. Spacious room, friendly staff. Nice hotel, will stay again!

Not issue was the people in the room above. Apparently there was a cattle drive going on that o was not aware of. Otherwise the room was very comfortable and the lobby clean and people friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Horrible roads getting into property. Staff curt and not welcoming. Asked a question that they ignored. Felt as if we were bothering them. It was a late check in due to driving all day. We were tired so I did not report the dirty side tables with crumbs sticky bathroom floors and very dirty shower. Asked for 1hr late check out they said no even though hotel was not full -parking lot empty ..I thought Hilton Honors member got a few perks -apparently not. Dont recommend this hotel

The night staff (Janice) was extremely rude to me and my family. I said hi to her and she literally ignored us. No hello, no goodbye. I brought it to her attention about her being rude and she asked us to call and cancel our reservation. Worse experience ever at any hotel especially during this cold freeze. I am definitely not returning!!!

If you need a clean place to stay, perfect but other than considering how much I stay in Hilton and travel I would pass. The staff was nice nasty the entire trip. Just enough customer service for someone not to complain but not enough to feel appreciated. I’ll pass.

I'm not familiar with Beaumont so while the hotel was fine as a hotel, I was really disappointed in the location and road construction around it. I would much rather stay in a lesser motel at a better location. Going anywhere was a pain and there was only one place to eat within walking distance. There are several similar hotels at this location so my recommendation is to avoid them all.

We have stayed at this location several time and it is always clean and comfortable. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Location is near several restaurants and a movie theatre.
