Overall was nice clean pool water very salty and price that was in my booking when I reserved was different wasn’t inform why said 130 but then seen I was charged 162.00 not sure and did not get a receipt to show details so that was dissappointing

The rooms were nice and clean. The property was clean and nice looking. The only thing i would suggest is replace the carpets in the handicapped rooms with tile or something easier for wheelchairs. The pool was nice but the lift didnt work

The overall experience was great! The only disappointing feedback I have would be the evening dinner and bar and staff experience. We had a late Friday night and didn’t arrive back to the hotel til 9:30pm with intention to eat and have a few drinks. We were denied your food service due to shutting the kitchen down early. The morning breakfast service was beyond excellent and the blonde lady working was awesome! She went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. The outdoor seating was nice for unwinding for the night.

Parking lot not plowed at all. Being handicapped very disappointed especially for a holiday inn. The remote didn't work for the TV. The phone didn't work. Had to use my personal phone to call the desk. Room could have been cleaner.

There was something sticky in a few places on the carpet and the sink did not drain well, and we notified the front desk. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

The room we went to was dirty and there was hair in our bed and food on the floor . I had to be asked to switched to a clean room. Above the ice maker in the hallway the ceiling was caving in from what looked like a bad leak . The lady who checked us in was nice . We had breakfast the next day and our waitress was amazing

Our bathroom was dirty. Hair in the tub and light switches had visible debris on it. The room could have been cleaned better. Our stay was pleasant, however. The staff was excellent, very welcoming, and kind. We’d stay again.

There was a bit of a hiccup on checkin- our assigned room was only half cleaned (bathroom and floors untouched from prior guest). We were given a different room and comped breakfast for the trouble. The beds were super comfortable, good pillows and sheets like silk. Nice. Good sleep

The hotel is comfortable and clean, understaffed same person serves as frontdesk and restaurant cashier, service is not bad, but it is not good either. My reservation was for 5 days with breakfast included and they charged me for breakfast, also housekeeping will not clean the room everyday even if you want it to be cleaned and the frontdesk answer is there is no one to do it very weird not customer centric, would recommend if there is no other choice, but would avoid if possible.

Very nice hotel, added the breakfast package to the room it was worth it. The breakfast was made to order and surprisingly good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was the AC unit had something lose and made more noise than usual.

This hotel is in a nice area. It is extremally clean and looks brand new. The open floor as you walk in is very welcoming as if going into a sit down restaurant. You can get your breakfast cooked to order. I appreciate the inexpensive washer and dryer. I can't express how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The sheets were so soft and the pillow options were squishy soft to a med firm. Thank you for that! The staff in morning and evening were so friendly and accommodating to the little details of our stay. This hotel location has a heart and stars next to it so I remember this is a perfect hotel to stay at when in the area. Great job Holiday Inn- setting the best quality standards for other hotels to follow.

Outlets in room and shower I didn’t like the breakfast. Very weird set up. Clunky, coffee was out. Had to ask for hot water, utensils and such. The second morning went to breakfast restaurant. Same cost but hot water was plentiful
