All aspects of the stay were just fine except for the price. I think the price is about 20% above what it should have been. BTW, The sewer system was acting up while we were there and the smell along the north side of the building was pretty bad.

We really enjoyed having a living room area in addition to the bedroom. The property was well maintained and made us feel right at home. There are a lot of feral cats prowling the edges of the parking lot but they minded their own.

I stayed in the hotel for one night, on my way to Nashville the night. Solo stay. The room was nice, exactly as pictured on the website. Bed and linens were above average quality. Amenities of USB chargers, TV options (streaming), and a small Kitchenette with what you would expect. Shampoo & Toiletries were "shareable type" plenty of them, including makeup remover wipes. The reason I enjoyed my stay so much was actually at the adjacent hotel, Hilton Garden Inn. I had an incredible at the bar (thank you Desiree), including getting to (briefly) crash the local Dance Party in one of the conference rooms. The combination of these two made my experience less of a layover and more of a short vacation to Memphis!

Home2 Suites shares a building with another Hilton property but there's no signage telling you to drive to the back to check in. Stood in line for 20 minutes to be sent to the back of the building to check in. The next morning, at breakfast, there's no decaf, so was told to walk around the building to get some from the Hilton. Not what I expect from Hilton for $200/night.

We've always loved to stay at Home2 Suite. Always clean and comfortable. But this time for some reason there was a group of peopel staying there. They didnt keep the breakfast area clean. The workers didnt pay attention to the trash being full and the coffee area was full of trash that needed to be cleaned up. Coffee wasnt as strong as the other Home 2 Suite. It was very water down. I had called to ask for pillows and blankets, feont desk didnt bother to bring it up or as anyone to bring it up to my room. But instead made me go down to the lobby and get it myself. Not very comforting or nice. Overall, i'd give this place a 7.

The air conditioning unit didn’t work and my room was 80 degrees. There was no available rooms to move me so I was stuck. They did comp the rooms but it was very little comfort when room was 80 degrees. Also, breakfast bar the first morning was a joke. Literally had 2 pieces of egg and some oatmeal. Not exactly a hot bar. A little better the second day. Staff did what they could for the most part but overall a miserable experience.

The property was quiet in a safe area. The room was nice, it has a full size refrigerator, microwave and you can ask for a hotplate to cook on by request from the front desk. The room was clean and had plenty of towels. The staff was also welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk was the best (day-time). She was extremely helpful when we needed it. She was knowledgeable about the area, and she was very professional. She deserves a raise. Only issue was my air condition didn’t work properly.

Check in was horrible. The person at the front desk was rude, uninterested. There was a problem with my reservation through hotels.com. She didn't care, didn't offer compassion, didn't offer solutions. Left it up to me to come up with solutions. She just didn't want to be bothered. After getting to my room started my phone kept ringing. No answer when picking up. Finally had to disconnect phone. The hotel itself was great.

I was delayed on my flights at no fault of my own, arrived late with a reservation thst I made a week ago, when I got there at 150 am front desk said she was doing her audit and would not give me a room. Then she said she had no rooms. After an hour on the phone with Expedia, I canceled my meetings in town and went back to the airport and flew home

My fiancée and I stayed 2 nights. Saturday, we had a brunch reservation at 11:00am. We only had 3 face towels when we arrived and needed more to shower that next morning before our reservation. We called for extra towels around 9:00 am. A whole hour passed and still no towels. We called again to see what was taking so long to bring towels because we were afraid we would miss our reservation. We were told that there's a shortage in housekeepers so no towels were clean at the moment. We had to wait until they washed some more which was after 11:00am so we missed our reservation. Later that evening, we expected to arrive and have more clean towels as we were only given 2 that day. Still, we had no more towels and the old ones never got picked up. On our final day of our stay, we got up expecting to shower and get our day started but there was literally NO hot water in the building. The manager (Karen Brown) apologized for the horrible stay but I'm so disappointed. I only book with Hilton everywhere I go but maybe it's time to look into a different company because this was horrible and uncomfortable.

Conveniently located and clean. Decent breakfast and the person in charge of bfast was the only pleasant person I could find. I asked for a cooktop and it was provided to me dirty with a bottle of water to clean it because the water was off for a couple of hours. Once I cleaned it, it didn’t work properly and took several attempts to get maintenance to come and look at it. I’ve been there more than once, and the prices vary considerably. Tried to negotiate a long term rate and the run around I got was unbelievable and unprofessional (asked to speak to a manager and the front desk person lied and said she was the manager and then later revealed that she was not). I called to speak to the manager later and was told the manager was busy, I said I would hold and then I was told the manager would be busy all day. Then a different person told me the manager was away on vacation. Seriously makes me never want to go to a home2 again. I did actually move to a different hotel for considerably less $. I was staying for 3 weeks, so their loss.

Front desk staff was lovely! Property is tucked away from the busy street so it’s relatively quiet. I felt very safe at this location and will stay again if I’m ever in Memphis!
