It is a great location with nice size rooms. EZ walk to everything on the strip. The fitness center left a lot to be desired and the equipment was not in good condition. Housekeeping was a little sketchy, but the room was very clean when we got there.

Property inside was pretty clean . Restaurant was good! We got 2 chips for free drinks. Plan on waiting for the elevators they only have 2 to service the whole buildings. I’ve been deep into a MINE with bigger elevators . You can’t fit 4 people with bags on them so bring your patience waiting on them. Other then that ok

We have stayed here many, many times over the past years. This is our favorite spot to visit when in Biloxi. The rooms are always clean, staff is always friendly, the bar, food & service at the Sapphire is impeccable. Parking is great. My only complaint is that the outter portions of the property have been neglected over the past months. The pool area wasn’t as clean as it normally was and there are flaws on the building facing the pool and beach areas that need a facelift desperately. We have noticed this this over our last few visits. By no means does this discredit the staffs amazing quality. We still feel like royalty when we stay there.

Very nice hotel! Big rooms. Our only issue was the refrigerator in the room still had food from prior occupants. This is a nice option to the crowded Biloxi casino hotels. If you are there for the casino just walk across the street to the Hard Rock or Beau Rivage. You also have beautiful views from this hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Nice size rooms, elevators are very small. Overall decent hotel. I do think the cleaning staff could do better as there was hair all throughout the bathroom and floors had not been swept. The restaurant, STAY AWAY… food was horrible. Everything is à la carte.

We try to stop here every time we make the drive from Texas to Georgia and return. This time we had an elderly guest traveling with us so we got the two bedroom suite, each with a private bathroom. There was a big screen TV in each room as well as one in the common seating area. There is a small fridge, sink and tiny coffeemaker. It would be nice to have a microwave to warm up leftovers but I understand why they don’t provide one. (Burnt popcorn or fish smell) The entire hotel is always meticulously clean - floors gleam! There isn’t a casino so it’s quiet and calming. The pool has lots of chairs to lounge in. There is a restaurant on site but way out of our price range except for special occasions. Lots of other places to eat from Biloxi to Long Beach. The walkway over Beach Blvd is convenient but I prefer to take a short drive to one of the cutoffs and park near the steps that lead down to the beach. I’m sure it’s different on the weekends (especially during the recent Cruising the Coast) but in the middle of the work week I was all alone on the beach for as far as I could see in either direction.

I had a king suite. I liked the size of the room. The location is in walking distance to a couple of casinos. There's also other restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. Over all the hotel is really nice except for the dim lighti g in the hallway

Property is beautiful. Every room is a suite and spacious. Very clean, very quiet, smelled good, and staff was friendly. Check in was easy and quick. Upon check-in u get a token that can be redeemed for a free drink at the bar there. Close proximity/walking distance to casinos and restaurants. Free parking. Beautiful pool area. Only cons are no smart tv, which is diabolical in 2025, no free breakfast, no full length mirror and no microwave. Other than that the stay was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was beautiful & clean & the staff was exceptional. The room we had faced a busy road that is in front of the Hard rock hotel & casino along with the Beau Rivage . It was very noisy, but that is expected on a Saturday night. Next time I will ask for another room, but all other aspects of my stay were great.

Stayed for 3 nights over Thanksgiving while we were visiting family in the area. Great & friendly staff! Checkin was easy. Lisa at the Front Desk provided wonderful information regarding the hotel & area. Melody, security, helpful & not only offered to walk with me as i parked my car after unloading it, but also got us a blanket so we didn't have to wait while Lisa checked in another guest. Room was clean & large. Big TV. Huge shower. Very nice. Less than perfect: bed was very firm, in-room safe was small, could hear activity in hallway and TV/voices on other side of connecting door, also street noise - right on Beach Blvd, no microwave despite having kitchen with small fridge. None of these things would keep us from booking again. Definitely on our list for future visits!

We were in town for a cheer competition. The hotel was clean but our tv did not work. We called the front desk and they sent the housekeeper who confirmed that the tv was not working. She told us that someone from the front desk would call us. No one ever did.

The staff were all absolutely fantastic. Especially the Woman who worked at the desk the morning on July 1, 2021. She went beyond the expectations and was extremely helpful. The woman who was there the afternoon of the 31st was also friendly and helpful. I had accidently reserved the hotel for the day before and did not have a reservation for the 31st-1st. Luckily there were units available and our trip was saved. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great! Loved the service and the kindness of the staff. Room was excellent. Only side issue was we had been told on two separate occasions that a late check out would be fine just to call down the morning of. And mind you, the staff offered this without being prompted by us asking. So when we called down the morning of our departure (Jan 1 after enjoying New Year’s Eve), we were told sorry you need to check out by 11. Tough to hear but we were gone. Other than that issue everything else was great. Maybe a policy that if it’s being offered, than to honor it would be good.

I have stayed at the White House down the street twice and loved it. Was pleasantly surprised to find out this is their sister hotel. Excellent room, staff, facilities and bar. The pool area was great as well

Great room with lots of windows overlooking the bay. Located across the road from hard rock casino and near lots of restaurants options. The customer service was very helpful. Tried the breakfast bar and it was decent enough for sandwiches.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. Each room is a suite with a fantastic shower. Love that there is no carpeting in the room. The Sapphire Supper Club is a must, food and drinks were great! Also, Spencer Racca puts on a great show. Do yourself a favor and make reservations and have a great time there!!

Beautiful, clean building and grounds. Nice pool area. Amazing staff. Only complaint was lack of a bar area other than the semi-private, upscale Supper Club. My research made it seem like it was a regular bar but in essence it only opened at four and was basically an area within the Supper Club to have a drink before having dinner and a show. If you enjoy a casual vacation “happy hour” scene this is not the spot. Other than that, really nice place to stay.

I wasn't able to eat in the restaurant due to no reservation, but I did sit at the bar. Very upscale from the time you walk in the door. Quick check in. Nice room and spacious. I only stayed one night, but I will most definitely stay again. 10/10

I can't rate my stay as anything but below average because there was no microwave available anywhere, there was no blanket on the bed, & the breakfast was subpar. I tried to plan for no breakfast but wout a microwave, the simple task of making oatmeal became challenging.
