Location on the ocean was great, near the giant mosque. Family Suite was awesome...big with nice view. Hotel is a little walk from street, and lobby is just functional...not a beautiful building by any stretch of the imagination, but apartments are spacious and nice.

Super hôtel rien à dire. Parking souterrain. Juste un bémol il est spécifié restaurant alors qu’il ne le font pas mais il y a 4 restaurants autour qui sauvent la mise si nous n’avons pas envie d’aller trop loin.

The location is excellent. The entire building is undergoing construction/reformation. The suite was spacious but needed more cleaning. Kitchen equipment very used and outdated. Not able to use it. Bathroom decent but needs many upgrades.

The hotel is in renovation, but do not let the main facade fool you as you may think the hotel is in ruin due to the construction. But once you go inside the hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff are amazing and they will give you the best recommendations. I was super happy when the booked a taxi to take me to Medhina Market and told me to be very careful with pickpocketing in the area. Also, how much the taxi should charge and not to let the taxi driver fool me cause I am a tourist. I will definitely will book with them next time.

Service personnel was great and let us feel always welcomed and appreciated. Any wish was accomplished. Breakfast was more and better than expected. Fried eggs missing but that was a minor issue. Pictures of the hotel are somewhat older. Actual status is still good/ok. Some area in the apartment need minor renovation. Area around the hotel is good with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, ATM. Never felt unsafe. Entry to hotel parking not easy to find especially when arriving the first time during night time. Hotel reception helped immediately. Nice experience all in all.

Location was ok. Finding the lobby was a little tricky since it is down a long walkway under the building from the street and then have to make a right to get to the entrance. Our room's shower was annoying since it was in an elevated tub that did not have a shower door or curtain to stop the water from going onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good.

Very clean and modern. All the comforts of a Western villa-type hotel room. Would like to see different lighting. It was too bright in the rooms and there were no reading lamps. One bathroom was not stocked with towels, but we didn't ask for them because we were only there one night. Otherwise - an excellent hotel. Breakfast was very good - as well!

On first looked at the property appear to be in good shape but there was mold in the half bath ceiling and it was quite a bit of mold. This was very concerning and was not noted until we were checking out for me tonight’s day.

The location was nice, the suite was large and contained two bedrooms with king beds (one had a single bed as well) and a kitchen. However, the tub was dirty, there was no shower curtain or partition to keep the water from getting out of the tub area, the room may sleep 5 people but they only provide 2 towels and no toiletries. Tub is large and would have been great to take a soak but getting in and out is painful due to the height. As we were on our last night of a 10 day trip to Morocco, we ran out of some toiletries and the little bottles would have come in handy. The room smelt of rotting garbage and the security screen on the patio did not go all the way up, so you have to crouch to get in and out of the balcony area. Spent most of my time outside, due to smell. There is no sound proofing, so you can hear everything going on in and out of the building. Thankfully the beds were clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had difficulties figuring out the air conditioning and staff was quick to get it running for us.

After seeing a mixed bag of reviews it's clear that some apartments are more run down than others, and we definitely ended up with one of the rundown ones. The day we arrived, we had to clean the countertops, dishes, cuttlery, coffee table... there were stains on the couch, the countertops tarnished, etc. The bathroom has no shower curtain or even a rod to place it on and the hose to the shower head has a spray leak so you end up having to use your towels to keep the floor dry. The toilet seat was broken as well. The views shown in room pictures certainly were not visible from our room. They all show these amazing views overlooking the water whereas our view was of an alleyway and rundown buildings. Went to breakfast on day 1... got there 30 minutes before it ended. There was one hardboiled egg. asked when more would come out and was told "no more". Day 2's breakfast was much better and more consistent. Taxes we paid at the property were a lot more than the Expedia booking and receipt showed they would be.

A not so clean apartment with a kitchen that was not usable. Infesting smell coming from under the sink, when asking about it, nothing but some covering spray was done. The smell was there for the whole 10 days of our stay. The staff was friendly, but this is not enough: not having even dish washing liquid, a kitchen cloth and almost no tools, this kitchen was not usable. And there were cockroaches in the apartment, very unpleasant... I usually don't write anything negative in reviews, but this place is not recommended to stay, if you want a sane and clean environment.

The location is very good walking distances from the 2nd biggest mosque in Africa the Hassan the second mosque. If it was not to the multiple inconveniences we faced when we arrived like no wifi working, no A/C functionality no chairs or table in the kitchen We would have given them the 5 star rating . We stayed there for 7 days 4 days in they changed our suit to a better functional one

Very clean and modern. All the comforts of a Western villa-type hotel room. Would like to see different lighting. It was too bright in the rooms and there were no reading lamps. One bathroom was not stocked with towels, but we didn't ask for them because we were only there one night. Otherwise - an excellent hotel. Breakfast was very good - as well!

Très bon séjour très bien situé sur la corniche. Appart hôtel moderne, propre confortable. Juste le petit déjeuner à améliorer ( café en thermos pas top, mini viennoiseries pas top, msemen pas bon ). Nous partions prendre le p’tit dej dehors. Pas de dentifrice, pas de brosse à toilette).

Convinient if you want to be near the corniche and Hassan II Mosque. Within walking distance. But this hotel is average at best, and I'm being kind there. Especially for what they charge per night. Breakfast was basic. Customer service was good I can't fault that. But I'd only recommend short stays.

After seeing a mixed bag of reviews it's clear that some apartments are more run down than others, and we definitely ended up with one of the rundown ones. The day we arrived, we had to clean the countertops, dishes, cuttlery, coffee table... there were stains on the couch, the countertops tarnished, etc. The bathroom has no shower curtain or even a rod to place it on and the hose to the shower head has a spray leak so you end up having to use your towels to keep the floor dry. The toilet seat was broken as well. The views shown in room pictures certainly were not visible from our room. They all show these amazing views overlooking the water whereas our view was of an alleyway and rundown buildings. Went to breakfast on day 1... got there 30 minutes before it ended. There was one hardboiled egg. asked when more would come out and was told "no more". Day 2's breakfast was much better and more consistent. Taxes we paid at the property were a lot more than the Expedia booking and receipt showed they would be.
