The pet area trash had not been emptied in a long time and the smell of the old poop in there was disgusting. Overall the hotel was ok but the creepy men lingering in the hallways and stuff made my daughter and me feel unsafe.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The outside area surrounding the hotel seemed a little iffy. You had to use your key to get into the hotel at all times: however, one of the side doors (with a lock) outdoor not close completely.

The staff at this property were all wonderfully kind and helpful. I only have positive things to say about those working the front desk and the breakfast area! Kudos to them! Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of some TLC. The pillows were stained and awful. (The staff did provide different, slightly better ones promptly upon request!) The chair was ripped, paint was peeling and there was some mold around the baseboards of my room. Therefore my allergies kicked in and it was not extremely pleasant. I was also allergic to whatever cleaning agent they use so my eyes were not super comfy! Furthermore, both machines in the fitness room were broken/out of order/would not turn on. The sheets were clean and most hotels I could afford were booked so I stayed 2 of the 3 nights I had reserved.

I just really booked it for the price. Not that nice but all I had to do was sleep. The pillows were not comfy and flat and not enough pillows, and the A/C was really noisy like a dishwasher running all night long. Ice machines were broken too except for on 3rd floor.

Overwhelming smell of pine-sol even though the linen, shower curtain and some of the towels were dingy. Hair all over the floor. Floor in room was filthy, we had to clean the entire room with Clorox wipes and Lysol. Chair in the room was peeling so we put one of the bed covers over it. We refused to eat the free breakfast due to the condition of the hotel. Only stayed there because every other credible hotel was booked! Oh and no ice machine on our floor.

Didnt like anything. What I didnt like was the foul and moldy smell, the clogged tub, the broken tp holder, the sticky floor, the musty smelly sheet, the broken refrigerator and the chair looked like something that was pulled out of a dumpster. It was dirty amd the arms of the chair were all beat up. I will be writing management asking for a refund..

When we entered the property the first thing we noticed was the smell and the terrible upkeep. The elevator smelled awful, and had sticky areas that you could tell weren’t being cleaned. Upon entering the room, we noticed the ironing board was old, nasty and dented. The chair was peeling, and had dark spots on it. We requested to be moved to a different room. Our second room was worse, sadly. This room had a bed that was barely made, the floor was sticky, could tell it wasn’t clean. The chair and ironing board was the same as the previous room. Upon entering the bathroom, it was disgusting. I had to clean it myself, as it was late and I didn’t feel like moving or causing a fuss. There was body hair in the tub almost like someone shaved in there and the housekeeper didn’t clean the tub. The sheets were dirty, spots all over the pillowcases, and dry blood under the sheets. This hotel is poorly kept, I do not recommend staying in this hotel. My fiancé and I had to stay at this hotel for last minute booking, but we will not be coming back, nor will we seek to stay at another Red Roof Hotel.

The check in was the only thing decent about this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the only thing we could do was sit our bags down and out the door to the service that we arrived in town for. But upon our return we were able to inspect the room. OMG!! The floors were sticky to start, bathroom had hair in the sink on the floor, toilet had poop splashes in and on the toilet, bedding was noticeably dirty, hair in the bed and to top it all off we ended up killing a roach crawling from an inside cabinet!!! That took the cake! We gathered our things and to the check out we went! The manager Judy was gone for the evening what a surprise to say the least! After leaving we found a Courtyard Hotel that was suitable and very clean and friendly!!

Property smelled like smoke. Our initial room had an ugly smell. Floor was sticky. Sheets didn’t seem too sanitary. Asked to change rooms. The moved us ti different floor and that whole floor smelled like smoke even though non-smoking signs everywhere. My kids were covering their noses. One bed had stain on side of mattress. I felt itchy all night from probably bed bugs. The ceiling had a hole above the bed and the ceiling was cracking in two areas end to end and they had tried to do a bad patch job. The bathroom vent was rusty but more so dusty. The shower was were dirty. Stainless steel fridge was dented badly. Ironing board was stained in several spots. Couldn’t cancel remaining days for reservation until General Manager came to work next day. Advised of problems and she apologized, cancelled remaining days and said she would clean room extra good for the last day staying there for us. Came back from day trip and nope, just new towel and trash taken out. No new sheets, etc. I’m really not a high maintenance dude, but come on, put some money back into this place. Oh and $450/night Fri & Sat for game night. Was it worth it? Heck no! Very very bad experience. I will never stay here or any Red Roof Inn EVER. What is even the plus for?

Room was subpar, floors were dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. Shower drained very slowly. Linens and towels were stained. We also had gnats or sewer flies flying around in our room trying to get in out food. Bed was ok, quiet for the nost part. Check in staff was very sweet and super helpful. Very nice young lady and ahe definitely deserves a raise! Not many young ppl with her level of professionalism around these days.

The room has a condensation issue The entire room was “damp” There has obviously been water damage prior because the ceiling is full of water spots. The “clean” towels had black stains Prior spills on furniture ignored/overlooked when room was cleaned First and last time at a red roof inn I booked because of pet friendly policy and the need to bring my pet at the last min This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel

When we entered the room, the floor was wet. We thought it had just been mopped, but it didn't dry, so we wiped it with towels. Everything continued to sweat, even the bed felt damp. When we woke up everything was wet even the ceiling.We reported it to the front desk and they gave us a refund.

I'm self-employed and stayed here on my way home from a work trip. I would absolutely stay here again and I hope I have the opportunity to. I read reviews of hotels in the area for hours and finally chose this one and I'm so glad I did. The workers were all polite and helpful, the hotel was quiet, and the room was spacious. The shower was great. The water pressure was perfect and at the perfect height, and it was easy to find my desired temperature. I liked the soap, too. I liked that the desk lamp had an outlet I could plug my laptop into. The desk chair was comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept quite well. I text my husband and best friend about how glad I was to have chosen this hotel multiple times during my one-night stay. My favorite part was the breakfast. There were so many options. I had a waffle, bacon, eggs, coffee, and apple juice and it was all delicious. I only have one complaint, and that is that there were some men out front during the night who appeared to be loitering and that made me feel uncomfortable as I was going inside. However, they didn't bother me, and were gone the next morning.

Not great, not terrible. Well, maybe on the way to terrible. The room seemed clean, but its condition was not the best. There was staining and bubbling on the bathroom door, and chargers if bathroom appeared dirty. An ironing board on the wall was also heavily stained. Oh, and a carpet next to the bed smelled like dirty feet. I was visited by a cockroach while sitting at the desk in the room. Window only had one covering, the heavy light-blocking curtain. So you could not get daylight in the room without opening your window to the parking lot. The above-bed lights were bright flouerescent. Staff was friendly. No fruit/fresh items at breakfast.

Once again, Gina was exceptional and took care of me, definitely satisfied!! It's nice to know that when I am in town I know that if I give Gina a call ahead of time for my stay, she will take care of the rest with no worries!! I even had my guest's brag on her as well!! Attn MANAGEMENT— that the staff kept saying “they would tell management” but I doubt they do. We had ZERO cleaning service or even fresh towels delivered during our 3 night stay!!!! Even after letting them know to please make sure room was serviced after first day. The sheets and pillows and comforters are disgusting, every room should have clean, fresh linens and pillows and mattresses, not just a few “upgraded ones”. The A/C units do not sufficiently circulate the stale air and can’t open windows. We came for UA gameday and did not expect this hotel to be as bad as it is— with so few hotels available it’s criminal to raise the rates and provide such crappy accommodation. If there were other places available we would have immediately left but there were not. The brown welcome bag of goodies was a good idea but also terrible presentation— put in a white bag with nice sticker or ??!! Idk but if you are coming here for vacation avoid the lower-end hotels at ALL cost, especially this one!!!! Both mornings when we left the cleaning lady SAW us leave, plus they put a note to clean our room, as if the crappy sheets, pillows, etc wasn’t bad enough, not having trash taken out and clean towels is unacceptable. I want a refund!

Easy check in. The first room I was given hadn't been cleaned from the prior visitors but the lady at the front desk quickly found me another room. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Would have been nice if the wifi was secured (no password required to use it) as I had some personal business to do online. Breakfast was very good. And check out was easy.

This is literally ok for a day, maybe two days. Theres NO way you should stay past 2 days. Please make sure the maids understand Late check out. Not beat on the door at 8am. You say you're leaving at 12 and she comes back at 10 AND WAKES ME UP FOR THE 2ND TIME. She beat on thr door consistently loud for about 47 seconds. I woke up pissed off. I jumped out. My sleep and finally got pissed and left.

I really enjoyed my stay again Christmas Eve, as I had already been there the previous night!! Gina, once again at the Front Desk went above and beyond to assist me!! All the restaurants were Closed and me being from out of town, didn't have time to stop and get anything so Gina gave me her very own Mongolian beef and rice along with a Sprite for dinner!!! I was like Ohh my God....you are so sweet for doing that!!! Thanks again Red Roof Plus+ for everything and this will be my go to hotel for the future for sure!!!!

This hotel has very helpful and friendly staff. I didn't have any pets with me but it's pet friendly. Clean, smelled nice, free hot breakfast included. Great value hotel. We always had plenty of clean towels. Room was spacious. Location was conveniently located just outside of the university area but a quick jump on the expressway and I was there.

Easy on and off of Highway. Animal friendly. They have breakfast but nothing that I really eat. The only thing I would have appreciated is good coffee and something healthy like fruit. The coffee is horrible but the rooms were comfortable and the employees all were very nice.

Real eggs at breakfast! Plus delicious sausage, bacon, and biscuit with sausage gravy. Wow! Great price, and quiet room despite being close to the highway, which made it very convenient.
