Right in front of the marina and on the main road with enough restaurants and coffee shops. Unfortunately we were there during a festival so it was extremely busy and very loud for 2 nights. Hotel pool is very small but the time we used it is wasn’t very busy. We didn’t opt for the breakfast package but ordered dinner one night which was good. One beach is a 3 minute walk while another is 15-20 minutes. Taxis are cheap to get you to the other ones. We went to Cafe Supremo Organico by taxi for coffee tasting and a tour which was amazing!

I loved the location and the quality of the food on site. Everything we tried was excellent! Only complaint is the small pool that allows others to reserve chairs. If you aren’t up at 5am you may not get a chair!!

Holiday Inn’s location is great close to everything. Staff is wonderful. However, cleanliness is disappointing. We found multiple dead bugs on our bed and alive ones crawling around the bed. Right before going to bed. Please check your beds, upon your arrival.

Es petfriendly y no sabia. Muy bien en servicio y el desayuno buffet también. La habitación la cama súper cómoda, lo único con lo que sufrimos mucho es el ruido, el aire acondicionado hacían un ruido horrible y extraño, tanto que la segunda y tercera noche apagamos el aire pa dormir mejor pero entonces escuchamos un ruido como de un motor toda la noche. Igual no pudimos dormir. Consideramos que estábamos como abajo de algún cuarto de máquinas así que eviten que les den el cuarto 324 a toda costa.

We stayed here twice. At the beginning of our trip then a couple of nights at the end. We were able to get a room with a "marina view" for the later and it we well worth it. The rooms that face the street are super noisy day and night! Quite nice rooms, showing their age however, clean and had really great beds and pillows. The staff were very respectful and accommodating however we did have a later flight out of Huatulco and they charged me 500 pesos extra for a 2 pm check out. They were doing their job.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Room was excellent and very clean. I gave it 3 stars because of a lack of maintenance in the air condition, it was too noisy. Also, room didnt have a mini bar, there was only one ice machine on the ground floor, and in a hot place like Huatulco, one need some cold drinks in the room. Interestingly, the manager was never at the hotel whenever I asked to address these issues...

This Hotel was so clean, and rooms are large and comfy. Staff are all so nice, check in was easy. This hotel is very close to the Beautiful Santa Cruz beach. The A/C worked well and was needed.

Overall a good stay. Clean property with a nice restaurant and view of the marina. Walkable location. Had to wait over 15 minutes to check in and the lady at the counter didn’t even acknowledge me while I waited. After a full day of traveling that was not a welcome I appreciate. The A/C unit in our room was also extremely loud and squeaky so we ended up turning it off so we could sleep. But the hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable so we would probably stay again.

Location is perfect, easy to get to and close to everything. The view of the marina from our room was fantastic. We loved watching the boats coming in at the end of the day. Even though our room was on the ground floor beside the pool, we didn't hear any noise at all. The only thing that was missing was a fridge unfortunately, and being there for 2 weeks it was a real challenge not to be able to have cold beverages or keep food. And although we asked for one, we were told there were none. I think each room should have one.

Unfortunately our positive stay at this lovely hotel was immensely impacted on the day of our departure. There was a triathlon occurring in the immediate area of the hotel. the road into the marina and the hotel was closed the morning of our departure to the airport. In spite of 2 different inquiries at the front desk the day before the event started to ensure we knew of when we needed to leave the hotel, they were both incorrect. Thus, we had to walk 1 mile from the hotel with luggage to find a taxi in hopes of making our flight. Complete and pitifully inaccurate information and worse than that was the lack of helpfulness from the front desk staff on our departure morning. She was useless and only said you will have to walk! The other front desk staff was equally useless and poorly prepared to provide accurate information.

The hotel is located right on the marina in Santa Cruz. The beach is only a two minute walk and it’s one of the best beaches. The sand is soft and the water is calm. The Santa Cruz area has so many fantastic restaurants. We added the breakfast buffet to our stay and it was worth it. You get fresh fruit, various flavours of yogurt, omelette station, hot food, juice, coffee, and bacon by request. Although the rooms are older, it was clean, sheets were soft, bed was comfortable, 4 pillows, air conditioning was cold, and it was very quiet. The pool is shaded I. The afternoon, so if you want sun, go to the pool earlier in the day and then go to the beach. But if you want shade after being at the beach, it’s perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed there at end of March-beginning of April. The hotel is very well located, 5 min walking distance to Santa Cruz beach and all sort of restaurants and amenities near it. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. The Tlayudas at their restaurant are great. So are the Conga drinks at the bar. Their breakfast buffet is ok. All in all, excellent place to stay.
