Great experience, we enjoyed our time. Everyone had a bed. The host was helpful. The host was understanding of any past damages from guest prior. We had a great time.

A big issue is your lack of seating. The house is met to have a large number of ppl. But you lack seating and there’s plenty of room to make that happen. The back yard was less than desirable. The hot tub was the size of a bath tub. I think you took photos to make this place seem much better than it really was. Did it meet our needs for beds for our guests yes the card table was a bonus and used every night.
