The staff was so nice! they made my stay enjoyable. I traveled with the worst people to tulum and the staff here made me feel so welcome. The food was so good too and the drinks had me not caring how much I was getting burned in the rooftop pool hahaha. Only thing is I wish the pool closed later. I felt so safe here and the security guard was also so nice! I’ll be back!

Las habitaciones son promedio como cualquier hotel bussines class, la limpieza no es la mejor, la televisión es de muy baja calidad y tarda mucho en procesar funciones básicas como el cambio de canales, creo que el precio es alto respecto a lo que ofrecen.

We stayed at the hotel over New Years. All of Tulum has a price increase, but even at its regular rate the hotel is overpriced for the experience. The rooms are small and dark, due to the indoor garden there is a lot of mosquitoes, as well as a lingering humidity in the whole complex. Nothing gets dry!! This might also be the reason for why our bathroom smelled like mold and the water smelled funky. After a shower you had to ventilate the whole room just to be able to stay in it. You might think that we were just unlucky with the room, but we were 3 pairs staying at the same time and we all had this experience. Besides the room we also used the laundry service provided by the hotel. Besides the discolouration of half of the white laundry, everything got clean… So on the upside, the rooftop pool is okey as well as the service provided by the employees.

Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de las chicas y de todo el personal: siempre amables, atentas y con una predisposición increíble para ayudar en todo. En cuanto a la limpieza, todo impecable; incluyendo las sábanas y toallas que estaban siempre frescas y muy bien cuidadas.El aroma que se percibía desde la entrada hasta la habitación hacía que la estadía fuera aún más agradable. La ubicación es muy buena, en una zona linda y práctica, justo frente al hotel hay un supermercado, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Sin dudas, una estadía más que recomendable. Sin dudas volvería.

Broken bathroom tap, construction on the hotel side makes a terrible noise. Full of mold throughout the hotel and inside the rooms there are some areas with mold. The location is great for anyone interested in going to the cenotes. Tulum does not have public beaches so if you want to go to the beach it is better to choose a hotel by the sea.

This stay was really disappointing, for the location, cleanliness, and staff. First, the pictures (especially those of the pool area), make you think of a much wider and peaceful place than it actually is. Secondly, the bed sheets in the room had stains, the towel I was given for the swimming pool also had stain, and the towels in the room had stains as well! Moreover, only one of the three girls I spoke to at the reception could speak a decent English. One of them, in the morning, seemed like she still had to fully get up: I told her that I would like to get and pay for breakfast, and she took 1/2 minutes without saying anything nor looking at me, to then show me on her phone a Google translation saying "Breakfast is not included in your stay", and I had to improvise Spanish to let her understand I was willing to pay to add it. Last but not least, I knew my checkout was at 12pm. Since no one knocked at my door, I was still in the room at 12:15, obviously ready to leave. I got a reminder call from reception, and I went there immediately to check out. There, the girl, (in Spanish!) informed me that I would have had to pay 200 pesos for a late check out, which of course I did not accepted and she then said it was fine. Overall the stay was disappointing and the staff I met unprepared.

Hôtel je pense en pleine rénovation. L.équipement n’est pas optimal. Il y a un frigo, mais pas de micro-ondes, pas de boîte de mouchoirs, Il faut réclamer le fer à repasser. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un autre établissement pas très loin mais ça reste une surprise. Petit déjeuner très succinct’ américain, continental ou mexicain. Le jus et les fruits sont payant, les toasts sont comptés ainsi que la quantité de beurre. Le personnel est agréable, les chambres sont faites tous les jours, les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. La piscine est vieillotte, mais l’ambiance est agréable avec le bar et la barmaid des serviettes de bain sont à disposition.

El hotel es bastante limpio, habitaciones super amplias, trato muy amable de sus recepcionistas y el Hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado para poder desplazarte en auto o bicicleta a la playa publica. La zona es segura y hay bares y restaurantes. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio, pero te estacionas frente en el super y esta alumbrado y el velador esta atento a tu auto.
El hotel es bastante limpio, habitaciones super amplias, trato muy amable de sus recepcionistas y el Hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado para poder desplazarte en auto o bicicleta a la playa publica. La zona es segura y hay bares y restaurantes. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio, pero te estacionas frente en el super y esta alumbrado y el velador esta atento a tu auto.

Nos encantó la ubicación. La habitación muy cómoda y amplia. Las muchachas de recepción fueron siempre muy amables haciéndonos recomendaciones y nos encantó que ahí mismo rentan motos y bicis lo cual facilita mucho moverte en Tulum

The attitude of the two girls at the reception of this hotel extremely disappointed me. When I arrived I wanted to go to the bathroom and they sent me to the 3rd floor and the elevator didn't even work. To finally open a WC available a few steps away in reception. Also, on the second day I had a problem with one of their very used bikes…..And they tried to make it look like it was me who broke the bike….I noticed an attitude negative towards them, instead of trying to solve the problem. They practically accused me that I was the one who broke the bike! the room is old and there were women's black hairs on the floor… the TV doesn't work well… A nightmare! avoid!!!

The staff was so nice! they made my stay enjoyable. I traveled with the worst people to tulum and the staff here made me feel so welcome. The food was so good too and the drinks had me not caring how much I was getting burned in the rooftop pool hahaha. Only thing is I wish the pool closed later. I felt so safe here and the security guard was also so nice! I’ll be back!

Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de las chicas y de todo el personal: siempre amables, atentas y con una predisposición increíble para ayudar en todo. En cuanto a la limpieza, todo impecable; incluyendo las sábanas y toallas que estaban siempre frescas y muy bien cuidadas.El aroma que se percibía desde la entrada hasta la habitación hacía que la estadía fuera aún más agradable. La ubicación es muy buena, en una zona linda y práctica, justo frente al hotel hay un supermercado, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Sin dudas, una estadía más que recomendable. Sin dudas volvería.

Lo que me gusto de la propiedad que está bien situada en un buen lugar con acceso a casas de cambio,mercados,restaurantes,lugares de rentas y próximo al centro…Lo que no me gusto :No hay parqueo,tienen unos animales en el medio del hotel en un patio,muy lindo para mirar pero son unos gansos que hacen mucho ruido a todas horas quizás porque ellos no se sienten bien y necesitan más espacio para sentirse realizados…Las muchachas Argentinas del lobby y el chico también de la piscina muy atentos y sociables merecen 5 estrellas.La cama un poco dura y ruidos a todas horasss en los pasillos…El que parece manager algo arrogante,le pedí el agua de cortesía que deben darla Y la dieron el primer día porque la pedí y con malos gestos!…

Locación buena, sin embargo tomar MUY en cuenta que el hotel está junto a un bar/restaurante y todas las noches son super ruidosas. Frente al local hay un supermercado y varios lugares de comida para visitar. Es necesario rentar ATV, scooter o auto para conocer las zonas.

Broken bathroom tap, construction on the hotel side makes a terrible noise. Full of mold throughout the hotel and inside the rooms there are some areas with mold. The location is great for anyone interested in going to the cenotes. Tulum does not have public beaches so if you want to go to the beach it is better to choose a hotel by the sea.

Hôtel je pense en pleine rénovation. L.équipement n’est pas optimal. Il y a un frigo, mais pas de micro-ondes, pas de boîte de mouchoirs, Il faut réclamer le fer à repasser. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un autre établissement pas très loin mais ça reste une surprise. Petit déjeuner très succinct’ américain, continental ou mexicain. Le jus et les fruits sont payant, les toasts sont comptés ainsi que la quantité de beurre. Le personnel est agréable, les chambres sont faites tous les jours, les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. La piscine est vieillotte, mais l’ambiance est agréable avec le bar et la barmaid des serviettes de bain sont à disposition.

I stayed in Hotel Blanco Tulum for my bithday and I had an amazing time!! Hotel was clean, the room had AC and was right the way I wanted it. The staff was really nice and accomodating. They made a very nice surprise for me on my day and they added a very personal touch. The bartender, Lucas, made very good drinks ant the pool was very relaxing. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe and it's a very important aspect of my trip. I struggled a little with communicating with the staff since I am not fluent in spanish.

This stay was really disappointing, for the location, cleanliness, and staff. First, the pictures (especially those of the pool area), make you think of a much wider and peaceful place than it actually is. Secondly, the bed sheets in the room had stains, the towel I was given for the swimming pool also had stain, and the towels in the room had stains as well! Moreover, only one of the three girls I spoke to at the reception could speak a decent English. One of them, in the morning, seemed like she still had to fully get up: I told her that I would like to get and pay for breakfast, and she took 1/2 minutes without saying anything nor looking at me, to then show me on her phone a Google translation saying "Breakfast is not included in your stay", and I had to improvise Spanish to let her understand I was willing to pay to add it. Last but not least, I knew my checkout was at 12pm. Since no one knocked at my door, I was still in the room at 12:15, obviously ready to leave. I got a reminder call from reception, and I went there immediately to check out. There, the girl, (in Spanish!) informed me that I would have had to pay 200 pesos for a late check out, which of course I did not accepted and she then said it was fine. Overall the stay was disappointing and the staff I met unprepared.

I booked Blanco months ago and when I arrived they said the hotel was under construction so they gave me a room at a hotel around the corner which was definitely not as nice. My windows didn't lock, my door didn't lock, they didn't offer free bikes and the bed was terrible. I would have booked elsewhere had I known.
