Hôtel sympathique avec très jolie vue et accès à la lagune, parfait pour profiter du lever ou coucher du soleil. La chambre familiale est très grande, mais plusieurs dysfonctionnements : la clim ne fonctionne pas bien, pas de wifi, la télé impossible à faire fonctionner, pas du tout de pression d'eau pour se laver. Personnel bien agréable, sauf au petit déjeuner si on y va pile à 8h (heure d'ouverture) on dérange ...et jolie piscine.

Overall this was a good price for what you get! The hotel was a 7 minute drive outside of town. I would not recommend staying here without a vehicle although there was a bus stop right out front (not sure about the bus schedule though). The hotel was right on the lake and the pool/area was very beautiful! The staff were kind and friendly although they spoke no English they used Google translate to communicate with us the best that we could. The wifi is not in your room so you have to go to the lobby and it can be spotty when multiple people were using it. The breakfast was spectacular! We had coffee, eggs with tomato and onions in it and also tortillas! You can choose to add meat if you like and there is also fruit. You can also pay $15 pesos per bottle of water. The bed and sheets were not the most comfortable. The sheets I found to be scratchy although my sister did not mind them. All of the rooms have a nice balcony view no matter which room you get! The toilet always smelt kind of bad so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Overall the stay here was satisfactory.

Lo descuidada de las instalaciones..le urge mantenimiento total pintura desgastada chapas forzadas de la puerta cortinas y moviliario viejo, y me hospede en la "mejor" habitacion..la vista es hermosa ...las camas incomodas no hay agua caliente y dormir ahi es deprimente, si buscas un lugar comodo no es el lugar...el cobro alto a comparacion de las otras habitaciones( q es el doble) es solo por la vista asi q no lo vale

Esta muy bien el Hotel, pero en la limpieza les falló ya que hay cucarachas y el servicio de toallas no estaba completo, no hay variedad en la comida y no ponenen lo que tienen realmente. En el tour que nos ofrecieron no cumplió con todo lo que se incluia en todo elnrexoerido

Great hotel on the lake. Very clean and comfortable with great patios facing the lake. Only real issue was the Wi-Fi which was temperamental at best. A refrigerator in the room would be an added bonus.

Hotel de fácil acceso, con una muy bonita vista a la laguna. El personal fue muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones muy amplias, sin embargo, no nos pusieron toallas, la puerta del baño no cerraba, la caja del WC en mal estado, no se podía jalar tenías que llenar el bote de basura para ponérselo, las almohadas muy planas e incómodas. El control del sistema de cable no funcionó. Contratamos un tour con ellos para recorrer la laguna y estuvo muy bien, pasan por ti hasta el muelle del hotel, la atención y recorrido excelente.
Hotel de fácil acceso, con una muy bonita vista a la laguna. El personal fue muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones muy amplias, sin embargo, no nos pusieron toallas, la puerta del baño no cerraba, la caja del WC en mal estado, no se podía jalar tenías que llenar el bote de basura para ponérselo, las almohadas muy planas e incómodas. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Tür zum bad defekt die Eingangstür konnte man nicht leise schließen,in der Nacht war es als würden die LKWs durch das Zimmer fahren und hinter dem Zimmer war ein hundezwinger ,der Hund hat nachs gejault.das Personal spricht kein englisch wie versprochen und das Restaurant da gibt es nur Frühstück. Wir sind ein tag früher abgereist, dem Personal komplett egal, wir hatten ja gezahlt. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen.

Hôtel sympathique avec très jolie vue et accès à la lagune, parfait pour profiter du lever ou coucher du soleil. La chambre familiale est très grande, mais plusieurs dysfonctionnements : la clim ne fonctionne pas bien, pas de wifi, la télé impossible à faire fonctionner, pas du tout de pression d'eau pour se laver. Overall this was a good price for what you get! The hotel was a 7 minute drive outside of town. I would not recommend staying here without a vehicle although there was a bus stop right out front (not sure about the bus schedule though). The hotel was right on the lake and the pool/area was very beautiful! The staff were kind and friendly although they spoke no English they used Google translate to communicate with us the best that we could. The wifi is not in your room so you have to go to the lobby and it can be spotty when multiple people were using it. The breakfast was spectacular! We had coffee, eggs with tomato and onions in it and also tortillas! You can choose to add meat if you like and there is also fruit. You can also pay $15 pesos per bottle of water. The bed and sheets were not the most comfortable. The sheets I found to be scratchy although my sister did not mind them. All of the rooms have a nice balcony view no matter which room you get! The toilet always smelt kind of bad so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Overall the stay here was satisfactory.

Superbe vue pour les chambres 13 et 14 avec vue, mais les autres ne sont pas si mal, car tout le monde à l’accès aux terrasses très agréables. Nous avions la chambre 13 donnant sur la lagune, l’état général n’est pas terrible : robinets qui crache, et mal fixé, douche à faible débit et odeur désagréable qui remonte de la douche quand on tire la chasse. Voiture obligatoire pour rejoindre la ville. 2 types de petits déjeuner, continental ou local, sympa.

Me parece que de acuerdo al precio, está decente. La habitación está cómoda, el hecho de que el hotel se encuentre justo a orilla de la Laguna vale la pena, aunque, sí se encuentra lejos de la zona más turística (la zona sur de la Laguna), lo cual es bueno o malo depende de cómo lo veas. La arquitectura hace que escuches a los vecinos si estos están afuera de su habitación platicando o jugando si son niños. Fuera de eso, está muy bien por el precio. Es más cómodo si llevas auto.
