WiFi lagging. No hot water. No TV service. Not of high importance: water sipped through the glass door at inclement weather/high rain downpour.

It is a good place for the price needs a little bit of maintenance and cleaning on the outside but rooms are nice and clean. Great service at the cafeteria

Great hotel on the lake. Very clean and comfortable with great patios facing the lake. Only real issue was the Wi-Fi which was temperamental at best. A refrigerator in the room would be an added bonus.

Overall this was a good price for what you get! The hotel was a 7 minute drive outside of town. I would not recommend staying here without a vehicle although there was a bus stop right out front (not sure about the bus schedule though). The hotel was right on the lake and the pool/area was very beautiful! The staff were kind and friendly although they spoke no English they used Google translate to communicate with us the best that we could. The wifi is not in your room so you have to go to the lobby and it can be spotty when multiple people were using it. The breakfast was spectacular! We had coffee, eggs with tomato and onions in it and also tortillas! You can choose to add meat if you like and there is also fruit. You can also pay $15 pesos per bottle of water. The bed and sheets were not the most comfortable. The sheets I found to be scratchy although my sister did not mind them. All of the rooms have a nice balcony view no matter which room you get! The toilet always smelt kind of bad so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Overall the stay here was satisfactory.
