La habitación muy práctica y limpia, las almohada duras. La alberca pequeña pero limpia y agradable su área. El desayuno estaba decente; solo que le faltaron al chef varios ingredientes que ofrece la carta. Abril muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar con dudas y recomendaciones. Excelente servicio en el club de playa que viene incluido con el hotel

We were really pleased with our stay at the AGAM - it was well located about a five minute walk to the lagoon and ten minutes to the zócalo. The hotel is beautifully kept with a nice pool and garden, and clean and stylish rooms. The bed was comfortable, though a little on the firm side. Breakfast was really nice, and the staff were fabulous. We had help booking tours, and when there was a medical emergency they really went above and beyond to help sort out some logistics. Abril, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. I would happily stay at the AGAM again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

La verdad es que esperaba más por el precio, habitación 16 super ruidosa, tiene la palapa de paja (techo) con lo cual para dormir es insoportable los ruidos de coches, gente gritando, animales varios… La piscina está como oxidada y no da ganas de bañarse, la habitación un olor a humedad terrible es más hay también olor a cloaca/ desagüe… muy repugnare el olor…la zona sucia y abandonada, yo no recomiendo este hotel

L'hôtel est au calme, il a du charme, la piscine était bien. A l'accueil ils sont trés sympathique et agréable, gentil, serviable, j'avais même perdu un cordon téléphonique, il etait mis de coté pour moi. Les chambres sont un peu petite mais c'est comme ça , pour le rapport prix et petit dejeuner inclus c'est trés bien ! De plus vous pouvez bénéficier des entrées gratuites au beach club "partenaire" face à la lagune. Ambiance jeune, plusieurs activités nautiques.. promenade en bateau... petite, mais cest comme ca

L’hôtel n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes, personnel désagréable (à part la blonde à la réception que a été top pour résoudre notre problème). De plus notre climatisation ne fonctionnait pas il faisait très très froid dans la chambre nous avons dû demander à 5 reprises pour que quelqu’un vienne nous aider. Pour une nuit ça fait l’affaire mais pas pour plus. Si vous n’allez pas au petit déjeuner vous n’aurez pas de service d’étage malgré de très fortes pluies la veille donc forcément un coup de balai aurait été le bienvenue. Il y a des trous dans les draps et des taches sur les serviettes… Je ne recommande pas

O hotel é agradável e bem localizado. Achei as instalações do banheiro com necessidade de manutenção e a limpeza do quarto não era nota 10. Mas em geral a estadia foi bem agradável. Café da manhã a lá carte é bem gostoso.

El personal tiene una pésima actitud, creen que hacen un favor al atender al cliente. El aseo es deficiente tanto en las habitaciones como en las instalaciones, se tiene que insistir reiteradas veces para que lo hagan. Y así fue toda la estancia durante una semana. El hospedaje incluye desayuno pero este es limitado en sus porciones y no tienen un buen sazón.

Hôtel à taille humaine très sympathique, avec un très bon accueil en Français. La chambre n’est pas le point fort de cet hôtel. Elle est petite, la douche donne directement sur la chambre, les toilettes avaient du mal à fonctionner. À côté de ça, le petit déjeuner est très agréable, tout comme la piscine. L’hôtel propose des excursions en direct (avec un autre hôtel appartenant au même propriétaire qui donne sur la lagune), ce qui est très utile, nous n’avons pas eu à chercher. Également, des vélos sont à dispositions.

L’hôtel n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes, personnel désagréable (à part la blonde à la réception que a été top pour résoudre notre problème). De plus notre climatisation ne fonctionnait pas il faisait très très froid dans la chambre nous avons dû demander à 5 reprises pour que quelqu’un vienne nous aider. Pour une nuit ça fait l’affaire mais pas pour plus. Si vous n’allez pas au petit déjeuner vous n’aurez pas de service d’étage malgré de très fortes pluies la veille donc forcément un coup de balai aurait été le bienvenue. Il y a des trous dans les draps et des taches sur les serviettes… Je ne recommande pas

El personal tiene una pésima actitud, creen que hacen un favor al atender al cliente. El aseo es deficiente tanto en las habitaciones como en las instalaciones, se tiene que insistir reiteradas veces para que lo hagan. Y así fue toda la estancia durante una semana. El hospedaje incluye desayuno pero este es limitado en sus porciones y no tienen un buen sazón.

Un très bel établissement joliment décoré et bien entretenu, avec une équipe très agréable et aidante. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. À recommander !

Me gustó mucho la tranquilidad en el hotel, las áreas de la alberca con hamacas. La ubicación también es un plus, ya que debido a lo céntrica, tienes tiendas, acceso a la Laguna y a 2 cuadras del centro. La atención del personal, muy amable y eficaz. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría 10/10

We were really pleased with our stay at the AGAM - it was well located about a five minute walk to the lagoon and ten minutes to the zócalo. The hotel is beautifully kept with a nice pool and garden, and clean and stylish rooms. The bed was comfortable, though a little on the firm side. Breakfast was really nice, and the staff were fabulous. We had help booking tours, and when there was a medical emergency they really went above and beyond to help sort out some logistics. Abril, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. I would happily stay at the AGAM again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

A unas 5 cuadras del centro, es fácil moverse a pie. Sobre la calle hay algunos restaurantes en el camino al centro para desayunar o comer/cenar. El staff es muy amable y el hotel es ideal para disfrutar de vacaciones tranquilas en pareja o con amigos. El desayuno incluído es suficiente si bien no el más basto o variado.

O hotel é agradável e bem localizado. Achei as instalações do banheiro com necessidade de manutenção e a limpeza do quarto não era nota 10. Mas em geral a estadia foi bem agradável. Café da manhã a lá carte é bem gostoso.

the water coming out of the pipes smell terrible and I ask the staff and they told me that the water in the area has that issue. The towels smell pretty bad the building has been remodeled and looks good, but the issues with the water are too much,
