The restaurant is delicious dinner especial the only thing was that the Internet is weak while trying to do some work other than that the location and property are very nice and safe. Will recommend and stay again.

The staff was nice and breakfast was good

We were really pleased with our stay at the AGAM - it was well located about a five minute walk to the lagoon and ten minutes to the zócalo. The hotel is beautifully kept with a nice pool and garden, and clean and stylish rooms. The bed was comfortable, though a little on the firm side. Breakfast was really nice, and the staff were fabulous. We had help booking tours, and when there was a medical emergency they really went above and beyond to help sort out some logistics. Abril, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. I would happily stay at the AGAM again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

While the price point is modest, the rooms are uncomfortably damp, which significantly affects the stay. Some effort has clearly gone into updating the décor, but this doesn’t compensate for the fact that the rooms are very small and feel poorly ventilated. Breakfast is extremely basic — about as minimal as it gets — and does not add any real value to the experience. This hotel may work as a cheap place to sleep if you spend all day out, but overall comfort is lacking. With better attention to room conditions, it could improve, but as it stands it feels like a compromise.
