Didn't like how limited the bar hours we're. By 10:50 pm Bartender didn't want to serve anything. We accidentally left 2k near the pool and "nobody found anything " very disappointing manager and staff. Will never return here.

Rooftop bar was the best BUT it ruins the point of having a rooftop bar when other people rent it out. Takes the point for the people who is probably their last day like me and they want to spend time up there and they can’t. Because other people rent it out all day. Not cool at all.

This property was amazing from the beginning of check-in process was flawless from the elevator usage in the room was clean with mini fridge coffee maker great views cleaning is of bedding, but the show was the pool rooftop pool. That was amazing views. The hot tub could be a little bit warmer, but overall, it was a great one night stay I would definitely come back here restaurant options. We’re pretty good even though we didn’t eat in the hotel restaurants we walked About two or three blocks down to a local taco place which the food was delicious. Love that option that you can just walk and still have local food. The parking can be an issue you can either valet, which is free or you can use the garage we valet and provide our keys that was flawless. They were very welcoming and when it was time to leave, we told them 10 minutes before and they brought our car to the front overall great experience

I would pick a different hotel. Pros: food is good, the rooftop pool and bar are managed ok, and the room is OK. Cons: poor service at the front desk, our room was 2h late to check in after multiple complaints- didn’t get a check in until 5:30pm and seems like this is standard, they do not have enough cleaning staff, our room was never cleaned for two days and they didn’t even get to our room to clean it until 7pm the final day, it is a 15-20 min walk to the beach (stay on the other side of the street at many other hotels like Westin or aqua and you get beach access but not here), breakfast is good but they are understaffed so it takes forever to get coffee or a seat, the key to our room never worked and we had to change it 5x.

The room was very clean and service of the staff was exemplary. Jonathan brought our luggage up to our room and was so attentive throughout our stay here and even took it upon himself to make dinner reservations for us at the Macao Casino next door!

Overall the Hotel is ok. The staff are wonderful and friendly. But the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. A cough, a sneeze, even their tiktoks. We were given an accessible room which we were fine with, until we realized that there would be a connecting door to the neighbors next door within our room. Once they returned to their room we could hear everything they did. TikTok’s, coughing, conversations, using the bathroom, etc. There also a smell of urine within the room as well. We realized this, and asked for a room change, which the hotel was very kind and accepting of this and moved us immediately. Once we get to our new room and settled in, we realized we can still hear everything our neighbors did. In our new room the shower head shed black specs when the shower turned on. Not sure if it was mold or just the old plastic chipping off the shower head.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful - not your typical north-American continental breakfast. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean with a big shower. My only complaint is that the sink is outside the bathroom - this can become a hygiene issue as far as I am concerned.

This is a lovely spot in La Zona Hotelera. The check-in process was easy, staff super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing - spacious, large king bed, very sleek, and quiet, I felt that there was a lot of privacy. The view was incredible as well. Good water pressure in the shower and no issues with hot water. The rooftop’s pool and jacuzzi were clean and well-maintained. I got lucky as there weren’t many people around, so definitely not crowded. The gym similarly was well-equipped and easy to access (gym is 24 hours). The food at the hotel was also great - plenty of diverse food options, pretty quick prep, and eating on a chaise on the rooftop was lovely. Room service is also pretty inexpensive and good! This is also in the mall complex of La Isla, which has a ton of shops. Unfortunately I didn’t have much time to check this part out as I only stayed for one night, but would love to come back for another stay here.

This is an amazing hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt safe to walk around the area. There are two huge outdoor malls that were great for shopping. Right beside a bus stop to go up and down the hotel zone. The hotel itself was clean, incredible rooftop bar and pool. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to do something other than an all inclusive! Shoutout to the three guys at the front door Jonathan, Adrian and Charlie for helping us with our many questions and always helping us with our bags. And to Paola for helping my partner get supplies for my birthday celebration!

We had a great time!! The property was well kept. The bathrooms were always clean. The breakfast was great and very diverse. The food was excellent and fresh. The servers did a wonderful job especially Felicia, Maggy and Jamie. The front desk staff made sure we were safe as we arrived and each day as we ventured out. Also, there are workers that watch every vehicle that comes to the hotel entrance. I noticed that they are documenting or logging for our safety. I appreciated that factor. I was surprised that so many activities were so close to the hotel. (5 minute walk) Ripley's, Mall, Money exchange, pharmacy store, the marina, the local bus stop, aquarium, dinner theatre in the mall, jewelry store, multiple restaurants. The room was nice and clean, but the shower had a slow drain. The pool was small but there was plenty of space on the roof top for other things. Like a roof top cozy bar party. My advice: Catch the city bus on your first day because you will see a better perspective of activities that will hold your attention. so you can come back to that spot. Hold on tight they drive with great passion and speed but they will help you get to the flea market, the beach, walmart, other restaurants and tourist sites. We attended several excursions, Xcaret, loved it!! The Party Bus, loved it!! The speed boat rental, Loved it!! The Hotel Zone shopping, Loved it!! Ripleys and the Ferris wheel, Loved it!! We were safe, very satisfied and very happy.

Customer service was 200%. Carlos BB, the bellhop was great. He provided us with info about the Hotel and the nearby areas. Dafne at the front desk was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to up grade our room at our request. Maggie and Karla at the restaurant were very friendly and provided us with great customer service. Great customer service at this Hitel is a common theme. The service at the pool bar was great. A more mature atmosphere is also a common theme in this Hotel, which is what my wife and I were looking for. The location is great. Located right next door to La Isla Shopping Mall. This provided us with great restaurant and shopping options. From McDonald’s to several upscale restaurants, from Prada to local souvenir shops. The bus stops are located just one minute or less from the lobby, or if you prefer a private transportation service, you have may different choices.

We arrived at 7pm and our room was not not ready until 8:30pm. We called for assistance as our AC was not working and the maintenance came twice to say it’s working now. Needless to say, it never cooled down from the 22.5 C and we had to take cold showers to be able to sleep. Not good experience at all for the $359 USD we paid for one night only.

This hotel LITERALLY saved my vacation. I had a horrible experience at a previous one and my partner and I booked this one as an emergency because the first hotel didn’t have hot water. When we arrived we immediately noticed the difference in the hospitality and AMAZING service given by the staff. Dafne and Johnathan (Johnny) helped calm our nerves and put smiles on our faces. We could’ve literally cried. From helping us to our rooms, celebrating my partner’s birthday by giving us a celebratory cheesecake, clean rooms with all the hot water and towels we needed- I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the Hilton staff that saved our trip. We are forever grateful for the amazing experience.

Property itself was good however a visit to Cancun is about the beach and there is no access to the beach from this property. The only good public beach access is far away. I would have enjoyed a direct beach access hotel much more and there are heaps around the main beach stretch. So not highly recommended

While the room was nice, we had tons of issues with the rooftop bar service and check-out. Rooftop bar was slow despite having more staff than guests. We waited forever to get a drink initially and then the second time the guy took our order he just walk away and forgot all together - had to flag someone else down to order again. We had just landed and wanted to relax at the hotel but decided it wasn\'t worth it and left. Check-in and check-out issues. At check-in they "upgraded" us - ended up being on the bottom level with a view of the roof and on lagoon side when I paid for ocean view. At checkout they tried to charge us for the room at checkout despite prepaying on Orbitz and took way too long to sort out. Still not sure why the bottled water in the room is free but when we asked for two more they charge it to your room? At that point, our ride was waiting and we were ready to just leave but very frustrating experience all around especially for the cost.

Very clean, maintaining their Hilton reputation. Restaurant had delicious food and the breakfast buffet was top notch! Fresh, delicious, hot cooked food. Tv glitched but that was not a dealbreaker for us. We slept so good. Room was clean, AC worked well, easy to use.
