We stayed here due to it's proximity to the interstate and easy access to downtown. There was nothing about our stay that detracted from our experience. Staff was super friendly and hospitable, room was clean and comfortable. Fitness center was well-appointed with fitness machines in excellent condition and clean!

My stay at this Hampton Inn was exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy and quick check in. Pet friendly. Clean and large room. Quiet. Excellent and clean breakfast area. Nice pool. I highly recommend.

Booked a room for the Indy 500 so rate was high, but that was expected. It is within walking distance of the speedway. A newer hotel so condition of the rooms and facilities was excellent. Bar was nice but need to work on expanding the restaurant. It is in the beginning stages so it may take some time. Food and service was good though. Had a TV issue which was fixed in no time. Service was great.

Great swimming pool. Not too crowded in the off season. Excellent breakfast except the coffee is terrible. Clean, spacious rooms. Web connected TVs with YouTube, Netflix etc ready to go. The bar is very basic. Not the most vibrant area of the town. I think it is GREAT value in the off season for Indy car racing

Upon check in they asked if i would like an upgrade to a King suite, thought that was a nice little extra, but it was not. I pulled the sleeper sofa out and i found a few pills laying there along with a water bottle, not happy at all since i had my 3yr old grandson with me. I took them down to the desk and turned them in, i was thanked. I explained that was unacceptable due to little ones may find them. Then my toliet quit working, it would not flush. They sent someone down to fix it and he was in there working on it and then left without saying anything. It was never fixed and if we had to use the restroom we had to go down to the lobby, luckily it was late and close to bedtime. Then in the middle of the night the shower started dripping water, had to get up and shut the door due to the noise. Upon check out i gave my concerns and upsets to the front desk and she asked "what can i do to make it better for you?" Told her not sure, but im not happy at all. Shes the one with the power to correct this. She did advise that she would give me points towards my account and i have yet to see them. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and the first time was fantastic, sad that my 2nd visit wasnt pleasant.

It was very Noisy! Second Floor , loud voices , loud doors opening and slamming shut constantly from other younger middle school /HS age guests, right next to ours!! I finally decided to call front desk at 4:40am to complain. I got the feeling I wasnt the first one to report noise! Front Desk wasnt able to leave desk to investigate it.

good location to speedway / went to get a bite to eat in "their" restaurant which actually was just a bar and were told no hot food was available because the chef was in a meeting and they had no idea how long it would be until he was available / beds were too "high" for 71 year old people in what was described as an accessible room

Nice hotel but my only issue was the air conditioning. When it kicked on it would blow right into the bed next to it. A deflector of some sort or an adjustable cover would be ideal. Still wouldn’t deter me from staying there again.

This has been one of the best stays I’ve had in a while. Not only was the room clean, the staff was amazing. From a spilled milkshake in the rental, to a clogged toilet courtesy of one of my traveling companions, to needing an extra towel..Damon was always there and came in every single time! I’ve never had to come to the front desk so many times (not the hotels fault) and every time Damon helped me immediately and with a smile. 10/10 would stay here again.

Ericca at the front desk was phenomenal. She provided one of the most welcoming experiences I have had a t a hotel. She and her colleagues did an excellent job making sure we had everything needed. The breakfast options were solid, and the room was clean and quiet.

Super cute hotel! My only criticism would be that the text option to the front desk for needs isn't the greatest. I requested towels twice and never received a response. Other than that, the staff was great and the hotel was convenient to what we were doing and we loved our stay.

We had two nights bokked. Called and told them to hold reservation and we would cover cost of firth night. Showed up and they gave away our room after traveling for 15 hours. Never again! Cant trust the name if thats what they do.

I will DEFINITELY be back! We went for a show at the Helium Comedy Club and traveled about three hours. We got there and check in was fast and easy, the desk staff were great. They texted me shortly after check in to make sure everything was good. The room was so clean, the thermostat was easy to change, plenty of towels and washcloths. Later that night, I realized I forgot toothpaste and when I went down to see if I could buy it, they had some packets they just gave me. The hotel was tucked away in a nice little corner, not far from where we were going. I wish my stay had been longer so I could’ve explored a little more because the hotel was beautiful and overall clean and smelled amazing. Absolutely worth the money!

The stay was overall good. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. The front desk manager was overwhelmed and was vocal about it. He told us there were no king rooms available, which is what was booked, didn’t apologize, and just said there are none available so you get a queen. He also put us in a room that had an ozone treatment going and we walked into the room and breathed in some chemicals so then we had to go back down and get a new room.

Entrance to the property is a bit obscure because of other construction. Favour the receptionist was the best one I've encountered on several trips -- friendly, helpful, personable, attentive, and professional. Property was nice, good location, but Google couldn't find the entrance. Nice clean facility.

Very happy with the great customer service and cleanliness of our room. Located less than 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Great place to stay if you are coming in from out of town to see a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The breakfast here was bad. I had breakfast between 6:30 and 7:30 each day. The first morning I got a cup of milk and it did not taste like milk so I couldn't drink it. The second morning there was only one little omelet there. and he meat and potato chafers were empty. I got the last omelet and the watched the next 15 or so gests that came down go without. They had to eat toast, bagels or waffles. They never brought out more warm food while I was there.

Beautiful hotel! Breakfast was amazing with variety and quality of food. Front desk staff are so friendly. Makes you want to stay here just for that. Room was clean and well kept. Nice pool with pool floats in case you forget yours. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Check out Chicagos pizza while your heat… so DELICIOUS!! Hotel is close to the Children’s museum.

Staff was wonderful, we stayed at several Hampton inns that week while traveling and this one had fewer options for breakfast, like 2 trays of hot food instead of 3, any by the time we got down there, still 39 minutes before breakfast was over, everything was empty and not refilled. No milk for cereal (cereals were gross, maybe one grandpa cereal instead of all 3?) no yogurt, hot food trays empty, waffle batter empty, muffins and bagels empty. Sure you understand that some people want to sleep in so they come near the end?
