I am happy with my stay. It is not a fancy place, but it has all the necessary basics. I am a female traveling solo and I felt safe walking to a small grocery store a few blocks away. Before bedtime, I could hear other tenants up and about within the building, but thankfully, everyone settled down and I was able to get a good night sleep. If you end up with noisy neighbors, it could be a problem, but there are signs saying property has a “no noise” policy. For my needs, the price and accommodations were perfect! I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for the ability to make coffee in the morning!! A must have for me!

The guest house was hard to find. No lighting in the neighborhood. Felt very unsafe! There were bugs crawling on the sink in the bathroom and dead roaches in the bedroom. We left the next morning and rented a hotel room.

VORSICHT FAKE UNTERKUNFT! Die Unterkunft existiert nicht. Man wird aufgefordert, im Voraus seine ID zu schicken und man soll wenige Tage vor der Anreise die Adresse bekommen. Die Adresse wurde nicht mitgeteilt und selbst Expedia konnte niemand erreichen!

We were informed that we had to stay at a different location one night before our stay which was fine until the 'front desk' was unresponsive. We didn't get check in details until and hour and a half after our designated check in time. Otherwise it was a delightful stay and they accommodated us fairly well for the rest of our trip.

They said their card reader was broken last minute before my flight out and to use zelle or PayPal. I told them PayPal over email because I didn't want my money stolen and they never replied back. I called 4 times all throughout that day and only got voicemail with no way of leaving a message. I then got a text saying they were canceling my stay for not paying the day of my flight out. I responded very arritated and was told they were banning me from all of their properties. Seems like a scam property setup to me but that was just the vibe I got from talking with Lee at Rainer Guesthouse. I had to then find a last minute hotel because of this person and property management. Don't waste your time like I did.

Was not at all what i thought it was going to be. others seemed to be a little loud.. Not many places to eat around there for me and my tastes. Didn’t realize even though only 6 miles from where I needed to be in town it took way to long to get to Seattle.
