I have stayed at this location a few times and have always had a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for families. The pool is perfect temperature. It will be my place everytime I visit.

Staff at this property are so kind and welcoming. Pool facilities at the hotel were fantastic. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, complimentary laundry facilities very convenient and quick to use. Excellent range of choice for breakfast and coffee very good.

It was clean and quiet. One complaint I have is the parking. You have to walk across the mulch to get to and from your car/ hotel. Parking space is in front of the small concrete crossing. Secondly, Bring your own toilet paper. Very cheap and thin bargain tissue.

Had to ask for maid service which is a little odd. We straightened our beds each day but II did expect towels or washcloths tobe replaced if left on floor. Maid wouldn't know if room was not entered.

Upon arrival I was very pleased about my selection. I liked the appearance, decor, style of the hotel and staff. Upon entrance in our room, everything was still ok. I immediately used the bathroom, and saw two ants in the bathroom. Thinking they may have come in with us from the outside. I dismissed this. I disposed of the first two. Then I saw them two more separate instances. One occurrence was at the threshold between the tile and carpet. Then i was concerned they were on the carpet. I went to the front desk and they gave us a new room. No ants in the new room. Very Much appreciated! The main thing that I did not like is the placement of the bathroom in from of the beds!! Have the designers slept in these rooms? If anyone has to get up to use the restoom during the night or early morning, you have to turn the lights on (from outside the bathroom door), which blairs right in the face of those in the bed. Even through the frosted glass window in the door. How annoying!!! There is really no night light, thankfully I bring a small one. But in our situation, it wasn't very helpful this trip. If stayling longer than one night, there are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. All in All the hotel is beautiful, the beds were comfortable. But disappointed in the room layout. Going forward I will relview further, before booking this hotel chain/and others for room layout.

The property was clean, the breakfast was included and fine. I did not like that there were parking lot lights shining through the window all night. there were no blackout curtains. There was only sheers. The bathroom is directly in front of the beds with a frosted glass door. So If you turn the light on in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, you wake up everyone in the room. The AC unit was not on when we arrived and the room was very hot

The girl at the front desk that checked us in mumbled so bad I had to ask her to repeat herself several times and could not understand her. That is the only complaint at all about the stay. Every thing else was perfect

Rooms were nice, good breakfast but they had no teabags. Lady working said the shipment was in the loading dock. It would be a riot if they were out of coffee for guests. Maybe management could have picked up a box to have on Tuesday morning. Tv remote didn’t work & I called front desk & she said no maintenance person there.

The worst check in experience ever. The staff tried twice to charge me for the room even though I had already paid for it on hotels.com. Took over 30 minutes to check in. Those people do not need to be working with public

Every time I’ve stayed here the service has been amazing clean rooms and attached to the Mint Gaming hall (casino) so it’s been fun but the last time no one came and changed out towels or bedding the entire week but the rest of the staff was amazing and helpful and 30-40 minutes from Nashville 20 from Bowling Green I love this place

Very clean, seemed fairly new. Room was just what I needed with the extra pull out twin bed under the couch. Bathroom was very nice. Large hot tub by the pool was enjoyed. All three of my kids were able to find something for breakfast with the selection, it wasn’t a large selection but everything was good. Interacted with 3 staff members and all were friendly. We were just passing through so we didn’t search for things in the area but it seemed to be a little in the middle of nowhere which I honestly prefer….. normally means it will be more calm and quiet. Very happy with my stay and would def stay again if I’m ever in the area.

Overall, the hotel was solid. Looked nice upon arrival and everything in the room was satisfactory. The free breakfast was also better than most I’ve been to. Didn’t realize there was a gaming hall connected when I booked. I have no issues with that and was actually interested in checking it out when we saw it but it was basically just hundreds of the same video slot games. Kind of a depressing area and didn’t seem very well ventilated with all the smokers in there. If there was any variety of gambling options in there I might’ve spent a little time in there. Food here in the restaurant was good but service was pretty slow as they seemed understaffed. All in all, solid place to stay.

It was so nice and everything was just perfect! Even the breakfast in the morning was great! I have Crohn’s, a dairy allergy, and can’t eat meat and there was even options for me!!!!! I can’t explain how much that means to have choices of foods I can eat too!
