New construction hotel so it feels modern and clean. AC unit in room is so nice to escape from the tropical heat of the day. Pool is refreshing, though on the smaller side. Great location to walk to various places throughout Bacalar. Highly recommended to rent a bike to get around much faster.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. However the property was not clean- we couldn’t use the pool. Our second room wasn’t stocked with drinks- we had to ask for blankets as the beds only had a very thin silk linen.

This place was Fantastic! We were blown away what a peaceful oasis in the perfect location walking distance to amazing restaurants and the center as well as the lagoon.The amazing staff stood out made the experience so memorable. The hotel felt very safe The rooms are clean and very comfortable! My husband loved the coffee maker and coffee they provided. The bathroom were large spa like feel with hot water and good water pressure. Your large sliding doors lead out to a patio to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. At night it lights up beautifully as well. My husband and I are already planning our next stay here.

El hotel siempre esta impecable. Daniel y todo el staff son siempre muy amables y te ayudan en todo. Por mucho el mejor hotel costo beneficio. La zona no es las mejor, estéticamente hablando, pero definitivamente la mas céntrica, todo te queda cerca. Lastima que no tenia mas noches disponibles si no me hubiera quedado mas tiempo.

However, because the area is usually very warm, it was really all you needed. It also has a/c to help regulate the room temperature. The front desk was quite informative and accommodating.

La propiedas es relativamente nueva, limpia y espaciosa. El personal es amable e intenta ser resolutivo. La primer noche tuve inconvenientes con la regadera que no tenía casi agua caliente, la poca que había era sin presión. Apenas al día siguiente a la tarde me cambiaron de habitación con otra regadera, sí funciona pero dura poco tiempo. Muy lindo y bien ubicado, pero es muy incómodo que el agua caliente dure tan poco.

La propiedas es relativamente nueva, limpia y espaciosa. El personal es amable e intenta ser resolutivo. Our room was very nice. Great size and comfy beds. Great location to restaurants and to the Laguna. Restaurants that I recommend close by is Mr. Tacos and for breakfast I recommend Finisterre. La Playita is also a great please to eat for lunch and dinner. Bacalar is a gorgeous place.

El hotel siempre esta impecable. Daniel y todo el staff son siempre muy amables y te ayudan en todo. Por mucho el mejor hotel costo beneficio. Excelente el lugar y la atención personalizada, Instalaciones nuevas, muy limpio y con buen mantenimiento. Bien ubicado, cerca del centro y buenos restaurantes. El único aspecto que no nos gustó es que aunque pagamos nuestra estancia por adelantado, el reglamento del hotel pide dejar un depósito extra. Como que eso no me había tocado antes

Our room was very nice. Great size and comfy beds. Great location to restaurants and to the Laguna. Restaurants that I recommend close by is Mr. Tacos and for breakfast I recommend Finisterre. La Playita is also a great please to eat for lunch and dinner. Bacalar is a gorgeous place.

This place was Fantastic! We were blown away what a peaceful oasis in the perfect location walking distance to amazing restaurants and the center as well as the lagoon.The amazing staff stood out made the experience so memorable. The hotel felt very safe The rooms are clean and very comfortable! My husband loved the coffee maker and coffee they provided. The bathroom were large spa like feel with hot water and good water pressure. Your large sliding doors lead out to a patio to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. At night it lights up beautifully as well. My husband and I are already planning our next stay here.

From the outside and area, we were a bit turned off. HOWEVER, once you enter the gates of the property- it’s beautiful and the rooms are GREAT. The area ended up being great and close to many places to eat and access to the lagoon. Would stay again.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, walkable, safe, and wonderfully quiet. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel had a warm, homestay atmosphere.
