4/5 ⭐️ The location is definitely the highlight of The Mayfair Townhouse! We absolutely love the Mayfair area—it’s such a great part of London with fantastic restaurants, shopping, and plenty to explore within walking distance. The hotel itself was lovely. The rooms were very spacious, which was a nice surprise, and the restaurant and bar were great. The cocktails were fabulous! 🍸 The staff was nice and pleasant, although they didn’t necessarily go out of their way the way some of the other hotels did during our trip. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the location was definitely my favorite part of the hotel. If you want to stay in Mayfair and be close to great restaurants, shopping, and everything the area has to offer, this is a great option.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, wonderful attentive staff. However the air conditioning and the pressure of the shower was not sufficient. Great location.

This was my first stay at The Mayfair Townhouse, and I would definitely stay here again. The location is excellent—tucked away on a quiet street in Mayfair, yet just a short walk to Regent Street, Bond Street, Green Park, and plenty of great restaurants and cafés. It made it easy to explore London on foot while still enjoying a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day. I was in London for work, so reliable Wi-Fi was important. The internet was fast and dependable throughout my stay, which isn't always the case at hotels and made working from my room effortless. There was one small hiccup when I arrived: the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly. However, the staff handled it exceptionally well and moved me to another room immediately without any hassle. I really appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue. Another nice touch was the complimentary minibar stocked with snacks and drinks, which was a pleasant surprise after a day of meetings and sightseeing. Overall, the combination of an outstanding location, excellent service, reliable Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities made this a wonderful stay. I look forward to returning on my next trip to London.
