Unique, beautifully restored property with so many interesting things to look at. Very clean. Upscale amenities in room - toiletries, coffee, bathrobes, etc. Staff was super helpful and everyone was very personable. The Bottleworks District area right across the street offers lots to do and see as well with a theater, yoga, and a large indoor eating area with so many choices! You could spend the entire weekend and not even need your car (we did)! Speaking of cars - that would be the only potentially negative thing if anything at all… it’s the parking situation. They can’t help the super narrow street that the hotel sits on, but there is only one public garage even remotely close and it fills up quickly. By the time we arrived to check in, it was full. So really, your only choice is to utilize valet or park blocks away and carry all your luggage for blocks. Parking is going to set you back approx $48/day. So, that’s not insignificant. But, the experience, comfort and the food options are WORTH IT!

Did not have the opportunity. Everything was excellent. The walk from the front desk to the room is the longest I've ever made in any hotel. Once I got tonthe room, it was worth it. I was sad to not have any ice machine avaliable. I could have it brought to me by staff. Dont really want to tip for ice in my pjs at midnight. Beautiful hotel. I would stay here always.

This is a cool area of Indy. The hotel is a renovated Coca Cola bottle works facility. It is a beautiful building and all the 1930s character has been retained while having totally modern amenities. The area around is full of shops and restaurants and fun to wander. Our room was huge and very comfortable. It is a LONG walk down the hallways but the photos along the way were so interesting. It was so quiet. The bar downstairs was nice and the lobby is fabulous with a pool table available. It was a great stay and we hope to come back.

property great. unique renovation of an old building into a beautiful hotel, inspired and well worth the stay. only issue i had was parking fees - $50/d for parking where i never needed the vehicle until departure day, 5 days after arrival.

Incredible attention to detail in the decor of this hotel. Very upscale, modern and well kept. The gulded king room was super spacious, automated window coverings and the spacious gymn was the crowning star! multiple venues for eating and play across the street and easy access to publuc parking if you want to save some money. But do note that there is not a charging port at the hotel but there is one within a mile of the hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel in the old coca cola bottling building. There are tons of food options nearby and a coffee shop and bar in the hotel. I wish it was a tiny bit more affordable for me when I am NOT on a business trip...

A truly wonderful stay from the time I pulled up to the valet until the valet pulled up my car at checkout. Staff were cheerful and friendly. Room well appointed and spotless. All public areas, especially the extra wide hallways, had a charming vibe with interesting photos and benches reminiscent of an art gallery. The hip area around the hotel provides a great variety of restaurants, shops and movie theater within easy walking distance. A perfect venue for a 2-3 relaxed getaway. I look forward to staying on property again soon.

Everything was amazing! VERY CLEAN! Friendly staff and many on-site (within the hotel building) services. Plus within walking distance many nice restaurants. Parking later in the evening was easy.. Overall the building itself was very cool! Historical value was kept, while providing modern ammenities and renovations. Very nicely decorated.

I have not come across any hotel room that’s as huge as Bottleworks hotel room. Hallway is super clean, huge and so beautiful! The whole building is gorgeous and clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. I love love this hotel. Best hotel, I have lodged so far. And the bathroom shower comes with a powerful water flow. I just love everything about this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay here for a comfortable and relaxing, clean stay. 10/10!!! Worth every penny!!

The hotel oozes cool vibes, from the art deco details to the red laquered room doors. The room was very large, couch and bed were comfy, and the shower in the bathroom was fantastic.

I’ve stayed at Bottleworks before and was excited to return, but this visit was a disappointment. While the property itself is stylish, several issues made the stay frustrating and not worth the premium price. First, a wedding reception was held onsite with a live band playing from about 8–11PM. The music was so loud in the courtyard that it carried straight into our room—we couldn’t relax or sleep, essentially paying to be stuck in a room we couldn’t enjoy. Second, I booked a King room with a proper shower so my partner could unwind, but we were placed in an ADA King instead. The shower was extremely small, had no curtain, and the shower head was so low I towered over it. This was not what we reserved and felt like a downgrade. Third, the next day I was charged $95 for minibar items we never touched. As a vegan who doesn’t drink, it was impossible for us to have consumed those. Staff admitted it was a clerical error and reversed it, but that kind of mistake shouldn’t happen at a hotel of this caliber. Overall, Bottleworks feels like it prioritizes weddings and events over hotel guests. If there’s an event, overnight visitors become second-tier, dealing with noise and service issues. I wanted to treat my partner to a special, restorative stay and instead left feeling let down and taken advantage of. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

This is a great property and fantastic location for our needs. It was a family get together before thanksgiving. We had lunch at the Garage. Checkin did NOT tell us that the fun and entertaining Duck Pin was free for guest of the hotel and since 8 of us stayed in 3 different rooms, it was a huge extra and unnecessary expense. When we informed the front desk they simply stated “oh yes, you just show them your room key?!?” How would we have known that since we were NEVER informed?!? Also when walking to our dinner reservation as a group, the front desk sent us in the wrong direction, my teenage nephew looked it up and got us going the right way or we would have missed our reservation. My check in was great. My daughter’s check in however was weird to say the least, she was told repeatedly, 4 times in fact, in a 3 minute conversation, there was no connecting room even though she told him she understood and then asked for her id to check twice. Very weird experience, maybe he was intoxicated or high?!? Front desks needs to do better!!

It was an amazing stay for my partner and I! With great restaurants within walking distance,Inside bar at hotel the experience was amazing,Until about 9:30-9:40a.m my partner and I was almost walked in on by housekeeping while we was being intimate only they kept her from coming in was the door stop inside the room. Checked out Informed Front desk I stay was wonderful unftil the morning came before check out at 11! A young guy at front desk response was yes they do come in before check out……. Never!!!!!!!!! Have We had that experience at ABSOLUTELY Not At no Hotel Establishment!

The room service was some of the worst food I've ever had. After ordering $80+ worth of in-room dining, we immediately DoorDash'd something else because it was disgusting. Bottleworks is a nice one time boutique stay if you can get it at a good rate, but for what we paid (nearly $400 one night and $200 the 2nd night)... it wasn't worth it. It basically a little prettier Holiday Inn.

When my family and I arrived at the Hotel, we were greeted with friendly smiles from all of the staff. This was the first time we stayed at the Bottleworks Hotel and were extremely impressed. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and had everything including a well stocked mini bar. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was excellent. I will definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone who appreciates the finer things in life. 👍👍

The hotel doesn’t have the food between 11:00-15:00, it is not friendly for the late get-up. If it is possible, I hope they could have the food 24hours~
