Staff was amazing!!! 1st night everything was perfect. 2nd night i think everyone on our floor was having a party or fighting or kids screaming. Called up.front he was quick to attempt to fix it. I went down to ask him again bc they all got loud again. He went up to the room, and spoke with the one group. They kept going all night. So not alot of rest. But not on the hotel or staff. Just luck of the draw. The pool was green, masty looking its july i was looking foeard to swimming one of the main reasons we booked rhis room. But things happen. Will probably stay again next time im in the area.

Many things going on in town last weekend so while this is normally a quiet hotel, it was a little noisy this time. Room was comfortable, but a little more effort needs to be used by the maintenance staff, as the shower diverter didn't work well so not much water was available and only one of the two elevators was working and the cleaning staff was using it too.

The hotel itself was good. Room was satisfactory and clean. The elevator was out, which is no big deal. But the parking lot was an issue. My truck got broken into on day one. And after the observing the parking lot with less vehicles, a good amount of the spaces had piles of broken glass in them which tells me this is a common occurrence. The hotel of course claims no responsibility and says to park at your own risk. Just know that it is a big risk.

The hotel was extremely clean and super comfortable. The beds were really comfortable compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at for the same price. They have coffee available 24/7 which I loved. The room was over all pretty clean. House keeper put the trash bag I had on the floor on top of my things. The drinks spilled all over my stuff which was upsetting but I’ll live. The pool was filthy. Really needs to be cleaned. I was looking forward to the breakfast but never woke up on time lol over all I would stay here again.

This is not a safe area. Three vehicles were broken into the two nights we were there. Shame on the hotel owners for not having any type of security. Friendly staff - not the cleanest rooms. Honest review! Will never stay in this area again. Several others with our group/event will never come back either.

Probably the worst hotel I have been to. It was disgusting inside. Our pillows were still dirty, nobody cleaned the bathroom. There was hair in our sink, and shower. Not a single usb charger worked in the room. Went downstairs to charge and they didn’t work either. Tried to use the laundry, none of the washers worked. Just terrible. I know it’s not a 5 star hotel but at least have the basic necessities up and running.

The check in lady wasn’t welcoming and didn’t greet us when we came in. We were checked in a room and when we got to the room the room was unclean. The sofa Inside was stained, the bed was dirty and stained from the bed to the floor. The bathtub had hairs. The room smelled like weed. We asked for another room and the lady up front was not pleasant when I voiced my concern and didn’t bother to apologize. She gave us another room and the same with dirty room. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vaccumed, hairs on the restroom floor like the mop used just swept hairs around. We got a refund back but the lady again didn’t bother to say when will money be back on account nor did she apologize for the inconvenience. Over all a bad experience.

Don’t ever book this hotel. I’d honestly rather sleep in my car than stay here again. The pictures and rates looked good online, but that was completely misleading. As soon as we arrived, people were hanging around the back door like it was a section 8 complex—smoking joints and watching our car. Definitely don’t park in the back. The front desk staff couldn’t care less, just sitting on their phones. Our room was even worse: the AC roared like a jet engine and barely worked, there were cockroaches on the bed and toilet, and the bathroom mirror was growing mold. The TV didn’t work except for blasting trap music. The whole place felt like rundown government housing, with people walking around with blunts behind their ears—and yes, we even saw another cockroach in the elevator.

I had a bad reaction to the fragrance/chemical used on the bedspread and/or coverlet. I ended up with a terrible headache and couldn't sleep. As I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night, the bathroom floor and shower form was crawling with baby roaches. I think they might be coming from the shower drain.

We were put in room 400. the door didn’t lock, the safety latch was missing, several plugs didn’t work. It was extremely hot and stunk. We moved to 402, the room was hot and smelled aweful. The couch was filthy and a box of condoms and a can of fruit was left in the drawer. We’ve stayed here many times and it just keeps getting worse.

The renovations that took place at this hotel clearly didnt cover the water damage that could be clearly seen in the bathroom. That however was just the start. Day two of our visit i woke up to bed bugs on my pillows and along the lining of the mattress. Yes the staff was nice enough to move us to another room that they cleaned even with the hotel being sold out, that was appreciated. Yet, the room that they moved us to looked as though the cleaning was rushed. Dried tissue paper beside the bed next to dried vomit.

Hotel staff was great. However, the cleanliness of the room was poor.. there was black mold in the closet it was all over the iron and ironing bored as well as the walls inside the closest. I kept the door closed. The floors were so dirty I use a dry towel and literally mopped the floors myself because I couldn't walk with my socks or barefoot. There was also lots and lots of stains on the wall, dirt on the walls but the hallways and lobby area was super tidy. It was a disappointment seeing the review on here but acurally seeing inside in the room the condition was horrible. My sheets weren't as clean as they could've been seemed like there was stains that didn't come out on them... The breakfast was pretty standard and the young lady that checked me in was very nice always had a smile on her face. Another thing that doesn't really fall on the hotel but there was two nights out of the four were a COUPLE was arguing or fighting, it was ridiculous. The rate is so cheap but maybe they should up cause there was some selfish people arguing and had no respect for anyone else in the hotel but thenselves. I had to call the office twice! Their was a man bamming on someone door begging them to let him in which I believe he had the wrong door. I was so pissed being some up at 4am. But decent stay but the cleanliness needs to be better they need to do a deep deep clean on all rooms and tidy up the bathroom!! They're starting to fall apart.

Had to move rooms twice. The cardkey reader on the first room would not work. The second room did not have a working deadbolt. I was the treated to an "upgrade" to a suite. No kitchenette in the suite, which I found odd. The sofa was broken and stained. When my son joined me, the pullout mattress was also stained. There was no bedding for the pullout bed. When I asked to the bed to be made up, I was given a single top sheet. When my room was cleaned, dirty towels were taken but no fresh towels left. No premium channels on the TV, no smart TV to be able to watch own streaming services, and poor wifi. Ended up leaving early and booked a comfortable, two bedroom VRBO for not much more money in a better location. Still waiting on reimbursement.

The water pressure from the main shower head was practically nothing. The handheld could not be secured. The hairdryer did not work (yes, I did press all the reset buttons). The remote to the TV did not work. When I tried to call the front desk, I discovered that the hotel phone was dead. I did confirm that it was plugged in and connected. I emailed the manager, asking for a slight $ adjustment, and have not heard a peep as of 1/3/25. Return stay therefore cancelled.

As soon as we walked in Kathy made us feel like home. In less than 5 minutes we were in our room. Room was clean, sheets, pillow. Bathroom was spotless. We had a non working hair dryer but as soon as we informed Kathy she took care of us.

The room and amenities were great. The staff really needs work on people skills. I spoke with 4 people on our two night stay and the only polite/personable one was the ypung lady at checkout. The older lady at checkin was rushed and irritable. She was almost bothered by my questions. Monday morning yhe gentleman just wasn't interested in helping me at all. He dismissed me and told me to come back later. When i came back later the other gentleman didn't check on anything for me, didnt offer any ideas or solutions just said he couldnt help. checkin was

If you ever listen to any review, listen to Mine. Do not stay at this property. The management is terrible. The service is terrible. I asked the front receptionist if I could get some kind of service since our toilet stopped working at night, and our shower was not letting the water down the tub. it was 10 o’clock the next morning I was about 3040 minutes from checking out and they still had not fixed or sent anyone. She went on to tell me there is nothing that she could do for me. She was very unhelpful I asked for manager she said the manager didn’t come in until one, 130. By that time I would be gone. Please whatever you do don’t let the front desk decent look fool you like me, the rooms are not in good order. They are not in good working conditions. Do not stay at this hotel don’t say you have not been warned.

No one was at the front desk when I arrived. After waiting 10 minutes found a housekeeper who could not locate the front desk person. After waiting 15 minutes the front desk woman came out of the back office. The floor in the room had burn marks. Would not stay again

Excelent costumer service. It’s a plus that there is bilingual personnel. The ladies in the breakfast area do a wonderful job. Hotel is very clean. When traveling La Quinta is my first option for they are pet friendly.

My whole check in was terrible my whole stay was terrible it started upon arrival they sold my room I had to pay extra to stay and my guest was treated very disrespectful the guest attendant was very racist during breakfast where I had to let her know about herself as I was checking out the sad part is we come here allllll the time and she was new to this facility so I guess she was trying to show out with the housekeeping lady because she was present during the altercation and as I was checking out and I will be speaking directly to the GM soon as I can ever catch him there and I will but my stay was terrible

The attendant didn’t say much. She didn’t ask me if I’ve ever been to the hotel before and also she didn’t tell me about breakfast time or anything else. She didn’t seem welcoming. “Enjoy your stay” would’ve been nice or something. I got a text from the hotel and it said to text if I need help. I texted and asked about breakfast and never got a response back. The shower looks like it has been patched. The carpet near the bathroom was torn like the thread had come out. Also had to be careful because there were tacs in the floor. There were also people next door that were slamming doors and just loud. Plus other people on the same floor. In morning around 6:15am we went down to look at the breakfast, walked outside for a few then back to the door to get in but it was locked and had to get the attendant to open the door. That is another problem. So if you go outside you will be locked out!! My friend waited outside for about 10/15 minutes for someone to let her back inside. There were a group of people sitting at the table in the lobby (they looked they were having a meeting or whatever) no one came to open the door. I will say I did like the breakfast. It wasn’t dirty in the room and it smelled nice and I liked that. Housekeeping came to my room quickly when I told the attendant about the refrigerator/cooler. Issue was solved! I usually stay at La Quinta and have no problems but this hotel I would stay at again but some issues needs to be resolved.

Really nice little hotel. Suited all our family’s needs for our vacation. Centrally located to shops, great restaurants, and tourist attractions. Staff was very helpful and kind. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Everything here was just fine. The only drawback is the location, and that it borders a very sketchy neighborhood. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s a nice place to stay.

The hotel was quiet and clean. There is coffee/tea/lemon water available all day, and a very nice Taqueria in the little grocery store next door. The staff is friendly and the free breakfast was good. A short ride to the State Fair Park. Would stay there again

The hotel is actually new, and the front desk staff were very friendly, but some staff were not familiar with the surrounding areas. The issue we had was with the room cleaning service. We had 4 nights, and every time we went to take a shower, we had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels, shampoo, and soap. They never vacuumed and changed the sheets. As for breakfast, there aren't many options. I don't think they should offer the same exact or repetitive breakfast every day.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was no hot breakfast other than you making yourself a waffle. I think adding a better variety to the breakfast options should be considered. There was a street light right outside our window and the blinds did not block this out very well, which made it hard to sleep while traveling with a small child. Overall this wasn’t a bad hotel but I think if they just put a little extra thought into detail, this could be a great hotel. It’s right off the highway and it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The check in was fast and easy. The room was clean. We were looking forward to waffles for breakfast. I cooked the waffle and there was no syrup. So I got a plate of eggs and sausage. It was cold. I was very disappointed in the breakfast.
