2 king beds, well equipped kitchen. It’s a duplex but quiet— we couldn’t hear neighbors in the unit next door. We walked to the Evans town Center Park (20 min) for the fireworks display and it was great!

Kitchen well supplied. Plenty of cooking utensils and condiments which made our stay easy. Property was clean. Host is very friendly. Quiet location.
