The house was fantastic and comfortable. Easy walking distance to a number of our favorite places in Memphis, and having the secure parking area is always a nice amenity. JR was fantastic as a host and made the check in and check out process very smooth.

First, the location was superb. 5-10min walk to the National Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, Main Street. Inside the apartment, we had everything we needed. Super clean. Super spacious. The full kitchen had us prepare our Thanksgiving meal! We will come back again whenever we pass through Memphis!

Worked out GREAT. Walked to Beale St/Gus’s Fried Chicken/Civil rights museum/riiver. Perfect location. Loved the Birthday Welcome basket. Owner was very accommodating; we got to town in morning (took Amtrak, also walkable to station) and he allowed us in early so we all took naps😜. Very well stocked. A ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom would be nice but we found a box fan to use. Loved the gated parking. Would recommend and stay here again.

The Condo is so so clean and the amenities was a plus. The location is perfect for the streetcar and the restaurants. The HOST was always on call and called right back . The only suggestion from me would be tex instead of emailing on the coding and parking . I missed the parking # and was not aware of my #. My miscommunitcation on my part due to email.

This apartment was super! We were quite literally stunned when we opened the door. The communications from the owner and the planning and prep they put in were just absolutely great. We had absolutely no problems. This is located SOOOO close to Beale Street and other attractions like the Civil Rights Museum. I didn't even know that Memphis had street cars--but they street car line is right at the end of the block! The parking lot is gated and you have assigned spots! So, if you have just one car you will never lack parking here! The washer and dryer in the apartment meant we could catch up on laundry easily while still getting our sightseeing in!

Only a 10 min walk from Beale St. and about the same to the National Civil Rights Museum. Also a few blocks from a gorgeous riverfront park with trails. Also has gated parking. Apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We would stay here again.

I have rented many VRBO's over the years and this is the best of the best. Clean, modern, updated, fully equipped, and everything you could ask for, or want. Safe, gated, parking with security to get in the building and in the apartment. Incredible location as well. 10 minute walk to Beale Street, 5 minutes to the Civil Rights Museum, 15 minutes to see the Memphis Redbirds. 10 minute drive to Bass Pro and 15 drive to the Memphis Zoo (all must sees) 2 minute walk to Gus Famous Chicken (another must try) Well worth the money to stay and enjoy Memphis at this location. We will come back again.

Overall this was excellent. Our only complaint was with too soft beds that made sleeping difficult and left us with stiff backs in the mornings. Hopefully this will be corrected soon. Loved the frig stocked with many cold bottles of water. Could have used some condiments in the cabinet however.

We had such an amazing stay! We were walking distance to major attractions such as Beal St and the Peabody Hotel, even with a 4 year old. And it was a short 15 minute drive to Liberty Stadium for a football game. There were so many highly recommended restaurants nearby that we had a hard time picking where to eat for our short trip. The condo itself is decorated beautifully and impeccably clean. To our surprise, it came fully stocked with basic necessities like toilet paper, but there were also shampoos, conditioners, soap, and even bottles of water in the fridge. We could hear people in the condo above us walking around as well as people outside the building if they were being loud, but that’s part of being in an apartment-styled building blocks from Beal St, and this unit is at ground level. The parking lot, the building, and the condo are all secured with a code. The immediate surrounding area looked a little rough, but even walking around in the dead of night we never felt unsafe. I, as someone who is from a big city, would feel comfortable staying here by myself. The next time we find ourselves in Memphis, this will be the first place we try to book. I stayed here for a week with my mom for a mother daughter getaway in Memphis. We loved it and cannot recommend it enough. It was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay, and it was in an excellent location within walking distance to Beale St, museums, and restaurants. The hosts communicated clearly and promptly before and during our stay, so check in and check out were easy. They made us feel welcome in their space. We would definitely stay here again!

Opening the door you are greeted by a clean fresh scent and a beautifully decorated space. We loved it! Everything you may need it has! We walked down Main Street for lunch and museums. Then to Beale st. We will book again.

A great location. So handy to everything. A short walk to Beale St, but far enough that you don’t hear the night life. The host is excellent at communication and supplies you with all the information you need for a great stay. This place was so comfy and fun. I felt safe. The furniture was very comfortable. The beds slept well. Lots of coffee provided and all the other usual amenities. Its a great location for downtown with easy access to lots of bars, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

We loved this condo. It was secure, clean, organized, and has extra touches such as water in the refrigerator, coffee, and mints. We loved being within walking distance of great restaurants, historical sites, and entertainment. The folks here were so nice. There were 4 adults staying and the rooms were great. Only wish was for an extra bathroom 😂

Ideally located close to centre a 5 my walk away. Nice touch from owner leaving lots of cold bottles of water. Only downside we found which was entirely down to us was the fact that it only had 1 bathroom so with 4 adults it was a bit frustrating for showers and toilet visits. But the position fully made up for any disappointment we initially had.

Easy to access great, comfy 2 bedroom condo. Just a few blocks to Beale street, though we walked to places much further than that. Had the best communication with this property manager than any other place we have stayed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed in the Condo for 3 nights for the eclipse. I was a fantastic property. Right in heart of Memphis good and nightlife! Property was the most well stocked property I've ever stayed at through VRBO! They had everything you could possibly need and more. Host left us a snack basket for the eclipse! Host communicated everything and made navigation and check-in a breeze. If I'm ever back in Memphis, this is where I would want to stay! 5 stars!

Property was the most well stocked property I've ever stayed at through VRBO! They had everything you could possibly need and more. Host left us a snack basket for the eclipse! Host communicated everything and made navigation and check-in a breeze. If I'm ever back in Memphis, this is where I would want to stay! 5 stars!

Absolutely wonderful! Communication was perfect! Anything that you needed was supplied. Walking distance to everything! Great food nearby. Only thing beyond JR’s control was the gate to the parking. Make sure to listen for the beeps when you push the numbers.

We had such an amazing stay! We were walking distance to major attractions such as Beal St and the Peabody Hotel, even with a 4 year old. And it was a short 15 minute drive to Liberty Stadium for a football game. There were so many highly recommended restaurants nearby that we had a hard time picking where to eat for our short trip. The condo itself is decorated beautifully and impeccably clean. To our surprise, it came fully stocked with basic necessities like toilet paper, but there were also shampoos, conditioners, soap, and even bottles of water in the fridge. We could hear people in the condo above us walking around as well as people outside the building if they were being loud, but that’s part of being in an apartment-styled building blocks from Beal St, and this unit is at ground level. The parking lot, the building, and the condo are all secured with a code. The immediate surrounding area looked a little rough, but even walking around in the dead of night we never felt unsafe. I, as someone who is from a big city, would feel comfortable staying here by myself. The next time we find ourselves in Memphis, this will be the first place we try to book. And we recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in the area. Thank you, J.R., for a great stay! We look forward to booking with you again!

The property was exactly as advertised. perfect accommodations. I can't imagine a better location for Beale, the civil right museum and the waterfront. All easy safe walks. Main st appears to be undergoing a renaissance, which will make it even beter

This place was so comfy and fun. I felt safe. The furniture was very comfortable. The beds slept well. Lots of coffee provided and all the other usual amenities. Its a great location for downtown with easy access to lots of bars, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Was exactly what we needed for our vacation. It was nice to be able to walk to Gus’s for dinner and was a good central location for what we were doing on our trip. Despite the run down parts of the neighborhood, there were several other families enjoying this area on vacation.

Only a 10 min walk from Beale St. and about the same to the National Civil Rights Museum. Also a few blocks from a gorgeous riverfront park with trails. Also has gated parking. Apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We would stay here again.

A great location. So handy to everything. A short walk to Beale St, but far enough that you don’t hear the night life. The host is excellent at communication and supplies you with all the information you need for a great stay. Would definitely book again, it’s clean, comfortable and exactly what it looks like on the photos. 10/10

This condo really is gorgeous and we loved staying here. It's set up for guest comfort and ease, and the owner has an amazing website of his own with excellent recommendations for food, music, and culture. You don't need a car if you stay here, you can literally walk everywhere that matters. I'd stay here again in a hot minute!

This was a fantastic stay. Condo is in a perfect location to access everything in downtown Memphis. Easy walking to many really great restaurants just around the corner, Civil Rights Museum, Beale St., Peabody Hotel, etc., and felt very safe moving about in spite of media portrayals of Memphis. Property is as described and very well stocked (thanks for all the extra water!). Great location for us traveling with our dog, plenty of walking areas right around the condo and very close to beautiful riverside park. Parking and access were super easy and secure.
