The location was very convenient to The Pearl district (beautiful development with upscale shops, coffee houses and restaurants) and close to several lovely local restaurants that were adorable and casual! Downtown San Antonio requires about a 5 min drive. Upon arrival, we were about 5 min out from Government Hill, so I emailed Lucas to see if we could get in early. Not much lead time for him but he responded promptly and we were able to get in early to drop off the groceries we purchased. The cleaning people were finish up and were incredibly gracious! There were some snack items, a couple of sodas and a sweet sign welcoming us. Overall, the building was very clean and the kitchen was well outfitted with new looking appliances, quality cabinets and countertops. Bathrooms were very clean and beautiful and everything worked:). Very well designed property! One thing to be aware of: this is at the edge of The Pearl district in a more industrial looking area. In a few years, I’m sure it will be more developed and upgraded. At the same time, we always felt safe.

Lucas was extremely easy to work with. Great communication, offers to help, and fixed a broken garbage disposal within a few hours of the request. The Pearl area is a lot of fun- especially at night. This property is a short drive from there in an area being built up. The place was extremely clean and we felt very safe and secure with the garage parking and lock system. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect birthday weekend get away. Enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Great eateries within walking distance and so close to the Pearl district. Zoo also felt close by. Teen enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to live music at night. Kids loved the Pac-Man/Galaga gaming. Owners were wonderful and super easy to communicate with. Definitely plan on coming back over summer!

We stayed here with another couple for a long weekend. The location is very handy very close to the Pearl and so many amazing restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked nicely and had tea and coffee and a few snacks. Nice living area for visiting with friends.

What a fantastic place to stay in San Antonio! We stayed with our family of 5 and loved having room to spread out. Took advantage of the large kitchen for some meals in and had everything we needed to cook. The master is beautiful and the whole home feels luxurious. A very nice (short) walk to Pearl for coffee, breakfast tacos, dinner or drinks! Very quick drive to Alamo too. The boys loved having Big Buck Hunter in the living room.

Stayed with my family for our anniversary weekend and had a great time! The house was perfect, we had plenty of room upstairs to hangout, cook, or watch TV, as it’s very spacious. It’s a newer development, so it was nice having new amenities. It was an ideal location and easy to get to the Pearl, whether you want to walk or drive, or Riverwalk. The host, Lucas, was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. One of the top hosts I’ve come across. They even utilize an event company if interested, so if you want them to decorate for a theme/event they will. I had them do something for our anniversary and it turned out amazing, way better than expected! I would highly recommend staying at this property no matter the occasion! We’ll certainly we back! House was very nicely decorated and stocked. Arcade game, stocked fridge with goodies and the space heaters were a nice touch. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern as posted on the listing. Lucas was very responsive to my messages. The only issues we had were more related to the location than the property. The house is within earshot of the railroad tracks so we woke up to the sound of trains honking. The neighbors were smoking marijuana so we woke up with sore throats. Perhaps having portable air purifiers onsite? Again these things were unrelated to the upkeep of the property itself which we liked. Nice property. Very comfortable.

The location is super close to the Riverwalk. We would still recommend driving to the parking close to the Riverwalk as the doesn’t have great sidewalks. The house was very clean, kitchen was perfect for making meals, the a.c. worked great, and they had supplies to assist with cleaning (plenty of trash bags, dish soap, etc), and the property manager was quick to respond. Zero complaints!

This property is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Exactly as marketed on the website. The location was perfect and convenient for us since family lives close by. We didn’t use all the amenities but it was available. We definitely come back to revisit.

I have stayed in dozens of VRBO homes but this one has to be the absolute best. Location, cleanliness, furnishings, communication, check in was definitely a 10. The home is beautiful and close to everything. I can’t say a single negative about it and will definitely book it again!

This property is close to the Pearl District and walking there was no issues unless the construction around had a street blocked. We enjoyed the neighborhood eateries too. The house itself was nice but the bedrooms are on two floors. Kitchen and Master are upstairs. Couch was pretty but on the low side for getting up and comfort. Small coffee pot if you’re a coffee drinker you’ll be making a few extra pots. Kitchen overall was nice but no ice maker. And the downstairs bed may need another slat added to it so the mattress stays above the headboard. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend home. Just had these few things to point out.

Great location, host was very responsive to messages. View out back isn't great, but the area was safe with lots of nearby places to eat, drink, and walk. The Modernist- amazing bespoke bar; anywhere at Pearl (our favorite SA place to hang out); great nearby wings place (Fried Hard). Brought a small sound machine and no problems with trains or noise. Property manager dropped off some missing kitchen items the same day we sent a message about them. Clean and well appointed. Beds are firm. Pillows aren't great but there are ample extras to pile them up. Plenty of linens as well. A coffee table was the only thing we really missed- nowhere to put our feet or our drinks when watching TV. Would absolutely stay here again if remains affordable.

Check in was easy but we didn’t have WiFi right away but texted the owner and he helped me with getting it going. Master Room is very nice with a comfortable mattress and nice bathroom. We loved hanging out on the comfy couch. I also spent some time relaxing on the rooftop when it was sunnier out. The place is close to Pearl and to downtown so we could do everything we wanted to do. The only downfall was the 3rd bedroom was a day bed without any arms, so it was hard to sleep on because the pillows kept falling off the bed all the time. Having just regular twin beds in that room would have been better.

This rental worked perfectly for our stay in San Antonio. Check-in was easy and the property was very clean and welcoming. We felt like we were staying at a classy boutique hotel. The property does have a steep staircase, however. So, if anyone in your party has trouble with stairs, this property would not be a good fit.

The Modernist- amazing bespoke bar; anywhere at Pearl (our favorite SA place to hang out); great nearby wings place (Fried Hard). Brought a small sound machine and no problems with trains or noise. Property manager dropped off some missing kitchen items the same day we sent a message about them. Clean and well appointed. Beds are firm. Pillows aren't great but there are ample extras to pile them up. Plenty of linens as well. A coffee table was the only thing we really missed- nowhere to put our feet or our drinks when watching TV. Would absolutely stay here again if remains affordable.

Everything was perfect for our stay. Great area with lots to do within walking:driving distance. The house was perfect and comfortable. Lucas was always available with any questions we had. Thank you for letting us stay!!

Check in was easy but we didn’t have WiFi right away but texted the owner and he helped me with getting it going. Master Room is very nice with a comfortable mattress and nice bathroom. We loved hanging out on the comfy couch. I also spent some time relaxing on the rooftop when it was sunnier out. The place is close to Pearl and to downtown so we could do everything we wanted to do. The only downfall was the 3rd bedroom was a day bed without any arms, so it was hard to sleep on because the pillows kept falling off the bed all the time. Having just regular twin beds in that room would have been better.

What an adorable home. We were thrilled with the condition of the property, the close proximity to so many attractions, and the excellent communication with the owners. There was a slight issue with the garage door and they had it fixed in an hour! We were so impressed with their kindness and care to ensure a great and stress-free experience. I have stayed in dozens of VRBO homes but this one has to be the absolute best. Location, cleanliness, furnishings, communication, check in was definitely a 10. The home is beautiful and close to everything. I can’t say a single negative about it and will definitely book it again!

Stayed with my family for our anniversary weekend and had a great time! The house was perfect, we had plenty of room upstairs to hangout, cook, or watch TV, as it’s very spacious. It’s a newer development, so it was nice having new amenities. It was an ideal location and easy to get to the Pearl, whether you want to walk or drive, or Riverwalk. The host, Lucas, was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. One of the top hosts I’ve come across. They even utilize an event company if interested, so if you want them to decorate for a theme/event they will. I had them do something for our anniversary and it turned out amazing, way better than expected! I would highly recommend staying at this property no matter the occasion! We’ll certainly we back! The location is super close to the Riverwalk. We would still recommend driving to the parking close to the Riverwalk as the doesn’t have great sidewalks. The house was very clean, kitchen was perfect for making meals, the a.c. worked great, and they had supplies to assist with cleaning (plenty of trash bags, dish soap, etc), and the property manager was quick to respond. Zero complaints!

We LOVED our stay. We came with a well behaved group of soccer boys for a tournament. They were in heaven. It was spacious, we got to walk to the cvs-food trucks-the pearl, the adults got to run on the riverwalk and up around historic fort Sam area, and the boys got to rest and bond as a team, have meals together, and watch movies together. We saved money eating in and having a frig and kitchen. We walked over to licks for some ice cream one night. The location was perfect. We felt safe. Lucas was SO attentive and responsive. Hope to stay again soon.

We wanted to explore the area around the Alamo and this was the perfect place to stay. It was close to the experiences we wanted and we felt like we were able to do more. Would definitely recommend staying here to experience San Antonio.

The location was very convenient to The Pearl district (beautiful development with upscale shops, coffee houses and restaurants) and close to several lovely local restaurants that were adorable and casual! Downtown San Antonio requires about a 5 min drive. Upon arrival, we were about 5 min out from Government Hill, so I emailed Lucas to see if we could get in early. Not much lead time for him but he responded promptly and we were able to get in early to drop off the groceries we purchased. The cleaning people were finish up and were incredibly gracious! There were some snack items, a couple of sodas and a sweet sign welcoming us. Overall, the building was very clean and the kitchen was well outfitted with new looking appliances, quality cabinets and countertops. Bathrooms were very clean and beautiful and everything worked:). Very well designed property! One thing to be aware of: this is at the edge of The Pearl district in a more industrial looking area. In a few years, I’m sure it will be more developed and upgraded. At the same time, we always felt safe.

We stayed here with another couple for a long weekend. The location is very handy very close to the Pearl and so many amazing restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked nicely and had tea and coffee and a few snacks. Nice living area for visiting with friends.

The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. Two and a half bathrooms accommodated the needs of my family. The master bedroom and bath was comfortable. The host was very accommodating each time contact was made. Good location near restaurants, CVS, and Urgent Care. The kitchen and family living area was nice!!!
