Stayed 30 nights

The pool was not available for 10 days of our month stay. The water turned pea green on March 22. The host told me he contracted with a pool service and that he would update me. I repeatedly asked for updates and was not given any. I was thanked for my patience. I asked for a refund when we checked out and never got an answer. The unit itself was clean.The unit was pet friendly.

I stayed at the villas for six weeks and had an excellent experience. The service, the location, the accommodations, and the appliances in the apartment were all excellent. This was my second time staying there and I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it.

We have stayed at the villas multiple times, to the point that we now have a long term lease. The staff is amazing. Beto takes care of any need immediately and the cleaning crew is incredible. The office is prompt to respond anytime you need something. Our experience has been amazing. Thanks to the entire crew who made our past six months the best possible!
