**Heart of Elmwood Village cozy apartment**

Listing is as advertised - holds a good amount of guests in a single space with plenty of towels, kitchen basics, etc even for a larger group. Living room and kitchen area were great size even though the bedrooms can get pretty tight with 8 guests. Location was great for the Buffalo marathon and for walking to other points of interest (Elmwood Village, Allentown, AKG). Easy parking and access to the unit via key pad. Hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and kind!!Two considerations that didn’t negatively affect the experience but should be flagged depending on your reason for your stay: -only one bathroom can be challenging for the number of people this accommodates. keep in mind for planning! we asked guests to come with clean hair haha. -this is a downstairs unit and the upstairs tenants made some noise pretty late into the evenings. i flagged this with the host who made efforts to mitigate for the next evening.

The apartment is in a great location. Its spacious inside and really well decorated. There was plenty of street parking. It was a great place and was much cheaper than hotel rooms were going to be. If we come back to Buffalo this summer we will try to stay here again!

I recently stayed at this property at the end of December with a group of eight, and the accommodations more than met our living and sleeping needs. The unit offers a functional, comfortable space with a fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen.Prior to check-in, the host contacted me and was extremely helpful in preparing for our stay. They also reached out upon our arrival and again after our departure, and were consistently hospitable and responsive.The location offers ample street parking due to its corner lot, which was very convenient. If I return to Buffalo, I would definitely inquire about this unit’s availability again
