There was no shuttle from or to the airport unless you reserve it 48 hours ahead and it’s not guaranteed. The transportation from the airport was $75 US for an 8 min ride because Iber is not allowed to pick up at the airport. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, and nothing within walking distance. There is a basic snack bar at the pool that operates limited hours. The breakfast is very limited. Even though the hotel was half empty they gave me a horrible room with a balcony overlooking the wall and the dumpsters. After much complaining I was changed to a different area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We couldn’t use the balcony because of noise and dust from construction next to our room.The staff was pleasant. The hotel isolated. There’s nothing nearby unless you have a car. The airport shuttle was very difficult to find, process was too involved, and there was no one with sign for the hotel. The only restaurant they had closed very early.

Hotel and facilities inside the hotel was good. There was a rooftop restaurant which only has limited options. If you are planning for a budget friendly trip i would recommend this place but makesure you plan to have your lunch and dinner from outside. And if you plan to take a bus you might have to walk for around 2.5kms to take a bus to the beach or downtown. This hotel claims to have partial ocean view which is true but the ocean you see will be 4 or 5kms away from your balcony. This hotel is not a resort and doesnt have a private beach. If you are someone looking to go all inclusive with a private beach dont come here. It is kinda secluded but is safe. They have great continental breakfast included.

Excellent place to stay for families my room had a full kitchen plus a very nice rooftop pool, the closest beach is Dolphin beach and it a $4 Uber ride away or half hour walk to the bus and 5 min ride if you don't mind a little walking it a great place to stay in Cancun friendly staff a great breakfast every morning and very clean rooms I would definitely stay again !!!

Hotel provided shuttle bus but is actually a third party shuttle that required at least 48 hours pre book, however, the shuttle never provide the confirmation and unsure will show up. Better to switch other company or simply not to offer the free shuttle. Room size is big and new, and the bathroom is big and clean, though the hotel offering me the ocean view, it is way too far can see. Both Pools are located on the top 3rd floor. Hotel also provided breakfast, unfortunely the food selection is below par and taste is so so. Overall, don't expect Marriott standard for breakfast.

Not really a convenient location. No shops nearby and nothing much to do near the hotel. No bus stops nearby. Have a free hotel shuttle to Dolphins beach and you can take R1 / R2 bus to downtown.

Excellent stay…other than the large scorpion being in the bed, we had a wonderful time. The staff immediately took care of the issue and even checked us into another suite. Every staff member we encountered was phenomenal. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time during our 6-day stay at the Residence Inn. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a highlight, absolutely delicious with a new menu every day! The only downside was a slight smell in the hallway, which seemed like it might be from the carpet not drying properly, likely due to guests coming in and out of the pool area. It’s understandable, but I do hope they can address it. Overall, we truly loved the people, the food, and the place. Thank you for a great stay!

They were very attentive and the hotel looks good. Breakfast was good as well, but I saw two small roaches going towards my room. That makes me give it a 3 stars. I can imagine the roaches in the kitchen. It was disgusting to see that.

Está relativamente cerca del aeropuerto, el hotel es lindo, muy limpio, elegante y muy tranquilo. La atención del personal es amable y dan ganas de regresar de nuevo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, el baño excelente, cuenta con refrigerador, cafetera, y cocina integrada para facilitar la preparación de alimentos. Altamente recomendable.

The view from my window was a green metal fence and shrubs. The beach was nowhere near the hotel nor much anything else. The room was clean but had to plug in everything. Hallways smelled moldy. Staff was not willing to let me change to a room with a view. The balcony was instead a patio looking onto that same fence and shrubs with trash on ground.

Room was in good condition, they need to fix their showers with doors, the water leaks out to the other area of the bathroom from the shower. They need to provide towels for each of the room member. We were 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, we were only given 2 or 3 towels every time even after explaining. I asked for extra time to check out since our original flight departure was at 7 pm that day, they said that's fine, but on the day of check out they were talking like they never agreed to it and we were only given tile until 2 pm, even in that case they took our access to the room at 12 by disabling the access card. I booked this hotel since this was the only one offering 2 queen beds in the hotel zone area and also has kitchen.

Chegamos às 20h, tinha fila para o check-in e somente um atendente. O mesmo tinha acontecido 16 dias antes, no mesmo horário, quando também me hospedei, então não foi um caso isolado. O check-in é demorado (10-15 minutos), então a fila não anda. Me deram um quarto com ar condicionado fazendo barulho alto, então voltei ao balcão menos de 5 minutos depois, falei do problema e disse que precisava de outro quarto. O atendente disse para eu entrar novamente na fila. O restaurante do hotel estava prestes a fechar e eu não conseguiria jantar com a minha família se ficasse na fila novamente. The property is very nice and just what we wanted for my birthday weekend with my family. I read all the reviews and Residence Inn is our go to place anywhere we travel in the world. When we checked in my name was not on the list of printed reservations for the day and was asked numerous questions before they looked in their computer and found my reservation. Long story short….we were not given a key to the room for the two days we were there as the key machine was “broken”. We had to be escorted by security every time we wanted to re-enter the room. I don’t know what the issue with us was but we always make our reservations last minute as we work for an airline and always fly standby. We did not feel comfortable at all. We could have stayed with family for free. We went to ask for a key three times and it was still “broken”.

The hotel was very understaffed on arrival, had to wait in line a long time as there was only one person at reception to check-in guests and manage the hotel snack store. The list of amenities includes a restaurant, there is an outdoor pool bar but it's no restaurant. Service was very very slow, they didn't even bring drinks until they brought some food about 30 minutes in. Room was good, included breakfast was fine.

Was a really nice hotel , the front desk service was bad, I do not remember the names , I did buy some stuff from the store and they did not give me the ticket ( they have a sigh that say if you don't receive your ticket report to the manager )I reported to an other front desk agent and she said call the supervisor, she told me in bad manner, the breakfast was from 7 to 10 and I did ask one of the kitchen person to give to me hot water at 10:00 am , and he said we are closed, but you have water in your room, I was mad because I wanted to make a tea , the check inn was a 3:00 pm and by 4:30 did not have the room ready. The AC didn't work, and they didn't want to move us to an other room.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are all friendly. It could have been a five star if the location is closer to the beach. This is way far from downtown and action is very minimal. Plus you have to order your ride everytime you want to go to a bar or shopping area because there is no public transport available in the area.

There was no shuttle from or to the airport unless you reserve it 48 hours ahead and it’s not guaranteed. The transportation from the airport was $75 US for an 8 min ride because Iber is not allowed to pick up at the airport. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, and nothing within walking distance. There is a basic snack bar at the pool that operates limited hours. The breakfast is very limited. Even though the hotel was half empty they gave me a horrible room with a balcony overlooking the wall and the dumpsters. After much complaining I was changed to a different area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a good place for the price. The rooms are very nice. Staff are amazing. Breakfast is pretty good. The only food option is the rooftop snack bar, it is open from 2:30-9:30. Good food at the snack bar. We had a nice ocean view from our room. Close to the airport which was great and not too far from the beach and restaurants, about a 20 minute ride depending on traffic. Very little information from staff on check in. There was 1 little bottle of water for 2 people in the room. We got in after dinner and ate in the hotel and I had the chicken tacos and they were terrible. My wife’s Club sandwich would have been the better choice by far. Nothing I would have expected to receive in Mexico, of all places. The 48 hour notice of your arrival to get the free shuttle service is ridiculous. First time in Cancun and not impressed.

I loved my stay here. There were a couple of staff issues which were handled by the managers when I brought it up. I loved the rooftop pools, my room overlooked the ocean, and I loved having a kitchen in my room. The layout and finishings are modern. The cushions on top nears the pools were dirty, they could use some regular cleaning.
