Residence Inn by Marriott Cancun Hotel Zone

Everything was great except if you’re in a room on the front side of the hotel the outside lighting lights up your room all night.

Very nice and new hotel. Staff is really nice. Breakfast is fresh and good but simple. Wish the buses ran this far out because you will have to arrange transportation to go anywhere. My stay here has been really nice.

Extraordinary! Beautiful family experience in this hotel. Love it! Big rooms, with all the amenities, fridge, microwave, tv, all you need in your room, very nice and quiet place. Two pools on the roof, one for children and the other one for adults where you have a bar. Beautiful view. Staff very friendly, kind and professional. Breakfast complete, many options of meals. Free parking with a lot of spaces. Security people.

This was a great hotel to stay at in Cancun if you plan to do activities and won’t be spending much time at the hotel or also a great option to stay a night or two for a quick stop in Cancun. The room was big and roomy with a living room area, kitchen, vanity area, and big restroom with good water pressure. This hotel definitely does not give you a resort vibe, but is very comfortable as far as the room. What I do wish this hotel had is a better convenience store with more variety as there isn’t any local stores walking distance. We needed a couple essentials and some snacks and we didn’t want to pay Uber round-trip so we ended up getting Uber eats for a Oxxo order which was the easiest option. I also wish this hotel had a better restaurant with more variety and better quality food. We dined at the restaurant the first night and everything on the menu was cafeteria quality with very few options to pick from. They didn’t even have coffee. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
