Fabulous location. No frills, but clean. Be aware the kitchen is not stocked well in terms of cooking, but is good enough for basic cooking. The initial impression of entryway/stairs has a musty smell, but once you enter the unit, everything is clean & works as it should. Walked to Aldi & Wedge Coop for groceries.

The location of this property is very convenient, and it was very quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are a couple of things in the kitchen that is needed for those who cook - like a strainer or colander. Other than that, the kitchen was great, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Property was as listed. Remodeled and clean. The AC units were great as it was pretty warm weather during our stay. It was quiet, bed was comfortable, Kitchen was nice, Living area was comfortable. Loved the walkability of the neighborhood. Plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops and groceries near by. We would certainly choose this unit for a future stay.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Paul's place. It is walkable to many restaurants and cafes, and central to the area, which made getting around pretty convenient. The bed was comfy and it was incredibly quiet (other than occasional city noise). Great neighbourhood. Organic shop Wedge couple of mins walk away. Nice apartment. Quiet, and lovely street. Maybe could have done with a few more things in the apartment (kettle, better hairdrier) and maybe a bit more communication from host - but i had a very happy stay. Thank you Paul.

The apartment was a perfect weekend getaway with my sister. I was visiting from Seattle and the location was perfect for attending the Lake of the Isles Loppet festival. We parked in the street and didn't need to use the Jeep until we left on Sunday.

Excellent location. Place was clean, had all the essentials (didn’t have washcloths in bathroom - that was the only thing missing). Bed and couch were very comfortable. Overall great place and you can’t beat the location. Relatively quiet, quaint street.

We loved the apartment and the manager went out of his way for us. You, VRBO, double booked the room. Did someone else have more points with you? It felt like bait (King bed, apt2) and then you switched. Can't reach you effectively. First and last time with VRBO.

Property was as listed. Remodeled and clean. The AC units were great as it was pretty warm weather during our stay. It was quiet, bed was comfortable, Kitchen was nice, Living area was comfortable. Loved the walkability of the neighborhood. Plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops and groceries near by. We would certainly choose this unit for a future stay.

Excellent location. Place was clean, had all the essentials (didn’t have washcloths in bathroom - that was the only thing missing). Bed and couch were very comfortable. Overall great place and you can’t beat the location. Relatively quiet, quaint street.

Great neighbourhood. Organic shop Wedge couple of mins walk away. Nice apartment. Quiet, and lovely street. Maybe could have done with a few more things in the apartment (kettle, better hairdrier) and maybe a bit more communication from host - but i had a very happy stay. Thank you Paul.

This is our second stay at this property. It is very comfortable and well appointed. On street parking is kind of a pain. Air conditioning worked well during the very hot days.

Well-designed small one-bedroom apartment in a transitional neighborhood of big old houses, walking distance to Lake of the Isles, the Wedge Co-op, and good coffee/ restaurants. Convenient to buses, downtown, Minneapolis Institute of Art and the lakes. Sun-filled living room, quiet at night. Only slight hitch was that we hadn't yet received check-in info the day before we were leaving, but the host responded with what we needed within a couple hours of my query, and cheerfully helped me figure things out when I was confused.
