Incredible service from the staff. Great room and pools were lovely. Restaurant had great food!

Ground floor room was spacious and had its own patio with sun loungers and direct access to pool. Rooftop pool was quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and impecably polite. Hotel has a jungly vibe with palm trees everywhere and thatched roffs which make ut very attractive

The rooms are large and comfortable, and the courtyard is genuinely lovely — there’s a lot of potential here. Unfortunately, the overall experience falls short of what the property could be. Staffing is very limited, and service suffers as a result. The rooftop pool in particular feels like a missed opportunity: it’s virtually impossible to get a drink, and the area itself has clearly seen better days. Breakfast is extremely basic — honestly closer to a Holiday Inn level than what you’d expect from a hotel like this. The free bicycles are, regrettably, among the worst we’ve encountered in Tulum. With a bit more attention, investment, and presence on the service side, this could be a very good hotel. As it stands, it feels neglected, which is a shame given how much it has going for it.

This hotel is a little away from the main beach area, but it’s a quick cab ride. The staff were great…very friendly and helpful.
