The room was exactly what was described. Very comfortable bed and warm welcoming staff. Food was delicious in the restaurant. The gym was better than any American hotel I’ve been in. Will be back again soon!

The staff is impeccable. Excellent concierge and customer service. The interior courtyard is gorgeous with a pool elegantly designed as a tropical centerpiece. The onsite restaurant is an added bonus for chill days and Guido is an excellent chef. All meals that were ordered were tasty and fairly priced. The built in tip made it easy to factor total costs, and again, very reasonable compared to getting in a taxi roundtrip and eating out. The kitchen made it easy for the days we cooked our own meals. Adequate cooking supplies, plates, bowls, utensils and wine glasses. We were in a superior suite that overlooked the pool. The view was beautiful with gorgeous plants and palms just outside of the window. At night the pool is lit in a beautiful glow. Absolutely stunning. You will need a taxi or transportation to go most places. I found prices to be affordable using the InDrive app. Simply be patient for a driver to take your offer and tip accordingly. All in all, I would definitely come back. I did not want to leave!

The property is way back in a wooded area not very good lighting.. construction of another property right in front and generators going all night Limited food options Only place to get ice is in cafe that’s only open from 8-4 but close early so you have to go buy bag of ice and sit it in bathroom sink.. jacuzzi doesn’t have heaters …😡😡😡

Loved the staff and how attentive they were . Pool, room and food was good . Hotel is located in the tulum village therefore, its a good 15-20 from tulum beach where the clubs , resort , bar etc is located on that strip . To get around you can rent a scooter , bike or ATV at the front desk . Or call a taxi . Front desk can help you with that easily with a quick call or text . The village does have little shops, restaurants etc you can visit too aswell which isn’t far from the hotel . The hotel is located in an area where they are developing more hotel, high rise condo etc . Nevertheless, I never had issue when it comes on to sleeping . Very quiet once 10 pm hits .

New and very modern hotel. Very spacious apartment with absolutely everything necessary. Swimming pool and well equipped gym. In new development zone so bit outside and not easy to get but I'm sure this will improve over time. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer.

The team was super nice! Food was amazing! The penthouse is really nice and very comfortable. They do offer laundry services, bikes, wifi was pretty good, only went down once in 6 days. Only thing that sucked was all the construction around the hotel. The workers are on the clock from 8am to at least 6pm and it is loud, to the point where you cannot hear the TV or you need to yell to the person you are staying with. They even work on Saturday. The construction dust gets everywhere and will get your clothes dirty. If you don't mind the noise and plan to be up early and be out all day then you will be fine.

I recently stayed here for my bachelorette and LOVED IT. The staff was amazing and very communicative. The restaurant has amazing brunch and dinner. There is a nice gym and even yoga classes available. I booked a yoga class and the teacher was amazing - she even gave the class in English for my non speaking Spanish friends. The had great recommendations of activities to do like the Casa Tortuga Cenotes and the Xcaret Park that we did. A little of a drive to the shops and cafes but they have transportation and bikes available. Overall would DEFINITELY stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay here at Irie! It was myself my husband and kids ages 10 and 13. The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Cecelia and Xiemena were super nice and informative they helped us book Xel-Há and atv’s to rent.

We enjoyed out stay and our trip to Tulum and the Irie Boutique hotel....staff was great Alex at the front desk was very hospitable and gave great recommendations to visit...Gym was great, well kept and clean. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A/C was cold and the staff was great always greeted you upon arrival and there was a female i apologize that I dont remember her name...was very cordial and always made sure our accommodations were good each day...even changed all our sheets and curtains too. The room was awesome and the private terrace/pool on top was top notch...definitely recommend the Irie and will return....conveniently located with a major grocery store about a mile or less away.

The rooms themselves are beautiful, but there area is still newly developing, it has alot of on-going construction in the surrounding area. The kitchen was out of service 2 days out of the 4 i stayed, which was an inconvenience since the location of the property isn't a quick 5 minute walk to local restaurants. The hotel can call you a cab or you can rent a bike (very affordable) or ATV ($85 USD and your passport in exchange for the ATV keys) to get to local eating spots. They offered uber eats (or similar) while the kitchen was down, but that didn't feel convenient to me. The water is very salty, so you may have to ask for extra water bottles or purchase them on the way. On the days the kitchen was open the food and drinks were amazing. They had great ambience music upon entry. The shower takes a little while to get hot, so you'll have to run it before getting in. I didn't get house keeping daily, but the room looked great upon initial entry. Your room key controls the power in your room, which is a great energy saving method. The lighting in the bathroom is very low lit, so it made it difficult for makeup application. Either installing an overhead light over the mirrors or attach another light source for situations like makeup application. The wifi coverage was spotty at times, but once they switched power source from generator to power grid, the Wifi ran alot smoother, and i was able to watch Netflix on my last night. Overnight rating 7/10

Really great property, amazing staff who were extremely helpful with whatever you need. Everything in the city is typically within 10mins driving. There area of the hotel is a up and coming hot spot for tulum with restaurants already opening up. Major grocery store is within 10mins and about 40mins from Tulum airport. The Suites are worth the upgrade esp for the full kitchen and 3 full baths

Chambre / appartement super spacieux , en revanche attention , l hôtel est récent mais déjà plusieurs bémol , peu d ustensiles de cuisine , fissure dans le plafond avec légère fuite (sachant que les piscines sont sur le toit ) pas très rassurant …. Zone infestée de moustiques , les immeubles avoisinants sont pour la plupart en construction , donc bruit de construction à 7:30 du matin et pas de lumière sur la route

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A/C was cold and the staff was great always greeted you upon arrival and there was a female i apologize that I dont remember her name...was very cordial and always made sure our accommodations were good each day...even changed all our sheets and curtains too. The room was awesome and the private terrace/pool on top was top notch...definitely recommend the Irie and will return....conveniently located with a major grocery store about a mile or less away.

The team was super nice! Food was amazing! The penthouse is really nice and very comfortable. They do offer laundry services, bikes, wifi was pretty good, only went down once in 6 days. Only thing that sucked was all the construction around the hotel. The workers are on the clock from 8am to at least 6pm and it is loud, to the point where you cannot hear the TV or you need to yell to the person you are staying with. They even work on Saturday. The construction dust gets everywhere and will get your clothes dirty. If you don't mind the noise and plan to be up early and be out all day then you will be fine.

Not only was the property outstanding, but the staff at the front desk made all the difference. They offered amazing suggestions over and over for local activities, shops, dining, activities, etc that I would have never knew existed. They were truly the key and the result was an amazing trip.

The staff is impeccable. Excellent concierge and customer service. The interior courtyard is gorgeous with a pool elegantly designed as a tropical centerpiece. The onsite restaurant is an added bonus for chill days and Guido is an excellent chef. All meals that were ordered were tasty and fairly priced. The built in tip made it easy to factor total costs, and again, very reasonable compared to getting in a taxi roundtrip and eating out. The kitchen made it easy for the days we cooked our own meals. Adequate cooking supplies, plates, bowls, utensils and wine glasses. We were in a superior suite that overlooked the pool. The view was beautiful with gorgeous plants and palms just outside of the window. At night the pool is lit in a beautiful glow. Absolutely stunning. You will need a taxi or transportation to go most places. I found prices to be affordable using the InDrive app. Simply be patient for a driver to take your offer and tip accordingly. All in all, I would definitely come back. I did not want to leave!

i stayed on this property and was not safe the front desk security allowed 6 guy and 5 woman on the resort and lead them to me and my two friends room where they was banging on the door at 430an threatening to kill us . if we didn’t hand over a phone we never had ! at alll!!!! they were trying to rob us ! we was scared n the bathroom for our live calling the mexican police nobody never came for us we didn’t leave out till my family in usa called the us embassy and sent them to come get us the property manager didn’t wanna hand over the footage because it showed his security leading the guys to our room ! do not stay here

We had an excellent experience at Irie. We had a larger group and Martin and his staff were wonderful hosts. Everyone was happy to help and answer any questions we had (shout out to Victor for answering so many questions and giving tons of info via WhatsApp before we even arrived!). There was some construction in the area around the hotel when we were there in March but that was generally in the day and wasn’t a big deal because we were out in the day anyway (and out of the hotels control anyway, but just as fyi the neighborhood is in major development). Little shops and cafes were close by (10-15 minute walk, I’m sure there will be more soon too as the area is really developing). Having a kitchen in our master villa was great and the option to grab food or smoothies at the hotel restaurant downstairs was perfect for when we didn’t feel like making something ourselves. Would suggest maybe more cooking pots/pan options but we had enough for a simple breakfast which is all we needed! Our rooms were so nice, comfy kind beds with connecting bathrooms. Hotel helped arranged transportation and we took cabs everywhere. It’s not too far from the beach and downtown area, scooters and atvs could have been organized by hotel too but we just did cabs. Hotel is located in the tulum village therefore, its a good 15-20 from tulum beach where the clubs , resort , bar etc is located on that strip . To get around you can rent a scooter , bike or ATV at the front desk . Or call a taxi . Front desk can help you with that easily with a quick call or text . The village does have little shops, restaurants etc you can visit too aswell which isn’t far from the hotel . The hotel is located in an area where they are developing more hotel, high rise condo etc . Nevertheless, I never had issue when it comes on to sleeping . Very quiet once 10 pm hits .

The check-in went smoothly, and we really got our hopes up for staying at Irie. But during the first night is where the problems started. Irie stated that there would be security during the night when something was up. We didn’t expect we would be needing them, also since the hotel isn’t located in the ‘party’ area. We had to think again, the hotel itself seemed to be the party area. There is no supervision during the night whatsoever. Neighbors played loud music, people who weren’t staying in the hotel came over and left at 04:00 in the morning. People using their private tub outside in the middle of the night, consuming alcohol and whatnot. We stayed for 3 nights and we barely got any sleep during these nights. Obviously we confronted the manager of the hotel, we’ve sent WhatsApp messages during the nights we were awake only to get a reply the following morning. On the day of our check out, we were promised a reimbursement. But the condition of the reimbursement was that the neighbors paid a fine for making noise. This simply is not a reimbursement. My reimbursement shouldn’t be based on whether a neighbor pays their fine or not. I’m very, very dissatisfied with the way the manager has handled things for us. We won’t be staying at Irie again, and we wouldn’t recommend it.

We took a $30 cab to get there near dinner time and their restaurant was closed with nothing to eat except breath mints :( Nothing walking distance, not even a little market. No breakfast available the next day. So eat before you go and bring cream for your coffee!!! The hotel manager was exceptionally kind and helpful but it did not make up for the lack of services.

Quiet boutique stay tucked in nature. We enjoyed our stay. Customer service with Exquiel and Mathias was great they were very knowledgeable locally with suggestions of where to go and places to eat as well as assisting with extra items for our room when we needed. We had our own rooftop pool and lounge area that was very relaxing. Nice yoga studio. We felt safe with overnight security. It is walkable to the town center of Aldea Zama during the day for cute eatery places and park. It was about 15 min from the beach. I would stay at Irie again, it was enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Irie Boutique Hotel. It’s a brand new hotel and it is beautiful. A 10 min walk to restaurants and coffee shops in Aldea Zama. Right in the middle of the jungle. Breakfast was included in our stay and was excellent. Staff was helpful and accommodating. They called us taxi’s when we needed them as the hotel doesn’t have much traffic around and is a bit tricky to find right now. Very clean and beds are comfy. It’s a hidden gem. We will be back.

New and very modern hotel. Very spacious apartment with absolutely everything necessary. Swimming pool and well equipped gym. In new development zone so bit outside and not easy to get but I'm sure this will improve over time. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer.

The rooms themselves are beautiful, but there area is still newly developing, it has alot of on-going construction in the surrounding area. The kitchen was out of service 2 days out of the 4 i stayed, which was an inconvenience since the location of the property isn't a quick 5 minute walk to local restaurants. The hotel can call you a cab or you can rent a bike (very affordable) or ATV ($85 USD and your passport in exchange for the ATV keys) to get to local eating spots. They offered uber eats (or similar) while the kitchen was down, but that didn't feel convenient to me. The water is very salty, so you may have to ask for extra water bottles or purchase them on the way. On the days the kitchen was open the food and drinks were amazing. They had great ambience music upon entry. The shower takes a little while to get hot, so you'll have to run it before getting in. I didn't get house keeping daily, but the room looked great upon initial entry. Your room key controls the power in your room, which is a great energy saving method. The lighting in the bathroom is very low lit, so it made it difficult for makeup application. Either installing an overhead light over the mirrors or attach another light source for situations like makeup application. The wifi coverage was spotty at times, but once they switched power source from generator to power grid, the Wifi ran alot smoother, and i was able to watch Netflix on my last night. Overnight rating 7/10

The wifi coverage was spotty at times, but once they switched power source from generator to power grid, the Wifi ran alot smoother, and i was able to watch Netflix on my last night. Irie Tulum was a beautiful property! The details of everything were top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant while there. The breakfast options were especially delicious. Jimena and her concierge team took good care of us. We felt at home and well looked after. The value for what we paid was outstanding. Thank you Irie Tulum!

We had an excellent experience at Irie. We had a larger group and Martin and his staff were wonderful hosts. Everyone was happy to help and answer any questions we had (shout out to Victor for answering so many questions and giving tons of info via WhatsApp before we even arrived!). There was some construction in the area around the hotel when we were there in March but that was generally in the day and wasn’t a big deal because we were out in the day anyway (and out of the hotels control anyway, but just as fyi the neighborhood is in major development). Little shops and cafes were close by (10-15 minute walk, I’m sure there will be more soon too as the area is really developing). Having a kitchen in our master villa was great and the option to grab food or smoothies at the hotel restaurant downstairs was perfect for when we didn’t feel like making something ourselves. Would suggest maybe more cooking pots/pan options but we had enough for a simple breakfast which is all we needed! Our rooms were so nice, comfy kind beds with connecting bathrooms. Hotel helped arranged transportation and we took cabs everywhere. It’s not too far from the beach and downtown area, scooters and atvs could have been organized by hotel too but we just did cabs. Overall, would recommend! Thanks you Martin and staff for a wonderful stay we had a great time:)

The team was super nice! Food was amazing! The penthouse is really nice and very comfortable. They do offer laundry services, bikes, wifi was pretty good, only went down once in 6 days. Only thing that sucked was all the construction around the hotel. The workers are on the clock from 8am to at least 6pm and it is loud, to the point where you cannot hear the TV or you need to yell to the person you are staying with. They even work on Saturday. The construction dust gets everywhere and will get your clothes dirty. If you don't mind the noise and plan to be up early and be out all day then you will be fine.

I recently stayed here for my bachelorette and LOVED IT. The staff was amazing and very communicative. The restaurant has amazing brunch and dinner. There is a nice gym and even yoga classes available. I booked a yoga class and the teacher was amazing - she even gave the class in English for my non speaking Spanish friends. The had great recommendations of activities to do like the Casa Tortuga Cenotes and the Xcaret Park that we did. A little of a drive to the shops and cafes but they have transportation and bikes available. Overall would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The staff was amazing, the front desk helped with booking excursions, massages, and private chefs. We did the panoramic suite and it was big, comfy, and fun. We had our own rooftop pool and 3 king bedrooms/3 full bathrooms. Had a great on site restaurant and bar. Really nice gym. Elevator was available and some of the staff spoke English for us that need it. Only slight negatives where the nearby surroundings where not great to look at and the water would, at times, smell bad so we would have to let it run. Like most places, no hot water. A/C had to run nonstop to keep cool.

Cons: Unfortunately I am only giving two stars. There is no main pool, it’s under construction and empty. Theres a large tarp over the area where the pool is supposed to be. The website and the amenities are not updated and do not reflect the fact that there is no main pool available. I felt scammed. The rooms and bathrooms definitely need a deep cleaning and did not look like the penthouse rooms in the photos. Dishes were dusty, ceiling fans were dusty, there were dead roaches in the sliding doors. Corrosion everywhere in the bathrooms, but I think it’s from the salt water (shower and sinks run salty water not fresh water). The rooftop penthouse view was of another hotels construction site. Pros: The staff were very nice and attentive. Florencia is absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, helpful, and her recommendations were great. The air conditioner works really well. The WiFi is good and it did not got out once during my visit. The chef they recommended was wonderful. He was punctual and made us a delicious breakfast while we sleep in. He cleaned all entire kitchen area when he was done cooking.

The staff did not clean my room once during my visit after I requested multiple times. Each time I let the staff know to clean my room it wasn’t cleaned when I got back at the end of the day and the last day I was even refused towels.
