What a beautiful place in the heart of Cozumel. My daughter and I stayed for a week and it was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to everything. The place was spotless and the staff was wonderful! We will definitely be staying here again next year.

From now on, this hotel is my favorite. I just wish they offered breakfast. It’s a beautiful hotel with modern finishes and is extremely clean. I believe it’s a new property. The staff is absolutely exceptional: very friendly, and welcoming. The internet connection was excellent, the room was cleaned daily, and the hotel is not overpriced. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants, pharmacies, and stores. The view from my room was gorgeous; I was able to watch the sunset nearby with a beautiful ocean view. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed during the days I stayed. The receptionist mentioned that they only offer breakfast; however, there is a sign stating that the restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as room service, even though it was closed. Other than that, I had a really great experience.

Get the deluxe room for best water views. Despite the busy road out front, both balcony doors provided a great view of the water and all the boat traffic. Property was clean and stay went as planned. Just far enough from cruise ports to not feel overwhelmed w cruisers. Would stay again.
