Good place, good value. A little walk to a broad choice of food, shopping, etc, but easily manageable

Nice and clean! Nothing to complain about! Good room for me in a wheelchair.

Stayed 2 nights

On arrival we checked in, given card keys and told time for breakfast. No additional info re hotel or facilities. Arrived in room with a horrible view over wasteland. Quickly found out sink was blocking and reported this twice in order to get fixed. Surprised at only 1 bottle of water left in room when 2 adults were staying. When asked on our 2nd night for replacement water we were told only 1 bottle per stay! I expect when paying £520.01 for 2 nights surely additional water can be provided! But was told NO. Breakfast was just just about average. Multiple staff on duty but fail to clear tables, restock food and replenish plates and cutlery, really no excuse for this. On one occasion I asked a member of staff to replenish some hot food he was less than helpful and actually quite rude. Would not stay in this hotel again, gives the vibes of a budget hotel with higher price point which was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend at all.

Hotel lobby was cool and well presented. The welcome cocktail was a nice addition. Nice rooms. Just slightly out of edinburgh centre, about a 20 minute walk. Overall very good, would recommend
