Fab hotel. Attentive staff. Very relaxing hotel with great outdoor areas. Short walk to the station, Fabulous shopping mall and restaurants close by. We went to ABBA Voyage. Very convenient Would hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.

What I Liked The hotel has a lovely vintage aesthetic with a subtle 1920s feel that I really enjoyed. The corridors were so pretty, very clean, tidy, and always had a lovely, welcoming scent. The location is also great, conveniently situated right next to Westfield Stratford with plenty of shops, restaurants and public transport; right next to Stratford International on the DLR. The front desk staff were lovely during interactions. Additionally, the STK Restaurant on the 18th floor offers a nice view, even though I didn't get a chance to try the food. What I Didn't Like Despite sending messages to reception before my stay to inform them of a delayed flight, I received no response. Consequently, I was marked as a no-show and charged for a night, requiring them to reinstate my reservation upon arrival. The room itself was lovey but because of my OCD, I noticed the following: a slow-draining sink, weird noises coming from the drainage system from the rooms above me I think, stained glasses and a mug, and a stained hand towel. There was also no housekeeping on the day I put up that "make up room" sign on the door and no bin bag provided in the bathroom bin. Lastly, for the price you pay, it’s a shame that there is no complimentary water at keast, provided in the room. Overall, I would defo go back as the hotel is well located!!
