Stuart hotel

First of all turned up after booking for a family of 4 to turn up to a 3 bed room. Even after showing the booking reception still tried to say it was my fault and made out they were doing us a favour by putting us in the correct room. From there the room stank of sewers and the shower would turn off half way through using it. The bathroom smelt even worse. The floors were dirty and the wardrobe was hanging off the wall. Also was woken up at 5am to a large bang which turned out to be some of the roof coming off. The bar was shut for renovation and there was no parking even though it was advertised as having parking. The staff, less a young lad are unhelpful and useless and just don’t care. Breakfast wasn’t to bad but basic.

Full building needs deep clean room 11 stayed in hole in balcony floor shower was shocking shower curtain was mouldy all round shower floor mourld and floor very dirty under bed was filfy can only say 1 good thing about it was breakfast was good

We did not stay as in my opinion the property is not following health and safety. I have never not stayed at a hotel that I have booked but there is a first time for everything. I didn't look at the reviews but wish I had!!!

Property is advertised as hotel , it was a jumped up B&B at best , kitchen is disgusting , full of rubbish everywhere , I was sticking to the floor while looking for someone to check us out , Everyone should avoid this place at least until they get there act together , The rooms were run down , stains everywhere , blinds broken , windows don't open , and a privacy issue as all windows are facing residents homes. Disgusting out the front as no cleaning was done whilst we were there , we stayed for 4 days and we never saw a single person clean anywhere , on the upside when we got there the staff on desk was very nice , that was the only positive I could give unfortunately.
