Beautiful hotel and a safe and secured new Marina area. the rooms are very spacious and modern and well equipped. Breakfast was served either inside or on the terrace overlooking the ocean. The SLS is in the new area of the Marina Cancun. The hotel is very ‘cool’, with great art work, ducks, and smells beautiful! The area is very safe and walkable. Good for running or walking into town. The pool and beach are gorgeous. Comfortable loungers and great service. The rooms are HUGE! Beds are comfortable. Well stocked mini bar.

Struttura molto bella e moderna. Camere bellissime, tutto perfetto. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione, la camera selezionata e prenotata dal sito Hotels.com era per tre persone con letto King bed, all'arrivo abbiamo avuto la brutta sorpresa di trovare un letto Queen bed e lo staff non ha voluto cambiarla ed allestire un letto di fortuna mettendo delle lenzuola sul divano. MOLTO MOLTO MALE !!! Molto bella la piscina e la spiaggia privata. Peccato perchè la spiaggia in riva al mare è fortemente ricoperta da alghe maleodoranti che scoraggiano gli ospiti a fare il bagno. I servizi extra di ottima qualità sono parecchio costosi

Pésimo servicio recepción, recuerdo antes cuando llegabas a este hotel te recibían con una bebida, ahora con trabajos te saludan, me quedé ahí el 21 de dic, olvidé unas cosas y durante más de 14 días no pudieron darme respuesta pero si me mandaron mail para decirme que no me cobraron casi 1000, los cual les pague a mi regreso en la estancia del 1 al 4 donde no pudieron darme una respuesta de los objetos perdidos, el dia 3 de enero por la mañana pedí un souvenir de un patito el cual No me pudieron vender regresé en la tarde y nada el del turno anterior no lo reviso, en la noche llamé para recordar por tercera vez y me dicen que no hay cuando las dos anteriores me comentaron que si, que la traerían de bodega y finalmente a mi salida no había nadie que te ayude con las maletas, tuve que hacerlo yo a pesar de que había dos personas del hotel mirando como lo hacía, lo cual no tengo problema en cargarlas pero al final por lo que te cobran y la categoría 5 estrellas deberían por lo menos tratar de ayudarte, servicio en la playa regular pedí una Aqua moto con sus proveedores externos por medio del personal del hotel la cual nunca llegó, servicio lento había mucha gente y pocos meseros había que estar buscando sin embargo las dos personas muy amables, servicio a cuarto y restaurante bien cumplidor. Y finalmente la limpieza de la habitación muy mal la alfombra apestaba terrible como que la dejaron mojada y provocaba un mal olor muy fuerte pedí la retiren y si me ayudaron.

food it’s terrible and service slow. Fish was fishy and we got sick. Tuna had nothing special (not even soy sauce or anything) rad tuna on the plate. Reception don’t answer or helped me when I needed.

Quiet area of Cancun, new and classy building. Service is hit and miss, not up to luxury standards. Front desk forced us to pay for an upgraded room with ocean view although we booked ocean view, claiming hotel was fully booked although it was clearly not. In general property seems to focus on up charging guests at any opportunity with ridiculously high mini bar pricing, watered down margaritas at the beach and surprise bills for $10 Evian water at breakfast.

Location is far from Hotel zone and restaurants. There was too much seaweed and we couldn’t swim. Staff is really very nice. Coffee in rooms are super delicious but you can find better hotels much more less prizes. I don’t recommend it. Definitely not worth it.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The pool area and beach area were the highlights of the trip with stunning views. The only downfall I would say is that the food is not good. Our stay at SLA Cancun was one to remember! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome with a welcome drink. The staff went above and beyond to look after us and cater for my vegan dietaries at breakfast. The pool, private beach and beach club are just stunning. Would return back in a heart beat!
