What a wonderful surprise walking into this beautiful clean contemporary rental home away from home.. We found all the rooms to be spacious and beautifully decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences, linens, housewares and personal care items of home, The beds were very comfortable and the outside patio provided our family a wonderful place for late night conversations . The neighborhood was quite yet conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls. From the beginning of my search for a rental home, Jacob was extremely personable, attentive knowledgable and quick to respond to all my questions which made me very comfortable with my decision to rent this home from Jacob. Ouf family was quite satisfied with our stay and we highly recommend this home as a wonderful place to stay. Thank you Jacob.

The house was a wonderful place to meet up with family! Walmart was just around the corner as well as many different places to grab a bite to eat. The house is very clean and comfortable with a homey feeling. We cooked many meals, including using the grill! Will stay defintely stay again!!

Kitchen pans were very nice. Teaspoons we only had one. Nice grill but no utensils. Toaster 2 slots worked out of 4.. We had packed plastic spoons and forks and managed with the rest. We had a wonderful time and no real problems. If we have opportunity we will stay here again. Thank you!!!

Absolutely amazing property that was perfect for our University of Arkansas family weekend. The house was meticulously clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend with our son. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! We all felt very comfortable and safe here over the weekend. Everything was very well organized and very clean with modern amenities.

We had a check-in delay due to extra cleaning needed (due to previous tenant, out of control of owner), but this required us to kill time when we were promised a particular check-in time. Cleaners forgot to clean the microwave, which was heavily used by previous tenant, so we had to clean before our own use. Layout of home and rooms was great for our use, with comfortable beds, and nice, ample linens provided for all bathrooms. No sound bar for LR TV, so volume was a little low. The kitchen items were a bit lacking, sufficient eating utensils but not much in the way of serving pieces, storage containers.

House was great. Very clean and plenty of space for a larger group. About 20 minutes down the road from the university so away from all the traffic. Very easy to find. Would definitely stay again next year

We had 8 girls and there was plenty of room for people to stay and not feel packed in. The living room and kitchen were perfect and had everything we needed. The place was clean and so nice! Would stay here again!

Great setup with plenty of beds for everyone!

This home is an awesome place to stay in! The beds are all unbelievably luxurious/comfortable, the house is extremely clean, it’s much more spacious than it appears in the online photos, and the host had the entire home at 70 F when we arrived on a hot/humid 95 F day. We’ve stayed in many rental properties over the past twenty years and this one was one of the best in terms of comfort, convenience, and value.

A Perfect Home Away from Home Our family recently had the most memorable Easter gathering at the Broadway in Rogers. We were thrilled to visit our daughter, who resides in Rogers, and were joined by our son and his family from north Central Arkansas, as well as our daughter and her family all the way from Minnesota. From the moment we stepped into the Broadway, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house was immaculately clean, and we immediately felt at ease and comfortable. The spacious and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample space for our entire family, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The Broadway served as the perfect home away from home for our family. The attention to detail in the house's design and furnishings was evident in every corner. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting memories with our loved ones. One aspect that particularly stood out to us was the excellent price we received for such a remarkable accommodation. The affordability of the Broadway made our Easter gathering even more special, as we were able to fully enjoy our time together without any financial worries. Stayed here with extended family while visiting family who live near Rogers. Very nice place, I liked the nice furniture and high ceilings. The number and variety of beds was just what we needed so we could all stay in the same rental together. It was conveniently close to an assortment of stores, restaurants, and museums. We had an issue with the internet during our stay, and the owner was quick to respond to texts and help us get it fixed. I would absolutely stay again!

Everything was wonderful, the owner was accommodating and very timely in responding to any correspondence. My adult sons and my grandchildren were so grateful to be able to stay under the same roof especially since I start cancer treatment in a couple of days. Just awesome time. Thank you

I'm afraid of sounding too glowing in this review, but this place was PERFECT. Yes, the location was great, on a quiet, safe street in a new subdivision, and yes, the floorplan is spacious and convenient, but let's give credit where credit is due. The management of the property is simply the best I've ever seen. They have perfected the B&B experience. Everything you need on the premises has already been placed there for you, yet without any semblance of clutter or extra items you don't want to have to take care of. The temperature controls, the smart television and WiFi, the super convenient check in and check out process, the touchscreen restaurant guide, the luxurious beds - just outstanding. But most of all, I have to praise the manager/owner Jacob. Wow! So responsive and helpful, anytime we needed to reach out. Yeah, I simply cannot say enough good things about this property and its proprietor. You've got our return business anytime we are in town. Thank you!

Nice and clean, large rooms, quality linens, overall nice stay. Cons: Communication hot and cold, sometimes good, sometimes days for response. Originally told early check in available, then day of arrival that changed. Left something at property and was never able nail down getting it back. Gave up after a few messages. Still, overall nice location, nice neighborhood and really nice home.

This property was super close to the NW Arkansas Conv Center. Communicating with property manager was prompt and easy. They made the stay very easy. Access was also great with entry code sent in plenty of befoe check in. I give this place a 10/10!! Rent it with confidence!

Our family has stayed in VRBOs and other types of rentals for many years. This is our second stay at this particular house and we think it’s wonderful! The place is spotless, house ac temp was 71 F when we arrived so it felt really refreshing after hot car trip, towels and bedding are bright white and luxurious, kitchen is awesome, furniture and beds are VERY comfortable, owner very responsive to texts/questions, location of house is very close to restaurants/stores/interstate, and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner left out some coffee and trail mix in these cute little bags. It has the owner’s company name on the bags. It’s a nice little touch. The owner has other rental units in this area and if this house is booked next time, we will for sure book one of their other properties in the area.

Very nice home, owner was excellent to work with. Had a smoke alarm that was beeping and we couldn't reach it without a ladder, so we contacted the owner and he came right out to fix it. Gave us some nice tips on local restaurants and things to do and see in the area. We would rent from him again for sure!!

It was very easy to navigate to all of the attractions, trails, restaurants, museums, grocery stores, etc. in Rogers and Bentonville. The host was polite, helpful, & made everything worthwhile, easy, and stress-free. We were able to focus on our vacation while feeling at-home, rather than worrying about our accommodations in any way. We would definitely recommend to others & stay here again ourselves!
