Piscine agréable avec bar ouvert du matin jusqu'en fin de soirée. Personnel très sympathique et très prévenant. Lieu à recommander.

Es un lugar súper bonito, a demás siempre estuvo limpio, la habitación impecable, el personal sumamente amable, la alberca limpia y muy grande, hay una gatita que le da el toque de hogar. La ubicación súper buena, la verdad tuvimos una maravillosa estancia, sin duda alguna volveremos !!

Buen hotel en zona céntrica. La alberca agradable y la habitación de buen tamaño. Solo fue para una noche y descansamos bien. Cercano al hotel hay muchos lugares para comer o cenar así como tiendas y farmacias.

Mal servicio, piscina en deplorable condicion, no fue posible hacer uso de ella por nulo mantenimiento. Pasillos sucios y oscuros por falta de luz. Ni una botella de agua en la habitación. No volveriamos a este lugar.

This is our second stay at Kaab and we love it. Big rooms, mini fridge, air conditioning, the pool is a nice size and lots of chairs and umbrella’s. Second floor has a nice shaded seating area. The staff are lovely, super friendly and accommodating. There is an on site restaurant but this location is the best in Tulum. Right across from a bike rental spot, around the corner from taxi stand, 7 eleven, many many restaurants and bars, and a few blocks from the Collectivo stop to take you to Playa Del Carmen, Akumal etc. we love this location! My only complaint which isn’t their fault is that the beds are too hard for me. They are definitely a hard mattress, so be aware of that if you prefer soft.

The location is perfect and the staff was friendly. The hotel itself was kept pretty clean. For some reason and I have no clue how but there were tons of mosquitoes in our room at ALLTIMES. There were mosquito corpses from previous tenants that were never cleaned so obviously this is an issue at this hotel. I stuffed a towel under the door and kept the windows shut at all times and there were still tons of them in the room. I had read reviews about the towel situation in this hotel and it is 100 percent true. You better keep your towel clean because you will not get fresh towels AT ALL throughout your stay regardless of how long you stay. We asked over and over and finally the day before we left we received a fresh towel each and they were old and stained so not sure if it was even a clean towel. I wouldn't stay here again because of the mosquito and towel situation but the staff was friendly.

The customer service here at Kaab is excellent, front desk receptionist were very friendly. Marco who you can find in the restaurant area was also very friendly. When we arrived we were given a room with king size bed & sleeper. We requested and PAID for two queen beds. 2) the room we were given was AWFUL, it smelled like urine and the sheets were dirty. We were upgraded to a suite at no charge. The suite was spacious but again the housekeeping is terrible. The “clean” bath towels in the bathroom were stained. Pool area was also a little dirty when we arrived around 3pm on a Monday.

Pros: AC worked well, beds were comfortable, room was clean and big, reception was super helpful with info Cons: shower sprayed all over the place, no hot water (apparently this was getting fixed?), had to fiddle with toilet to get it to fill and flush, rooms are not insulated well

La habitación muy amplia y confortable. La cama muy buena. No llega internet en la habitación, con lo cual no se puede utilizar la tv y tampoco el wifi en ningun dispositivo. Una contra también es el ruido externo de la calle pero por sobre todo del restaurant de abajo del hotel que a la noche el volumen de la música es muy alto. También por la mañana muy temprano, 7 AM se escucha ruido del restaurant y es molesto. El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial.

The property is nice and location is good, however the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. The main issue we had is that there is no wifi in the room, it only works in communal areas. This also meant that the TV did not work, as it was Netflix/YouTube only. We let reception know and twice they said they’ll send someone but they never did. I suspect this is a known issue and not something that they feel needs to be resolved.

Kaab Hotel is very good. It's clean and staff is very accommodating (Isaias and Gaston). The internet was absolutely awful. Almost never worked in the room The TV has NO Cable, so you get to watch Netflix but No Cable makes it useless. The STAFF did it's very best but INTERNET was something they couldn't help GUESTS with.

L'Hôtel est bien situé , proche du centre de Tulum. Cependant un bar , attenant à l'Hôtel, passe de la musique très forte de 9 h 00 à 22 h 00. Les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes à notre arrivée ( 17 h 00) Pas de serviettes de toilettes disponibles avant le lendemain. Le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix : attention le "fameux" bar ,ou ils sont servis, ne propose pas systématiquement la carte adéquate, mais la carte Public des petits-déjeuners : impossible de se faire rembourser par l'Hôtel !! Hôtel à éviter

Save your money and time and stay else where! We got to the hotel our reservation had been cancel as a no show cause I contacted hotels.com to let them know that I was going to check in the next day... but they couldn't get a hold of the hotel! I tried calling 7 times too and they didn't answer! They emailed me asking what day I was going to check in... I replied tue email 3 times and no reply! When my gf and I got to the hotel we find out the reservation was as marked as a no show and they took our 4 nights money and kept! So I started calling hotels.com for. The next 2 hours they kept hanging up on me not resolving the problem! Pretending to call the front desk but the front desk phone never did ring... after 2:30 we got tired and had to book another room and pay again! So paid twice!! When we got to the room we found out that WAS NO WATER at all!!! NO TOWELLS! AC WASNT GETTING COLD! I had to rinse in the pool cause I had a long flight... then the next day we get up and still no water so we went down stairs and tha was water in the public bathroom so they only turned off our room water! The manager pretending like she didn't know we didnt have water while the whole hotel had water pics bellow

I tried calling 7 times too and they didn't answer! They emailed me asking what day I was going to check in... I replied tue email 3 times and no reply! When my gf and I got to the hotel we find out the reservation was as marked as a no show and they took our 4 nights money and kept! So I started calling hotels.com for. The next 2 hours they kept hanging up on me not resolving the problem! Pretending to call the front desk but the front desk phone never did ring... after 2:30 we got tired and had to book another room and pay again! So paid twice!! When we got to the room we found out that WAS NO WATER at all!!! NO TOWELLS! AC WASNT GETTING COLD! I had to rinse in the pool cause I had a long flight... then the next day we get up and still no water so we went down stairs and tha was water in the public bathroom so they only turned off our room water! The manager pretending like she didn't know we didnt have water while the whole hotel had water pics bellow

This is our second stay at Kaab and we love it. Big rooms, mini fridge, air conditioning, the pool is a nice size and lots of chairs and umbrella’s. Second floor has a nice shaded seating area. The staff are lovely, super friendly and accommodating. There is an on site restaurant but this location is the best in Tulum. Right across from a bike rental spot, around the corner from taxi stand, 7 eleven, many many restaurants and bars, and a few blocks from the Collectivo stop to take you to Playa Del Carmen, Akumal etc. we love this location! My only complaint which isn’t their fault is that the beds are too hard for me. They are definitely a hard mattress, so be aware of that if you prefer soft.

Clara the receptionist is the sweetest friendly and helpful! Quite property, clean and love all the plants. Front desk Booked our scooters $40 for 24hrs, gave us recommendations for near by food! Location is 10-15min away from beach & taxis are approx $40-$60 each way.

Unfortunately, it all started with the drain not working and there were no other rooms to change to. After much argumentation, we got a congratulatory lunch as compensation. Then it turned out that we got bed lice, which they didn't want to admit it was. Breakfast consisted of fruit, scrambled eggs and American pancakes. If you were there at 8am it was hot, then everything just cooled down. In the end, they became really unpleasant when we wanted tea for breakfast, only coffee was included, so we would have to pay extra for the tea. A sad experience over al.

This property was ok. I don't think I'd stay there again though. There was black bold in the bathroom, the shower drainage was poor and got all of the bathroom and when I flipped back the sheets there was two tiny stains. Just very sub par.

Kimberly at the front desk was great. She had good recommendations and spoke some English, and what we couldn’t communicate with my bad Spanish or her English, she was super patient to use a translator. The pool was a great hang out and refreshing. The location was so perfect fo getting into town and the mini fridge in my room helped us keep fresh water and some minimal food for snacks and healthier options. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I gave cleanliness a 4 because my room garbage wasn’t emptied while I was there and on the smoking balcony the ash tray was never emptied either. The closet was in the bathroom, which I think was a bad location and hard to use. Also, in the bathroom the sink vanity was worn out from the water and humidity. It was hard to take a shower without making a mess of water because of the half glass. I would stay here again for sure.
