solid lodging for the price. food at breakfast was good, and the view from the breakfast cafe and rooftop pool was nice. The internet was good, bed was comfortable. hotel tried to resolve an issue with the safe in my room, ultimately moving me to a different room with a working safe (which was right next door).

This facility is new and modern. Room is sparkling clean and comfortable. Next time I will get room with balcony view. Pool, gym and restaurant on 7th floor. Spectacular view from top of building. Location is close to parque las palapas. I will be back!

This property has no amenities. No hair dryer, iron, or even washcloths in the room. Didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave. Pool was small and the gym was three cardio machines and a weight bench with no weights. This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. The open floor plan means you can hear every door slam, people taking in the hallways, and children screaming or crying on every floor at all hours of the night and day.

No me gustó tuve una mala experiencia en varios aspectos, me picaron yo supongo que chinches o pulgas de cama y les pedi un cambio de cuarto y no me lo dieron porque tenian que esperar al gerente, que iba a llegar más tarde, también había al lado de mi habitación una habitación continua y una puerta dividiendo, se escuchaba absolutamente todo y una persona hablando fuerte y gritando, todo la noche, también había olor a que alguien fumaba alrededor, les comenté y sabian bien del asunto, estuve hablando con Ximena y Sandra de la recepción y con la ama de llaves, también sobre sus políticas hablé con Brenda. Aun sigo con los piquetes y con comezón tendré que atenderlo con un dermatólogo.

Overall the Hotel was good enough to enjoy our Vacation. The room was clean, the bed was combatable and the check-in and out process was fast. My only concerns about this Hotel was the amount of Gnats that appeared in the room and the nose levels, as everything is echoed though out and the fact that my room did not have a widow. But for the price it was worth it, however next time I would spend the extra money for a resort.

The wall that that separates the room from the hallway is made from single pane glass so every word and foot step is heard clearly. The reception team could be heard in our room from a floor away. No alcohol is aloud in the rooms.

This was okay because of the location- I needed to be near downtown. But I’ve gotten an air B and B on the water with a lot more amenities for the same price. It was vey, very loud. Not from the outside. The way the place is built, the acoustics, so every time a door opens I’d closes, kids crying etc. it is amplified. I had to be up fairly early, but was anyway, no alarm needed. Some coming in late and others up early- just was so noisy all the time I was there from 6 pm to 7 am. Bed also fairly hard. Was clean though, had one of these overhead showers, staff was friendly, and nice touch with the candy bowl. I just think it’s the way it’s structured - so bring earplugs and would work okay for a clean pretty inexpensive place to stay.

Good points, friendly service, quick check in, comfortable bed, good TV with apps such as Netflix and Disney Plus. Bad points, poor ventilation in interior rooms, no window to outside, poor noise insulation so can hear other loud hotel guests at night which disturbs sleep. Overall don't feel it was worth the money paid, though appreciate Cancun as a whole is very expensive. Was an OK choice for a short layover between flights at the airport.

Friendly staff, super easy check in and check out. Clean rooms. Easy parking. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The chilaquiles verdes on their 7th floor were delicious. We rented 4 rooms as we traveled together with family and they accommodated us all on the same floor.

Ampliamente recomendable, el cuarto que me asignaron limpio , sin humedad , las camas bien cómodas , sabanas limpias , el baño impecable , hay agua fría y caliente , el wifi tiene una excelente señal , buenos canales de streming y de tv por cable . Céntrico . Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en ese hotel . Nota : solo como comentario el 2do día entraron al cuarto 3 señores de mantenimiento sin tocar la puerta , mi hija estaba sentadita en la cama y yo estaba en el WC , nos asustamos pues fue algo que no debería haber pasado , los señores se disculparon pero ellos me indicaron que de parte de recepción les dijeron que podían pasar a mi habitación pues estaba desocupada, no hubo esa coordinación para poder hacer mantenimiento y pasaron a asustarme , las chicas de recepción cero agradables , cero serviciales , todas indiferentes , realmente no me afecta que el personal sea amargado entonces equis , ok por lo demás todo muy bien

The property is in the PERFECT location. Close to shops, the best food options, the park, grocery store. The staff wasn’t the friendliest, not very helpful. The ladies cooking at the restaurant- THE BEST! Our food was delicious, fast, and they were so friendly. The beds were so comfortable, slept so good! Very clean rooms.

I loved the hotel! Very clean and nice people work here. It's walking distance to a lot of places to eat and shop. It's also very close to the bus station. The air conditioning worked really well and i loved the pool area, it had a great view of the city.

This is a funny one because we were kind of on an adventure and off the beaten path. The hotel is an old building, which is fine. It was clean, the staff were great BUT the photo of dumbbells in the “gym” is a misrepresentation. There is a treadmill, an elliptical, a spin bike that wouldn’t adjust handlebars and some bench thing I didn’t want to figure out. Breakfast is NOT included, we paid for it but it was worth the few pesos. It was good food and the ladies were really great, we enjoyed that but it ain’t included as advertised. Overall, the taqueria 2 blocks down was awesome!

Okay hotel to overstay for a night. Would not stay longer personally as the location is only interesting for travelling by ado bus. Breakfast was very bad in quality and choices, where the staff only speaks Spanish

You just get one key per room. They wanted 200 pesos for another plastic key! What a rip off! Beds are hard. Pool was dirty. We won't stay again! One cup of coffee with breakfast....not worth paying the extra for breakfast.

The entire staff of this hotel was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I especially want to commend the three women preparing and serving breakfast! Each morning, I looked forward to their smiles and conversations! I felt welcomed and appreciated! The rooftop pool was a great surprise as it offered lovely views of the city.
