Sehr geschmackvolles, hübsches Campaña mit eigener Terrasse. Wir hatten eines mit Blick auf die Lagune. Zum Hotel gehört ein Steg mit Liegestühlen und Kajaks zum gratis benutzen. Nur empfehlenswert!

Boa boa is a beautiful property which is unique. The location is close to town but not really easily walkable due to the nature of the road which makes it a little inconvenient. Free kayaks were brilliant for sunrise. Breakfast is beautifully presented but unfortunately not to my partner's taste. Would have been better to provide an option on check in for what to deliver such as just additional toast/spreads instead of the oat and fruit bowl as it was ultimately wasted each morning. Room was comfortable, but very small, needed to unpack and repack bags on the deck. The WhatsApp communication was great and had we stayed longer we would have definitely chosen some of the activities on site. The boat trip organised through hotel was lovely.

El recibimiento y estadía fueron espectacular. El lugar súper lindo y cuidado. Acceso privado a la laguna y al lado un muelle para paseos, tienen sus kayak y el desayuno sano. Me encantó la estadía y volvería sin duda.

Boa Boa was our favourite stay this vacation. All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful and all of the rooms were wonderful. We had the best sleep in the king sized beds! Having access to the water and some free kayaks really added such a bonus to our trip. I highly suggest getting up early to watch the sunrise and do a little paddle. There was lots of street parking for our car and the neighbourhood was very quiet. We look forward to our next day at Boa Boa and can’t wait to see what these amazing folks do next with their artistic talents.

We had a great stay. The staff are lovely and the rooms clean and spacious. Amazing views of the lake from our balcony. Free kayaks which was a lot of fun! The views from the deck was stunning also. Breakfast, Coffe and water were included, which we enjoyed. The hotel is about a 10 min drive or 35 min walk into Bacalar. There's lots of great bars and restaurants there! The only slight negative was the noise from the road at night but ear plugs worked well and we were in one of the rooms closer to the highway. Definitely recommend staying here, we loved it. Hopefully be back again.

The room was cozy and clean with a fantastic view of the forest and lagoon. All the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We enjoyed the breakfast hand delievered every morning and were very pleased with how tidy our room was after staff came in to clean. Overall it was a fantastic place and we would definitely stay here again!

Nos quedamos en la cabaña venado que tiene vista frente a la laguna, la recomendamos totalmente. Solo tuvimos un percance con la limpieza de la habitación, pero todo lo demás está fenomenal. Recomendado.

On est arrivé pour 2 nuits. Pas d électricité, pas de wifi, la chambre n'a pas été nettoyé alors que nous en avions fait la demande. Je me suis lavée à l' eau froide. La propreté laisse à désirer. Nous avons payé très cher clairement un hôtel surcoté. Rien n'allait ! Je ne recommande pas du tout encore plus au vu du prix!

Es un buen lugar, como todo el hotel tienes sus pros y sus contras. Los puntos a favor son la limpieza de sus instalaciones, la amabilidad y atención del personal, se esmeran en resolver cualquier imprevisto, incluye un desayuno ligero pero bastante bueno, el lugar es pequeño y las cabañas son bastante confortables. Queda lejos del centro, definitivamente debes tomar un taxi para visitar cualquier lugar, los restaurantes están alejados y no cuenta con restaurante ni alberca. Es una lugar para descansar y relajarte.

El hotel superó mis expectativas, la parte de la laguna es simplemente preciosa, ver amanecer o atardecer allí ha sido hermoso. La habitación sencilla pero cómoda en todo sentido y limpia. La vista hermosa. Las chicas en todo momento atentas y me auxiliaron en todo. Volvería sin duda alguna. No está en el centro pero tampoco lejos, vale la.pena alejarse un poco por la tranquilidad de ese lugar.

Wow is all I can say about the views. What lovely staff and amazing breakfast that is delivered to your room every morning. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. They brought me a cake for my 50th birthday and were always there when you needed them. Don’t forget to get a massage on the deck on the lake by Emilio, he is a fantastic therapist and very professional. Thank you Clara and Osmar for your attention and professionalism on our vacation to make it perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean and stocked with everything you needed. The dock on the lake was so peaceful.

Deze accommodatie ligt vlak aan het meer van Bacalar en heeft een eigen pier. Dit betekent helaas wel dat het vrij ver van het centrum afligt en dat het geluid van de doorgaande weg (inclusief toeterende vrachtwagens) continu hoorbaar is. Op basis van de foto’s verwacht je in een soort jungle en oase van rust te verkeren, maar helaas zit deze accommodatie dus ingeplet tussen snelweg en meer. Onze ervaring is ongetwijfeld beïnvloed door het slechte weer (veel regen en wind), maar het feit dat onder die omstandigheden onze kamer op meerdere plekken (twee kozijnen en een muur) niet waterdicht bleek, was erg teleurstellend. We hebben met handdoeken zelf de boel droog moeten houden. Het zeer vriendelijke personeel heeft ons een andere kamer aangeboden, maar aangezien er in de andere kamer met uitzicht op het meer óók lekkage was, en de aangeboden kamer een stuk donkerder was, hebben we hier uiteindelijk geen gebruik van gemaakt. Het ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde, maar wel kwalitatief goed. Het wordt bij je kamer geserveerd. De koffie op de kamer is prima. Onze kamer was niet volledig afgeschermd van de buitenlucht, maar er was geen klamboe beschikbaar. Met name de laatste nacht zijn we helemaal lek geprikt. Opnieuw was de oplossing van het personeel om van kamer te wisselen, maar voor 150 euro per nacht mag je op zo’n locatie een insectvrije kamer verwachten. Tot slot de douche. De waterdruk is erg laag en de voorraad warm water erg beperkt. Dit is ronduit teleurstellend.

Onze ervaring is ongetwijfeld beïnvloed door het slechte weer (veel regen en wind), maar het feit dat onder die omstandigheden onze kamer op meerdere plekken (twee kozijnen en een muur) niet waterdicht bleek, was erg teleurstellend. We hebben met handdoeken zelf de boel droog moeten houden. Het zeer vriendelijke personeel heeft ons een andere kamer aangeboden, maar aangezien er in de andere kamer met uitzicht op het meer óók lekkage was, en de aangeboden kamer een stuk donkerder was, hebben we hier uiteindelijk geen gebruik van gemaakt. Het ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde, maar wel kwalitatief goed. Het wordt bij je kamer geserveerd. De koffie op de kamer is prima. Onze kamer was niet volledig afgeschermd van de buitenlucht, maar er was geen klamboe beschikbaar. Met name de laatste nacht zijn we helemaal lek geprikt. Opnieuw was de oplossing van het personeel om van kamer te wisselen, maar voor 150 euro per nacht mag je op zo’n locatie een insectvrije kamer verwachten. Tot slot de douche. De waterdruk is erg laag en de voorraad warm water erg beperkt. Dit is ronduit teleurstellend.

We really enjoyed our stay at BoaBoa. Our room had a terrace overlooking the stunning lagoon, it was so nice chilling out there and also enjoying the breakfast that was delivered to the room every day. We took taxis in and out of town and they were reasonably priced (MXN 70 each way). It would have been great if the hotel had a small shop to buy snacks or drinks to make things a bit easier. The staff were friendly, but we didn't really see them beyond check-in as the reception is in a different area. Overall would highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing stay

Boa Boa was our favourite stay this vacation. All of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful and all of the rooms were wonderful. We had the best sleep in the king sized beds! Having access to the water and some free kayaks really added such a bonus to our trip. I highly suggest getting up early to watch the sunrise and do a little paddle. There was lots of street parking for our car and the neighbourhood was very quiet. We look forward to our next day at Boa Boa and can’t wait to see what these amazing folks do next with their artistic talents.

We had a great stay. The staff are lovely and the rooms clean and spacious. Amazing views of the lake from our balcony. Free kayaks which was a lot of fun! The views from the deck was stunning also. Breakfast, Coffe and water were included, which we enjoyed. The hotel is about a 10 min drive or 35 min walk into Bacalar. There's lots of great bars and restaurants there! The only slight negative was the noise from the road at night but ear plugs worked well and we were in one of the rooms closer to the highway. Definitely recommend staying here, we loved it. Hopefully be back again.

Wow is all I can say. The beauty of this place surpassed my expectations. First Osmar who was the receptionist that day helped us immensely with everything we needed for our comfort. Clara, also a very sweet and helpful lady spoke great English helped us book extra nights and answered every question we had. Please, if you want a massage on the private dock on the lake with Emilio, do it, you won’t regret it. I am a massage therapist and I knew the moment he started the massage that he was very skilled, professional and talented at his profession. The dock on the lake is like heaven on Earth and the breakfast that comes delivered to your room every morning was super delicious and healthy. Also try Taco Loco around the corner for the best tacos in town. Very serene and lovely place to stay in Bacalar. The staff was the cream on top and you could text them for anything you needed and they will bring it to you room. I miss it there already and wish we had stayed more nights. They will also call you a taxi anytime you need one to get to town.

The room was cozy and clean with a fantastic view of the forest and lagoon. All the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We enjoyed the breakfast hand delievered every morning and were very pleased with how tidy our room was after staff came in to clean. Overall it was a fantastic place and we would definitely stay here again!

Boa boa is a beautiful property which is unique. The location is close to town but not really easily walkable due to the nature of the road which makes it a little inconvenient. Free kayaks were brilliant for sunrise. Breakfast is beautifully presented but unfortunately not to my partner's taste. Would have been better to provide an option on check in for what to deliver such as just additional toast/spreads instead of the oat and fruit bowl as it was ultimately wasted each morning. Room was comfortable, but very small, needed to unpack and repack bags on the deck. The WhatsApp communication was great and had we stayed longer we would have definitely chosen some of the activities on site. The boat trip organised through hotel was lovely.

My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay here. The rooms were very comfortable, and next to the lagoon. Views from the room and the property are amazing. The lagoon is a treasure, and didn't disappoint. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing, and that we had everything we needed.

Wow is all I can say about the views. What lovely staff and amazing breakfast that is delivered to your room every morning. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. They brought me a cake for my 50th birthday and were always there when you needed them. Don’t forget to get a massage on the deck on the lake by Emilio, he is a fantastic therapist and very professional. Thank you Clara and Osmar for your attention and professionalism on our vacation to make it perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean and stocked with everything you needed. Lugar incrível, muito bem cuidado, decoração aconchegante. Possuem um deck com vista maravilhosa para lagoa, a hospedagem fica há poucos minutos do centro da cidade de carro. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Estávamos comemorando 10 anos de união e fomos muito bem recebidos. Voltaremos com certeza.

El hotel superó mis expectativas, la parte de la laguna es simplemente preciosa, ver amanecer o atardecer allí ha sido hermoso. La habitación sencilla pero cómoda en todo sentido y limpia. La vista hermosa. Las chicas en todo momento atentas y me auxiliaron en todo. Volvería sin duda alguna. No está en el centro pero tampoco lejos, vale la.pena alejarse un poco por la tranquilidad de ese lugar.

We had a great stay. The staff are lovely and the rooms clean and spacious. Amazing views of the lake from our balcony. Free kayaks which was a lot of fun! The views from the deck was stunning also. Breakfast, Coffe and water were included, which we enjoyed. The hotel is about a 10 min drive or 35 min walk into Bacalar. There's lots of great bars and restaurants there! The only slight negative was the noise from the road at night but ear plugs worked well and we were in one of the rooms closer to the highway. Definitely recommend staying here, we loved it. Hopefully be back again.

Wow is all I can say about the views. What lovely staff and amazing breakfast that is delivered to your room every morning. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. They brought me a cake for my 50th birthday and were always there when you needed them. Don’t forget to get a massage on the deck on the lake by Emilio, he is a fantastic therapist and very professional. Thank you Clara and Osmar for your attention and professionalism on our vacation to make it perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean and stocked with everything you needed. The dock on the lake was so peaceful.

Excellent in every way! If you're looking for a spot away from town this is it! You will need a car or bike to get into town or can get food delivered. The breakfast is amazing and filling and can get you through most of the day !

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It was thoughtfully arranged and decorated. I stayed in one of the treehouse-like huts. The jaguar room. It is on the second floor above another room. Such a beautiful and comfortable room with a partially-shaded gorgeous deck with a view of the lagoon and sunrise. Of course they delivered the breakfast in the little basket like everyone else mentioned it’s very cute. The property is right on the lagoon and they have three different stairways that lead down to their piers. They have loungers, hammocks and chairs along the lagoon. They even have kayaks for free and life jackets. They have a restaurant for lunch and dinner on the property that’s open 12:30 to 9:30 PM. The rooms have a fridge and drip coffee maker. To some of the rooms there are quite a bit of stairs on some uneven ground if you have mobility issues - but other rooms are more accesible. They also offer massages and tours. The staff were all professional and helpful. Loved this place.

The place is absolutely amazing, it is truly like staying in a tree house.. the staff is super friendly, you have kayaks available and the excursions on the lagoon and great. If you can, do get the rooms with the lagoon view, the sunrise from between the foliage gets reflected on the water and it’s truly magical, i’m definitely coming back
