Host was cool but Could have done better with the breakfast pool was very dirty and had hose Pipe running to it room smelled a little weird when we first came in also had to take the fitted sheet off because it had a stain on it but bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean however the smell was hard to deal with. This was the second time I stayed there n 6months and it had the same smell both times. It’s not a rotten smell but it is not pleasant either. I found a different hotel for the rest of my trip.

They have gas there that stays weekly and it was pretty noisy the room was had a very sour smell in it how to get with the property manager and he came and sprayed the room but the snow came right back the shower had a little mold on it and you're not drink properly

This place might be in a “prime location” and seem affordable, but do not be fooled—it is hands down one of the absolute worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The so-called non-smoking room reeked so badly of cigarettes it was nauseating. After complaining, management “upgraded” us to another “non-smoking” room that reeked just as horribly. The sheets had burn holes in them, the bathroom ceiling was sprouting mold, and we were given exactly one tiny, pathetic towel each. The entire room felt filthy and neglected. To make matters worse, the crowd staying here consisted of obvious drug addicts and shady, unsafe individuals. Staying here was disgusting and downright unsettling—I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Our 2- night stay was awful! This hotel is a complete dump! I killed a cockroach near the bed. The bathroom was falling apart: the door wouldnt close and the shower head and knobs were falling out of the wall. It was so loud outside! You could hear the traffic clear as day and others conversations. It was an overall terrible experience and I wish we could get our money back!

Im local, the previous owner let this establishment down. The new owners refurbished everything very well. Much cleaner, new appliances and furniture. The staff are friendly and receptionist was very helpful and understanding i will be coming back again

The room I had was on the 2nd floor facing the highway so I could hear the cars & trucks driving by. Location is very good : convenient located near I10 to Biloxi / New Orleans. In addition, however, the bathtub faucet was a bit loose from the flange & it needs to be recaulked or replaced. The room was clean, but it had an acrid odor to it. This hotel rents to people that have pets so I didn’t know if that might have been the cause of the curious odor. There were No hangers, hair dryer or coffee maker. And I did t ask staff for them, so they might have been provided on request. The breakfast area was very nice. Served, 3 types of cereal: can’t remember, Raisin Bran & Frosted Flakes, Waffle Maker, Muffins, Coffee ( 4 types: Weak, Med. Bold & Decaf. Packaged creamers- plus Apple & Orange juice too. Staff: both night and morning were very friendly & helpful. All in all, I probably would stay here again. Although, I would be Requesting a pet free room.

For one the room was dirty gum in the floor hair in the tub an the room smells we told the attendant at The Counter all he said was sorry am handed Us some cleaner a towels to wipe the human poo off the wall by the toilet . Def what I get for going the cheaper route

Excellent service and hotel is great condition. Room was clean, only suggestion would be to add some sort of non slip grips in the shower as it was very slippery. Breakfast was small but good.
