The hotel itself is pristine and beautiful. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are immaculate. The sheets are a bit starchy and the beds are on the medium to firm side. The hotel restaurant service is on the slower side and the food is, okay. There are more food options just a short walk around the corner. Rooftop is lovely, gym is on the smaller side but sufficient. Valet service was subpar.

Room was impeccable, the host(s) were inviting and cool. The rooftop bar/grill was amazing, even though it was 20 deg outside, the fireplaces and environment was so awesome! I would highly recommend the Bradley Hotel to anybody who needs an awesome room at a reasonable price. No pool -but I dont participate in public pool swimming anyway- but that is okay. Nice view of the city and I give it 5 stars for the entire experience. I could nit-pick at a few things, but not worth the mention.

We loved the uniqueness of this hotel. The beds were comfy and the hotel staff were great! The only downside is the parking ramp which is through an ally on a different street.

The hotel is beautiful, but unless you want to pay $30 for valet, you have to park a block away. The staff was ok but not super friendly. They do not have an ice machine, so they have coolers with bags of ice, but if you want some in the afternoon, there is none.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were clean and spacious. The roof top restaurant was nice and the food was great. Fans could be a great add, especially during the hot and humid July we just had. The neighborhood had a lot of great walking areas and great art and architecture to see. They did not have free coffee or breakfast available in the am. but they touted morning coffee that ended up costing $4+

We spent Thanksgiving at the Hotel. Nice enjoyable couple of days. Breakfast was good with several options to choose from the menu. The parking is not on site and panhandling outside the garage. The room was quiet even though we were at the elevator.

The bathroom was cute but not very clean. There was someone else’s hair in the shower before we used it. Bed area is very small and there was a hole in our blanket that was visible as soon as we walked in the room which surprised us. All the staff was really great though! Especially the valet staff and the staff for the arbor and birdies.

Our room was nice and looked luxurious. The soaps and extra bathroom amenities were nice. It Was a bit dusty, and some of the drawers had hair and crumbs in them. Otherwise the rest of the facility was very clean. Quiet rooms, and a nice roof top bar.

We decided to have a staycation for one night. Unfortunately the room was very dusty. The bedsheets are honestly horrible. They are very starchy and rough. I was looking for more of a luxurious stay with soft sheets and was disappointed. The staff was nice at the rooftop bar and drinks were delicious. When you check in they don’t explain anything and when you get to room there is no phone and you have to use a QR to communicate. It would have been nice to have the front desk tell you that. It is conveniently located downtown when it comes to parking you either have to self pay at a parking garage that isn’t located in hotel or pay valet.

Hotel really nice. Staff friendly. Refrigerator didn’t work and they never fixed. Room cleaning ONLY occurred after 3+ times requesting from 11:30am to 10:30 pm on the same day. Net basic cleaning services extremely poor.

The hotel was perfect. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very conveniently located in town and walkable area. Has a very nice rooftop bar/lounge. All communication done via text before, during and after check in/out. Highly recommend! Would most definitely stay again!

Excellent place in Fort Wayne to stay. But if you are going to stay here, plan plan plan ahead so that you can get exactly what you want ahead of time . Different floors offer better views and different room tiers offer different amenities such as the stand alone tub. The service was really good and the food from birdies and arbor was great! I didn’t like that my room didn’t have a microwave, and the windows could use a cleaning from the outside.

The room was very small. Much smaller than it appeared in the pictures online. Much smaller. The beds were also much smaller than what was expected or pictured online. The queen beds were just fulls. The staff, for the most part, and this goes for the front desk, valets and arbor staff were Fantastic. But it was the size of the rooms and beds that kind if ruined it. Oh- also selected a room with a “city view”. Based on my experience, this is not worth paying extra for.

This is fairly new hotel. The major issue is the HVAC system. The engineers decided it would be a good idea for the exhaust fans in the room's bathroom to run 24hrs. per day. You cannot turn them off! Even when you close the bathroom door you can still hear the hum of the fan. The front desk staff need to pass out ear plugs! GRRRRRRR!

The valet was unavailable before 7 am, so I had to run two blocks in the rain, past a sleeping homeless person in the garage, to get my own car. Hotel clerk was clearly annoyed that I thought this was unreasonable. Totally unprofessional.

We stayed Wednesday through Friday over Thanksgiving. We had no room cleaning which was stated with the disclaimer that if u needed service let them know through a text. We requested additional towels and never received them. There’s no phones in the room which is inconvenient. We went to breakfast on Thursday and had to wait 45 minutes to be seated because of staff shortages. The next morning I went to the lobby to get coffee around 8:00 and other guests were sitting around in the lobby saying they were waiting to have breakfast and were told they couldn’t seat anyone until 9:00 because of staff shortage. I valet parked and had to wait 45 minutes to get my car. Self parked after that. I won’t be staying here again as there other hotels in downtown Ft Wayne that are more accommodating.

I was in Ft. Wayne for business and thought The Bradley looked like an interesting place to stay. My experience was way more than I expected. Every part of the hotel was fresh, clean and beautiful. Food options were great! There is even a rooftop bar/restaurant. Customer service made me feel important like an important guest. All around great stay!

I recently stayed at the Bradley and had a mixed experience. The amenities were but nothing stood out as exceptional. The room was comfortable enough, though it felt a bit dated and lacked the polish I expected for the price. The valet service, however, was a letdown. The valet seemed unsure and disorganized, offering little assistance. Instead of arranging a bell person, they handed us a cart and left us to manage our luggage ourselves, which was inconvenient and unprofessional. It set a poor tone for the stay. Upon arrival to the front desk, I was not greeted with a smile, rather I was greeted by a distracted employee who looked at me confused as if she didn't know why I was there. I told her I was checking in (I was a bit early arriving), and she said, "Well there's a $50 fee for early check in." I told her that in 13 years of traveling, I'd never encountered this. She really didn't seem to care, and charged me. The breakfast service on my second morning was horrible. I waited 15 minutes before anyone greeted me (I was the only person in the restaurant) and it took about 45 minutes total for me to get my toast and sausage, which was cold and burnt. The coffee was Luke warm. I would not stay at this hotel again due to service. The property itself was lovely and comfortable and in a good location.

Great hotel close to many downtown attractions. Friendly staff with two dining options on site as well as coffee bar. We love that we can walk to Promenade Park from the hotel. The only downside was that self parking is a block away but they do validate your parking

The Bradley is excellent. Would recommend a coffee pot in rooms or coffee availability throughout the night. Construction happening all around The Bradley. Was hearing loud, explosions like booms up until 12am. Not sure what that was. Other than that, the actual Bradley Hotel was perfect.

The front desk staff is great. The rooms are lovely. The restaurant is terrible. The wait staff is fine, but the food is awful. It is related to Vera Bradley. They have signature cute bags. That is a nice touch.

The Bradley Hotel was a cute, quaint, and charming hotel. The rooms were styled eloquently, as well as the lobby. The Arbor had delicious brunch and Birdies had beautiful drinks. If I've ever back in Fort Wayne, I will definitely stay here again!
