Struttura situata in posizione comoda a due passi da ortigia e dai siti di interesse turistico. L'hotel è gradevole ed il personale professionale e gentile ma sarebbe opportuno qualche servizio in più (magari un servizio nolo biciclette e una sala svago / cinema / lettura o magari un roof garden). La camera era carina, ampia e spaziosa ma il bagno andrebbe sicuramente risistemato con la sostituzione di alcuni semplici ed economici elementi che lo renderebbero degno di un hotel di classe. Nel complesso una buona struttura di base ma che avrebbe bisogno di una rivisitazione.

Für vier Sterne war es vielleicht garnicht ungewöhnlich, doch Rezeption, Zimmer, Frühstück, alles war höchst angenehm und überzeugend. Daß Italiener unter "Säften", wie Orangensaft, nicht wirklich Saft verstehen, wissen wir inzwischen, aber im übrigen war das Frühstück(sbüffet) sehr gut. Parkplatz fanden wir sogar kostenlos nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, aber das mag Glück gewesen sein... Die Lage, bequem fußläufig von Ortygia entfernt, und abgesehen vom Parken, mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen, spricht auch für sich.

Good hotel within walking distance to Ortigia. Nice breakfasts. The public parking lot (15 Euros per day) is a few blocks away. Our room was nice and large with comfortable beds. Staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. We'd preferred to have had more lights in the room. Shower stall needed updating. There was a shortage of surface area and closet space in the room and the bathroom to unpack you stuff.

Located on a busy route with cars and motorcycles revving all night. No A/C so window had to be open. Mosquito bites, poor sleep, modest breakfast. Desk staff were meh, and maintenance person was not much use. Breakfast crew were attentive.

何よりもスタッフの皆さんが大変親切で気持ちの良い接客でした。宿泊日の翌日にの寝台列車でナポリに行く予定でしたが、20時まで気持ち良く荷物を預かってもらい助かりました。部屋も清潔で広く満足できました。ロケーションも駅から徒歩10 分と近く、飲食店も周辺に沢山あります。おすすめのホテルです。

Sorry, but this was not good enough! The Hotel does not have their own parking spaces, you must park on the street and not easy to find free parking. Plusside is breakfast and clean. Both very good. On the booking site it says feather blankets and foam madrass, this is not what you get. Normal bed with paper thin cover. The shower is tragic! I set is at max power and full heat and waited for water to turn warm. After waiting maybe 4-5 min(!!) for it to get warm, i decided to brush my teeth while waiting. But still not warm. So after waiting 6-7 min for water to get warm, i took a rather cold shower. When i was finished and water had been running for 15-20 min, it was OK warmth, but not warm enough. Tragic!! The interior was old, worn down and did not look good. The toalett seat was broken, so not pleasent experience to go there with number two. All in all, location is very good, breakfast good and so was the service. Everything else; adjustment needed!

The Grande Albergo Alfeo gave personalized service and attention that is uncommon. The room was beautiful and clean. A 3 minute walk across the bridge to the old town of Syracuse. Highly recommended -- we've already scheduled and booked our return to Syracuse next week.

The hotel is very central in the main town of Siracusa. Plenty of good restaurants on the doorstep and only ten minute walk from the station. Ortigia only a 15 minute walk away. The bathroom facilities and room decor are slightly old fashioned but all working fine.

Perfect location - easy walk to/from the Siracusa railway station and to Ortigia. Nice restaurants (Agape recommended) nearby. Very good breakfast. The main road was very very noisy - Get a room that is not facing the main road. We were 1st floor - could be quieter higher up?

I very much enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel . The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was impeccable and the breakfast was excellent ! Housekeeping made sure all your needs were met. The location was perfect. I took the Interbus from Catania Airport and got off at there last stop which was a short and easy walk ( with 2 pieces of luggage ) . Ortigia was also a short walk over the bridge to explore. Many walkable things to do in opposite direction as well. Plenty of restaurants nearby ( must try the Indian restaurant across from hotel ) . Definitely recommend staying at this Hotel.
