Best Western Plus Tacoma Hotel

Everything was great, room and property were clean, staff was friendly. We felt safe and bonus, there was a Goodwill right next door!

Very comfortable

I checked in after 11pm. I asked for a late check out at 1pm because I was tired after driving all day as a travel nurse. I was told that check out was at 11am and that I would have to pay 15.99 plus tax for every additional hour beyond 11am. There was no consideration based on the fact that I was checking in very late....Very Petty Hotel. There was only one luggage cart for the entire hotel which has 4 floors. The luggage cart was not in its storage area which means that someone had it in their room to use the next morning. I had to make about 5 to 6 trips from my car to my room and then do the same thing again in the morning. The staff acted nonchalant, like hey it's normal for guests to run back and forth bringing items in and out with no access to a luggage cart. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but I will never stay here again.

Breakfast was ok. I feel like the eggs were powered eggs and not real. sausage wasnt completely done, bacon was the pre cooked kind you buy and then re heated. All the staff were fantastic. Parking was good. rooms were very clean and fresh. Although the pillows suck. i dont mind a hard bed. sheets and blankets were fairly thin.. but i dont expect perfect when i stay at a hotel. I enjoyed my stay there and may return again next year for the PBR as it is only 20 min or so from the Tacoma Dome.
