Everything went very well. We had a problem with the first room, bad smell from the washroom. It was a junior suite and when I complained at the desk, they were most courteous and gave us a 2 room villa for that night. When they wanted us to move out the nex

I’ve room but hotel lacked any character. Not unexpected for a new build area. Infinity pool overlooking the beach was lovely but the second pool was built in a car parking area but the horrible second more modern block. Try and get a room in the older block! There is nothing in the local area other than a 10 minute walk to a local beach - which did have a restaurant it this closed early. However cabs were cheap and plentiful - from the hotel to the town square was 85pesos.

Service was excellent. Specially Luis in the dinning room Rooms have absolutely nothing in the bathroom like toiletries Kleenex nothing. The body cream is rancid /old the shower is either cold or hot water. No robes available Elevaror was broken two out of four days Room was fine other than what I mentioned. Room was clean and Soledad did a great job. The large pool was out of comidsion a day and half over the busy weekend the hotel would do best if thesenissues would be taken care of. Food was ok. Need more choices in the evening. The restaurant staff was superb.
