Aspectos positivos: Buen tamaño de la habitación y las camas cómodas. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. El espacio de restaurante muy amplio y acogedor. La playa padrísima y enorme. Los camastros muy cómodos. El baño tenía fugas y tuvieron que entrar a repararlo dos veces. Muy amables al repararlos pero se nota que no se le da mantenimiento constantemente. Una de las luces relampageaba. La presión de las llaves de agua de la cocina era mucha y sonaba como si fuera a explotar. La temperatura de la alberca muy fría.

El hotel necesita mantenimiento. Desde el primer día de estancia informe en recepción q no tenía agua caliente y lo indique como 5 veces pues toda mi estancia no lo solucionaron. Otra cosa q no me gustó es q no hay wifi en los cuartos solo en el área de restaurante así q no puedes usar tu cuarto para trabajar con laptop. El desayuno está en $120 a seleccionar un platillo y jugo o café pero es pago en efectivo y no dan factura. El agua de la alberca está fría. Lo mejor es que la playa es agradable, bonitas puestas de sol, y tranquila de gente sin masificaciones. También tienen estacionamiento techado para que no quede a pleno solo el auto. Para comer te recomiendo el restaurante SABOR A MAR está como a 300 metros es rico y trato muy amable.

Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación a pie de playa, pero la limpieza muy mala, las sábanas estaban sucias, al pedir que las cambiaran simplemente nos las dieron, al mover el colchón salieron cucarachas, había suciedad en el piso, no funcionaba la cocina. Terminaron cambiándonos de habitación y el trato del personal no fue amable. No regresaría al hotel

En general bien. Pero el personal tiene que mejorar su atencion al cliente. Con anticipacion estuve solicitando ampliar mi reseeva y no hubo respuesta. Tuve que hacer una reserva con otro folio.Tardaba en salir agua caliente. La puerta de entrada se movia con aire, tuvimos que poner un tope.

Marbella is an older property but still quite nice. Unfortunately it is poorly managed and there are always problems when I stay there. For instance, on my most recent stay, there was no room available, despite having a reservation. It was a terrible experience. I had to pay extra cash and was very disappointed with the experience. I hope to get full refund from Expedia or the hotel.

La ubicación del hotel súper, las habitaciones cómodas, lo único que las camas y almohadas son muy duras... Pero todo super bien... Fuimos en familia y todos nos la pasamos increíble, la comida muy rica y buen precio, todo el personal muy atento y amable, claro que vuelvo a ir .. super recomendado!!! Gracias por hacer mi viaje muy bonito!!!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and accessible for all ages. Easy access to the beach and ocean. Close enough to local restaurants and hotel restaurant on site. Only downside was no WiFi access and the tv did not work for the last 2 days we were there.

Location is beautiful and the rooms are large and spacious in most cases… In the air conditioning works well, as does the showers with her warm enough but not very hot. For the price it’s a good deal, but unfortunately their restaurant is only open during daylight hours and closes at 6 PM, with no close options. However, they have and will assist with delivery of dinners, arranging from pizza to hamburgers to tacos, which do you arrive about 45 minutes after the order and they are still hot. Was clean, the beach incredibly beautiful and spacious…. This is not a luxury hotel, but has everything you need to have a nice day with your family or if you are on your own. One of the staff, Adela, is bilingual and speaks Spanish and English, which will help in case you’re a Spanish is not up to snuff. The price is reasonable, as well. Fertilized in the area, if you’re a birder, is exciting, and you can walk expansive beaches for kilometers, day and night. Enjoy.

Older property, decent maintenance, everything works and it’s right on the beach. The rooms and beds are a bit dated but for a place to sleep for a night it worked. Not much around in this area.
