Mycket nöjda med detta hotell. Rymliga rum, härlig pool och fantastisk frukost! Bra läge, med en trevlig promenad in till de gamla delarna av staden. Anledningen till att vi inte ger fem stjärnor är att vi inte fick rena kaffekoppar eller handdukar till poolen.

Great location. There was a grocery store right across the street. Only a ten minute walk to the main market square. Rooms very clean and tidy. Black out curtains were a god send! Nice to have pool access during a city break. Was very hot while we were there and whilst the air conditioning was nice, it would have been nice if it was a little more powerful. Loved the free water fountains. Saved us a lot of money on bottled water. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Bruges

Great hotel probably one of the top choices for Bruges. There’s an underground carpark next door. Ok it’s not free but it’s not too expensive either ideal as the carpark exit leads right to the hotel. Good selection for breakfast and very easy access to the centre of Bruges. Would stay again.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, with most attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred the toilet and bathroom to be combined, but overall the facilities were good. I enjoyed the swimming pool, though the heated water could have been a little warmer. While there’s no onsite parking, the public parking next door was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Check in and out was quick and easy. Hotel has water stations on every floor and offers glass containers to fill up for the room. Newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Over sized, big fluffy bath towels were a nice bonus. Great location.

They provided us with a room that smelled strongly from vomit from the guest before. They hadn’t sanitized the room which is not just repelling but also a health hazard. Totally unacceptable. Besides from that the location is good. Breakfast was average. The lack of AC is another downside so the room was really hot.

¡Nos gustó mucho este hotel! Es una gran opción para hospedarse en Brugge. Se encuentra cerca del centro para ir caminando. En la misma calle hay muchas tiendas, un pequeño supermercado, restaurantes y ¡muchos postres típicos del lugar! El desayuno es de muy buena calidad aunque un poco pequeño. La habitación estaba muy cómoda e impecable. Definitivamente volvería.

The entrance to the hotel was not very appealing and not very well maintained however, it was convenient and within walking distance to the train station, restaurants and shops. There is a Carrefour across the street which was great for snacks, drinks etc. The hotel lobby looked very chic and clean with lots of sitting areas if you wanted to relax and unwind. During our visit it was also decorated for Christmas. The rooms were basic with not much closet space but it was comfortable and clean.

Great spot to stay in Bruges. It is away from the street which makes it nice and quiet. The room was nice although the room for the toilet was very small. Being able to fill water bottles with cold or bubbly water was a nice touch. It’s on a great street and parking costs are reasonable for a city. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location in Bruges, quiet part of the city but within easy walking distance of everything you need. We had connecting rooms, which worked perfectly for our family of 4. Hotel has been recently renovated- was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the AC didn’t work very well, as despite it being Feb we would have preferred the room to have been cooler. Would recommend.

Great location in the city; Large and fun reception area where you can hang out. Good breakfast! However, the rooms were too warm with the thermostats not working properly. The duvets were also too warm, and so the nights were not that comfortable. The third bed in the room is too hard and so not too comfortable too. Cleanliness in the bathrooms can be improved.

A fantastic hotel for a short weekend with my family in Brugge. The staff were excellent, the room was clean and big enough for my husband, myself and our toddler. It was right in the centre so we were near the main tourist attractions as well as very close to the station. The fact that this hotel has a family/kids area is really convenient, we spent a few evenings chilling there whilst our toddler read some books and played games. We will be staying again and will 100% recommend it.

We booked a room for 3 but had a 4-year-old child with us, needing nothing extra. The staff first claimed it was “illegal in the EU” to have 4 people in a room for 3—completely false. As a frequent traveler and gold member, I know there is no such law or fire safety rule. It felt like they made up excuses when they saw non-European guests. The manager later admitted it was their cheap insurance policy, not the law, that caused the problem. They eventually moved us to another room and charged extra—but the whole experience was frustrating. I would not stay here again. Rigid policies and poor communication make this hotel a poor choice.

Good location, nice room with plenty of space, water fountain and carafe really good idea to reduce plastic waste. Breakfast was not a good experience, very busy, difficult to find a free table, some foods running out and pretty expensive, better to find a cafe in town.

I had a nice stay at this hotel close to the heart of Bruges. The staff was nice, and the hotel seemed pretty modern. The breakfast area and reception looked really nice. The bedroom was decent too with a nice and comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was really nice with a decent selection of things you’d expect from a Continental breakfast. The waffle iron was a nice touch! Even with the modest summer temperature I enjoyed the outdoor pool twice during my stay. The pool was quite nice and decently warm, but the pool side wardrobe and shower was a bit bare bones and rough looking. All in all the hotel was nice for the price point and the location was great. Would consider staying again if I visit Bruges once more.

Nice property. Walkable to most of the attractions. Not much happening in the hotel itself. The food and drink prices are quite high. The dinning area is mostly empty. The room was big with basic amenities. Lot of eateries nearby. If you like pizza, don’t miss the pizza chain otomat. They can get you a cab to the station at 15 euros. Overall pleasant experience
