Lovely as usual but... the wellness area was not working before 6pm on both evenings and was going to be the same on the last day too. This is a serious lack of amenities for the same price. Then my room key failed on 3 separate times. Meaning that i was locked out of my room with my partner in her pyjamas. Luckily we had friends in the next room. That said the staff were excellent, breakfast was good, beds comfy and clean rooms, with the hotel in a good position.

They were able to allow us to check in early which was a big plus. We made same day spa appointments (massage) again big plus same day. VERY disappointed with the massage. We spent $170 for someone to run (not massage) lotion on our bodies. Definitely not what we were expecting. Hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect!

This is a lux stay for the money. Really beautiful entry and many stunning common rooms with pleasing scent throughout. The room was stylish and very comfortable. The parking works for small to medium vehicles. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have more instruction upon arrival to the hotel with a vehicle. Driving in this tight part of old town Bruges is difficult if you don’t know exactly where the parking entrance is. Incidentallly it’s on the left side of the building before you pass the entrance and you press the intercom to announce your arrival.

Hotel parking unacceptable and very dangerous. 30 euros per day for an underground parking with an elevator in extermely narrow spaces, nearly scratched my car, and also drove around the building in Bruges narrow streets to park in , as there were another four cars to park out. I would not recommend due to parking . Receptionists with very " teaching " manners. The Hotel should stop providing own parking.

Wonderful experience! Hotel is beautiful, rooms are quiet and beds are incredibly comfortable. Great location central to everything. Only thing that could use improvement is with the gym … limited equipment and not well maintained. Highly recommend for your next stay in Bruges

Beautiful hotel, rooms was amazing. Breakfast was outstanding. Great location minutes walk from the main square. Staff were very friendly and spa was great. Just wish they would get a pool in there! One of the very best hotels in Brugge.

This hotel was amazing! It is centrally located to the markets, and when it started raining they provided umbrellas for all to use, as long as needed! All of the staff were friendly & the helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping! Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Very clean!

The hotel is beautiful with all of it lounges to sit in. Cleaning staff for the room was hit and miss. When we arrived there was a half eaten sandwich is our mini bar. Our in room coffee was never replenished for 3 nights and missing coffee cups also the wine glasses were left in the room dirty. I phoned the front desk to get more coffee and was told that I could come down to the front desk and get it myself. Not 4 star at all.The bar is beautiful but when the bartender has to look at a book to make the drinks that are on the menu (a Negroni and a Manhattan) seems a little strange to me especially when the drinks are $15.50 euro a drink. Plus no wait service in the bar you have to go to the bar and order. Great location but hopefully they will get crap together

Das Hotel liegt super Zentral und das Hotel selbst war für 4 Sterne Spitze. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Insbesondere die Bar mit den Aufenthaltsräumen. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Frühstück war ausreichend und hatte alles was man braucht.

The room we stayed in was compact, hot and the shower was tight to enter. We ordered a double but there were two singles pushed together which wasn’t ideal, we expected more. The staff at the bar were very pleasant but extremely slow as they insisted on table service and there was only one women serving. Disappointing. That said, they hotel felt very festive and was perfectly located near the canal and main market square.

Wonderful stay! Great beds and wonderful town! We had a junior suite and it was huge! Lots of place to sit and it was a corner room so we had great windows to the street. Great location to wander the city without walking too far.

This is a modern hotel pleasantly fitted into old buildings. The hotel is one of the most comfortable and elegant we’ve stayed in recently. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Newly renovated, everything looks shiny and spotlessly clean, and things like wi-fi connections work! Bed and shower + separate tub were great. (Bathroom needs more hooks or towel rack. ) Insulation is excellent, so rooms are quiet. Lighting is modern, though a little sparse. Only annoyances: You need to sign in to wi-fi daily. Because of the architectural accommodation of older buildings, it’s necessary to drag luggage up and down a few steps to check in and access rooms. Once you reach the elevator, it’s modern and larger than one expects in Europe. The bar/lounge area is extremely comfortable and outfitted with lots of plush furniture. Decor amusingly includes recently painted reproductions of some major works. We certainly would recommend the hotel very highly!

Stunning hotel in a perfect location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a superior canal view room with a lovely view of the Belfort. Room was great - clean and big and the bed was very comfortable.

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch. Super zentral und absolut sauber! Selten ein Hotel gesehen, das so sauber war! Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist fabelhaft. Wir haben sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit bekommen für unser Jahrestag, das war sehr nett. Das Frühstück hat uns leider enttäuscht. Eine sehr einfache Auswahl an Speisen, nichts besonderes und wenig Vielfalt. Nicht 4 Sterne würdig. Die Parkmöglichkeit war super praktisch. Wer jedoch ein großes Auto hat, wird etwas Schwierigkeiten haben in den Aufzug reinzufahren (Übung notwendig). Ich würde das Hotel dennoch sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

Excellent breakfast buffet with huge selection. Great location with easy walk to main square and smaller Burg square. Lots of restaurants nearby. Lovely old hotel, comfortable bed and nice linens and upscale toiletries. Would recommend.
