Beautiful stay in Bruges. The hotel is a lovely property in a great location! My only issue was the shower stall - the bathroom did have a full tub, however the shower was very small.

We have been here many times it’s a beautiful hotel, well situated and the rooms and breakfast are amazing. Slightly let down that they wanted to charge us for water bottles when we asked but overall a fantastic stay.

The pictures don’t do it justice! What a stunning property. My mother and I had such a special trip together here! Truly felt like we were staying in a palace. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and quiet even facing the street, the spa facilities were amazing after walking around all day, and the location was perfect! Right in the middle of the action, just footsteps away from all the shops and attractions. The only thing that would have made this stay even better would be slight improvement in the reception and cleaning services. For Reception, you had a hit a bell for someone to come out and there was no one to help us bring our bags to our rooms. My mother has a bad hip and it would’ve been nice if someone was there to help her. When we came back to our room after the first day, the towels hadn’t been refreshed that had been on the floor and water bottles weren’t refilled. Just a few simple touches that could have made the stay even more wonderful, but in no way took away from the beauty of this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the newer section, and loved it for it's comfort, quiet, size, etc. We unfortunately didn't give ourselves time to just sit and relax in the several lobby-level rooms but they are beautiful, as well. The location is perfect for accessing the center of Bruges.
