Excellent quiet hotel to stay at in Bruges. It’s a 10-12 minute drive from the historic downtown and the hotel offers Taxi vouchers for a flat rate of €12. The front desk staff are incredible. They gave us a map of the town, explained all the different ways to get there, and even circled the poor “tourist trap” restaurants and said to avoid them. The gym has some weight machines and a treadmill but it is only for walking, it doesn’t go fast enough to run. However there is a great running trail around the hotel of around 1KM. We ordered tapas menu from the restaurant and it was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was excellent. 10min drive into the centre of Brugge - 30 min walk (which we did) or 15 mins on a bicycle. Bicycle hire available from the hotel reception. Taxi’s to the centre are all organised via hotel reception and collect you from right outside the door. Rooms are very clean, bicycle themed and well designed. The resturant was really good, staff very friendly and attentive, our meals were exceptional and good value for money. We really liked this hotel and hope you will too!!!!!

This was an excellent hotel with very nice personnel. The rooms were clean and we had a nice view. We rented bikes and rode them into the City, and it was spectacular. I had a few questions for the hotel before we arrived, and they were very responsive!

Food at dinner needs to be improved a lot. Not acceptable for a four hotel star. Internet was terrible. Lower than 20gbs! And some areas, like in the gym, there was no internet.

Goed hotel. Parkeren op straat is gratis. Ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid en lekker. Kamer in orde, voorzien van alle comfort. Sauna en fitness zijn klein. Stadscentrum vlot bereikbaar met lijnbus (halte vlakbij). Prijs/kwaliteit zeker goed.

Un problème de chasse d'eau nous a contraints à changer de chambre : c'est un petit désagrément car ce n'est pas confortable de devoir transférer les bagages . Le service de la réception a été à la hauteur . Chambre très propre , confortable et calme . Petit-déjeuner trop cher donc pas pris .

Leider waren die Böden an beiden Tagen so dreckig das die Socken nach 3 Meter bereits aussahen als hätte man diese seit 2 Tagen an. Das Bad ist durch Glas oder höchstens Vorhang getrennt - eher unangenehm. Leider hört man die Nachbarzimmer auch sehr sehr gut.. die Schlafsituation war leider auch nicht toll: Bett/Kissen eher unbequem und das die Klimaanlage sich selbstständig macht ist auch nicht hilfreich.

Das hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man auch. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit vor allem im Bad zu wünschen übrig, es waren mehrere Haare an der Wand und auf dem Boden.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel : très propre et silencieux, tout le personnel est gentil et très sympathique. La nourriture est délicieuse, tant au repas du soir qu’au petit-déjeuner. Le buffet chaud/froid du petit-déjeuner est très varié. Belle chambre et lit confortable L’hôtel est situé un peu en retrait de Bruges, mais l’arrêt d’autobus à 2 minutes est fort apprécié. Je recommande cet hôte sans hésitation.

Hotel was easy to find by car and had ample parking. Room was a good size and bed was extremely comfortable. Found clothes rail very high and difficult to reach and TV volume very low even at max. Outside area rather uninspiring and bus stop was wasn’t very near.

Lovely hotel, really comfy beds and a wonderful breakfast! Only issue is the walls are quite thin and we could hear a lot of noise in the hallway and from the room next door (even a phone vibrating everytime the occupants got a message) Hotel was within walking distance of the city centre (around 40 minutes) but there are plenty of taxis. You can even rent a bicycle from the hotel.

Staff were really helpful and allowed us to check in early because the room was available. They gave us a map of the local area and pointed us in the direction of local attractions at the time (Christmas market). Room was exactly as advertised, clean and with all the amenities needed. My only small issue was that the room was a little chilly in the morning, but it was very cold outside. The thermostat didn’t seem to help. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!

I really like this concept of being on the outskirts of town but with bike rentals! It worked out perfectly for me and the bike I rented was 15 euro for a full day and it was nicely equipped. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable, would stay here again!

Lovely modern hotel with excellent staff. Rooms were very sound proof, didn’t hear a thing at night. Quite a way out from town for a walk but part of that was due to the nearest bridge being closed. A bus into Bruges stopped nearby.

Great staff, fantastic service. We informed them about travelling with a baby, and they promptly set a baby cot in the room ready for us at check in. Brilliant location, conveniently located at a quiet locality just north of Bruges and next to a supermarket - 13 mins drive from Biekorf car park. Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable stay in Bruges - hotel about a 20 min walk into the centre. Parking easy and plentiful. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast adequate. Rooms comfortable but would have appreciated a kettle in the room to make tea and also a mirror (only one was in the bathroom)

Lovely hotel in a peaceful area with very helpful friendly staff especially in the bar area and reception. Great selection of breakfast items to choose from. Easy to navigate into the heart of Brugge on foot if you allow 20-30 minutes. We walked everywhere and it is easily achieved. We would stay here again if we revisit Bruges.

Excellent concept destiné aux cyclistes (mais pas que !!!). Décoration et confort au TOP. Très bonne idée du Concept tapas le soir en plus du restaurant. Stationnement facile gratuit ou payant. Bravo !!
