We went to stay at the Green Park Hotel with our children (11 and 8) for 4 nights. The hotel is excellent for families as it has free to use outside pool, trampoline, swings, bouncy castle etc. My children were happy to play outside for an hour or 2 after sightseeing in Bruges. The family room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and I was surprised by some small Toblerones upon check in and water bottles when we checked out. Car parking was plenty Very easy to drive to from the motorway. The only downside was that the bathroom had a shower curtain that was a bit stained and some stains/mould? on the bathroom wall but otherwise everything was very clean.

Quiet and clean room with comfortable beds. Swimming pool was clean and lots of fun for kids, even had a bouncy castle and a multitude of other activities. We didnt have breakfast there but looked nice. Quick drive to brugge.

Le ménage de la chambre était très loin d’être parfait, il n’avait pas été fait sous le canapé lit (nous l’avons replié) et un insecte était présent dans la baignoire. Les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement général vu la vétusté du matériel ! Nous avons dîner à l’hôtel, personnel charmant mais en sous effectif (seulement le réceptionniste et le chef en cuisine de présent), nous avons dû attendre très longtemps avant d’être servi.

Staff was clear and helpful. Gave good guidance to visiting Bruges. Access was easy to find following the GPS. Room was spacious and clean. It was also quiet although the hotel was pretty full. Bed was comfortable. No frills but still really well done.

It was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The sheets smelled. Also the room was dirty. When I told them that the sheets smelled, they brought new sheets and gave them at the door and left. Reception doesn't answer the phone anyway. It was very bad, unfortunately.

De vloerbedekking is best verouderd/niet helemaal schoon op de hotelkamer waarin we verbleven, we hadden wat vieze voegen in de badkamer en de bistro was beperkt in menu keuze en ook lastig te reserveren, bistro is tot 21.15 uur open, maar toen we vroegen om 20.45 uur of we nog wat te eten konden krijgen (al waren het alleen maar nacho's), dat kon niet meer, terwijl het restaurant niet vol zat voor ons idee. Verder prima hotel met wat spelletjes, prima ontbijt!

Just checked out of the hotel today. Good- hotel is clean, bed comfortable and friendly staff. Sone are not. They provide taxi voucher so u pay €15 to go to city center and we used it too to go to the train station. The bad- it is far from the city and far from any bus stop or train. So if u don’t bike or have your own car you have to take taxi everywhere. Wifi connection was non existent in our room!!! They didn’t wash or change our coffee cups everyday

We went to stay at the Green Park Hotel with our children (11 and 8) for 4 nights. Hotel was nice and clean. Bed was nice and comfy. However in my room, the TV wasn't working. The kettle didn't work. So when I asked receptionist for another, she didn't have any and told me to get coffee/tea from the restaurant. problem is by that time the restaurant wasn't open and we needed hot water. Then the hair-dryer in the batroom didn't work either. The breakfast was not good with poor selection. the sausages is boiled and looks like they're using the ones from the supermarket tin cans. Not something you would expect for the price of a 4 stars hotel. Disapointed stay to say the least.

The room decor was a bit dated and carpets could do with steam clean. The air conditioning control did not seem to work. Fortunately there was a pedestal fan in the room for the pretty warm night when we stayed there. We could not leave window open as it was ground floor and there was safety mechanism to stop it from opening fully. The surrounding area was very nice and so was the pool side area.

Nice Breakfast, Beautiful area. However the service could be a lot better. We had half a day without water and and half a day with no warm water - and got no compensation at all. When we checked out I handed in a 5 euro vouture for the bar and asked for a cola. I was told that it was just an information sheet - the real voutures were smaller. The text on the "information sheet" was : This vouture .... what a horrible service especially taken all the inconvience in concideration (missing water)!

Staff was nice until the night man he was rude and not helpful. Mold in showers , no air conditioning, phone did not work and the shower did work only use of the bath . Worst part was the sofa bed my adults kids slid off it in both room we had same problem. Only giving stars for the amenities my kids loved . Pool table board games available and tennis table .

On doit traverser une petite foret pour trouver l'hotel mais proche d'une grand route, dommage. Calme dans la chambre malgré tout. Parking payant 8 euros par nuit. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et très bon. Personnel très sympatique. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement car baignoire. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, à recommander très proche du centre de Brugge.

We stayed for a night during our trip to Belgium. The hotel is a short drive off the highway and tucked in nicely in a quite street. The city of Bruges is a short 15 mins drive from the hotel. It had a decent range of breakfast options in the morning. The hotel had an extra charge for parking and tourist tax per person which was collected at checkin. Overall a nice hotel.

Excellent hôtel, personnel très accueillant et sympathique avec les enfants. Le hall est décoré avec beaucoup d'élégance en cette période de Noël. Les chambres sont agréables, propre et literie confortable. Petit déjeuner très généreux et appétissant. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si on en a l'occasion.

Nice hotel the kids loved the playroom which was a bonus. Friendly staff on reception and the room was clean and nice. Good location with a car. Outdoor area looks great too although we stayed in the winter so didn’t use it. Cons - breakfast is very expensive - 18 euros each - and while there was a good variety of food options, the scrambled eggs were inedible as soooo salty. Might be how they like their eggs in Belgium but as someone who likes eggs for breakfast that was a shame. Also restaurant staff were not very friendly when we asked if we could eat dinner - were told very abruptly no! Reservation only. Not a problem we went somewhere else.

Not a bad spot...15 min drive from downtown. Lady on check in advised us to park at the train station... but that's a 25 min walk to the city center so i would advise parking closer. Breakfast just fair...North Americans will likely be disappointed in the eggs/ meat offerings. Bed was comfortable, room a good size. Would stay again but would skip the breakfast.

La réception nous a permis d’avoir la chambre vers 12h00 au lieu de 16h00. Merci à eux. Le point négatif réside dans le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de mini frigo dans les chambres. Enfin, la tarification dez boissons et de la Nourriture est excessive ( 3,50 eur la Canette de soda).

We absolutely loved our stay!! We had the most lovely evening meal, my boys lived their pizza, husband enjoyed his lasagne and I LOVED my risotto!! The room was lovely and the games available in the hotel lobby were great! Overall such a lovely experience and the hotel looked lovely decked up for Christmas x
