For the station, the property was very convenient but he warned - it is above a car park up two flights of stairs! Fantastic through for Brugge if arriving by train and not having to drag your case down the cobbled street. Very basic hotel room, but it’s perfect for its price so you can’t complain at that. The only thing we were not too happy with was the advertised luggage storage. We asked for this on our check out day and a lady in a back room buzzed open a door next to reception without looking at us. We went in and left our bags with the others and shut the door. As we started to head out, we didn’t feel good about this so went back to reclaim them (again, just let in without asking or checking which luggage is which). There’s a self service storage locker at the station which was under €10 euro for the entire day (for both cases) all machine controlled with a secure pin which we used for peace of mind - and even quicker collection on departure!

Hotel is right next to Bruges central station. Finding the hotel is abit challenging as the building sits as part of the park and ride structure. Park the car on the top level to be close to the steps leading up to the hotel. Convenient location, 20 mins walk to the main attractions in Brugge. Basic clean, small room but clean and safe. Breakfast additional cost , not recommended. There a small convienent store right at the train station.

We found it absolutely excellent. The room fitted out for disability was really great, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Basically one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!

Checked in early. Room wasn't available. We were allowed to store bags at the hotel so that we can explore Bruges. Hotel in good location. Everywhere within walking distance. The train station is next door aswell as a large public car park.

Once you get the info that you have to Park in the public parking lot at the second level and only there you find the entrance for the hotel things are going to go easy It took us some time to figure this out and I think that some info on the hotel page would be helpful for someone going there for the first time

This is so difficult to find and we spent an hour walking atound because it is on an upper level. So, come out of the station, keep to your right , go up the escalotor after Carrefour. Walk over footbridge, keep walking until you reach glass lifr. Go up in lift and you are there. Simples! Good value for money and free shuttle bus from station square.

Room was clean with shower cubicle in the room and separate toilet. Hand soap and shower gel was provided along with hand and shower towels. If driving then park on the upper floor of the station car park as it is easier to go to the hotel. The market square is 20 mins walk away from the hotel.

This hotel was difficult to find. Once found, we had to drag our luggage through the rain ( and up many stairs) to the entrance of the hotel. The room was small, but that was to be expected- no problem for 1 night. The bed and especially the pillows were super uncomfortable. We requested an extra pillow, but that was not much help. The location in relation to the ancient downtown was excellent.

Leider lies die Sauberkeit im Zimmer zu wünschen übrig. Bettwäsche mit Flecken und Etagenbett war mit Krümeln und Haaren versehen. Die Toilette hatte keine ordentliche verschließbare Tür. Frühstück war für 10€ okay (keine große Auswahl und keine Abwechslung, Tische wurden leider nicht abgewischt) Positiv: - gute zentrale Lage zur Stadt - Parkmöglichkeit - Zimmer waren sehr leise, kein Lärm von außen zu hören

The room was not cleaned properly, when we checked in there was hair on top of the seats next to the bed. One of the pillows was with stains, clearly housekeeping should see that needs to be replaced. The breakfast was very poor as the staff was very distant, always inside the kitchen talking gossips instead of watching who was coming, as anyone could come without paying breakfast and have breakfast what is quite frustrate for those who have paid breakfast.

Je trouve la chambre chère pour ce qu'elle est réellement. Passons outre le fait que la douche soit dans la chambre sans séparation (un peu compliqué avec une ado), celle que nous avons eu était sale dans son ensemble. Les murs gagneraient à être lessivés entre autre, des coulures d'on ne sait quoi partout. Sinon bon acceuil, bonne litterie et bon emplacement.

The shower is IN THE ROOM. Nowhere on any booking site or the website does it tell you that. The toilet door also has no lock. Check in receptionist was miserable. Air conditioning didn’t work and opening the window means hearing the trains all night.

The hotel is next to the train station but good luck finding it with Google maps, which takes you to the back.. I wouldn't blame the hotel for this excerpt for the lack of decent signage. I will mention that the room design is dreadful, without any place to comfortably open your luggage or store your stuff. Also, the Wi-Fi was completely overwhelmed in the evening and effectively nonfunctional.

Family of 3, stayed 4 days. Room was not for for purpose for 3. Shower area exposed, so no privacy and requiring showering in shifts. Desk, also not for for purpose being the size of a small window ledge. Internet horrible 1.2mbs slowww unless you use option to give them your email - they don't tell you. Extremely small space - barely room for luggage. Windows could only open acouple of inches, AC barely worked (if at all), no screens, so was like camping with the mosqitoes biting us. On positive side, staff were good, room clean and location is central to trains. Have stayed at Ibis before, no issues, but this really put us off. Never again. Can only recommend of you are a single or couple, not needing to do work from home, and staying no more than 2 nights, with DEEP pricing discount. In short, suggest you go elsewhere.

It's not the type of hotel I'd stay in for a cozy stay in Brugge, but it sure is practical. I needed somewhere close to the station for one night and it was perfect for that. It's clean and comfortable enough, but also poorly soundproofed, bring earplugs if your sensitive. Overall, a very decent stay.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Location is topnotch just a short walk from the train station. Excellent experience. I will definitely be back with same budget hotel when in Bruges. Belgium. Thank you to the young man in front desk who goes beyond to helped me out of my needs like extra towels and hair dryer. He is an excellent staff and Ibis needs more of him.

Great location. Close by the station and perfect to walk to city centre. The hotel was very clean and the staff really kind and polite. Thanks to Freya our stay was wonderful and full of tranquillity. I totally recommend.

We have had the worst experience ever in this hotel. We are a family of 6 , so we booked two separate rooms. We couldn’t sleep AT ALL because the hotel didn’t provide AC because apparently that time of the year (October) they were having freezing temperatures (17C), so our room was extremely hot and had to sleep with doors open. Finally they moved us to a first floor to open -barely- a window. What made it worst , is the staff attitude , the lady at front desk really bad and poor, basically saying it was not her problem, offering breakfast for free at first , and then once she moved us , she said breakfast wasn’t an option now because she moved us. We had to sleep with window open so cero privacy. Wouldn’t stay here never again. Plus , the rooms would be ok for a couple or single person without luggage, because they are extremely small and you can barely move inside. This was the 3rd IBIS Budget where we stayed in Europe, but only here the bad experience , rest were great.

We had 14 rooms ,and on arrival Iiona and her colleague had all keys and rooms ready for us - They were very helpful over the whole stay. Room and breakfast great value for money. Walking distance to main attractions. We are going back in April

This is a budget hotel. Set your expectations appropriately to see the value or the hotel. Rooms are small but clean. Layout is functional. Amenities at scarce but is to be expected for the price paid. The staff are very knowledgable, courteous and helpful. No bars or restaurant but there’s plenty of choices in the area. Breakfast is a bit pricy as the food options are limited. Nevertheless, it is sufficient for what you need in the morning.

Lokatie naast het station en net buiten het centrum is ideaal voor mensen die komen met OV of auto. Hotelkamer bescheiden, maar douche, wastafel en toilet is aanwezig. Ontbijt ook bescheiden maar voldoende keus. Uiteindelijk heet het natuurlijk niet voor niets IBIS budget. Zeker geen klachten. En ja....te zachte en te dunne hoofdkussens heb je in bijna alle hotels.

Es una habitación extremadamente pequeña, aquí lo conveniente es que estás al pie de la estación de tren y cerca de lugares para comer. De hecho puedes llegar fácilmente a pie a todos los atractivos. La habitaciones es cómoda y muy limpia y el desayuno es bastante básico. En general es regular la calidad de los alimentos, pero recibes lo que pagas.

Habitación simple pero bien. Cama no muy cómoda. Puerta del baño queda abierta tanto por arriba como por debajo así que poca intimidad. Muy buena situación, paseo de 20m al centro. Zona segura y tranquila. Parking y tren en las instalaciones. Desayuno muy simple, no recomiendo para nada, por 12 euros encuentras en la estación cosas mucho mejores. Con ventanas cerradas no hay ruido de la estación.

Good for a short stay in Bruges. 2 minute walk from Train station, 10 minute walk from town centre and attractions. Rooms are small and compact but adequate for a 1 or 2 night stay. Buffet breakfast is decent and an optional extra for 10 euros pp. Road behind hotel can have spaces for free parking, otherwise the public/station car park in front of the hotel has plenty of spaces for 7.50 euros a day.

We stayed in a triple room. The shower is inside of the bedroom as is the sink. With a separate toilet ensuite. Fans were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the location is excellent just a short walk from the station.
